I know this is way late, but Linda and I love you and appreciate your generousity. But I am working! Still wondering if this is where I will be for the long term, but grateful just the same.

I have been thinking all day about the article you wrote about the waving of the first sheath. The thing I have been looking at is in Psalm 126.

When the LORD brought back the captive ones of Zion,
We were like those who dream.
Then our mouth was filled with laughter
And our tongue with joyful shouting;
Then they said among the nations,
“The LORD has done great things for them.”
The LORD has done great things for us;
We are glad.

Restore our captivity, O LORD,
As the streams in the South.
Those who sow in tears shall reap with joyful shouting.
He who goes to and fro weeping, carrying his bag of seed,
Shall indeed come again with a shout of joy, bringing his sheaves with him. (Psalm 126:1-6)

I was thinking of what you wrote and making comparisons to this Psalm. Specifically, the verse that talks about "those who dream." The captive ones were dreaming, and it was only the joy of the dream that caused them to forget about their own captivity.

And then I was thinking of those who proclaim Christ IN us and as us! How long have we been dreaming of the day when the multitudes see as we see? How long have we been weeping, planting seed, and waiting for the joyful harvest season? And when the captive ones came back rejoicing, they were carrying their sheaves with them! They were carrying the first fruits of the coming harvest! A harvest of those who are already members of the body, but members who see the Different Gospel of doing FOR God, instead of the TRUE Gospel of Grace alone, through faith alone IN Christ alone!

The dream of everyone who ministers Life is the coming harvest! That is what we are doing here, planting seed for a future harvest! And your article reminded me of this passage.

So what do you think, are we who have been suffering and waiting, and patiently planting our seed, on the precipice of seeing our long awaited dream become reality? Just wondering what your thoughts were, bro? God bless!!
Daniel Yordy:
Chris,

I just read through your post on waving the first fruits - thanks for mentioning me.

But, wow, you really get it.

I don't say that condescendingly, but as a confirmation. I had thought God has put you as a point man, now I know He has.

The big thing is that you weave all of these brethren together into a dynamic whole whether WE think we are or not - and you weave us all into the dynamics of the actual fulfillment of the third feast.

Keep at it; you're insisting that we are all in the same move of God will make us all in the same move of God.

I've just been communicating with Bonnie concerning our desire to see a Third feast anointing in power in our lives and ministry. I know that this kind of anointing comes through an actual commitment to walk together. That's dicey, because walking together has always ended up being sectarian. How can we be committed and yet not sectarian? That is our great challenge.

She is connecting me with Rick Manis. He may be a key figure in all this; I am attempting to communicate with him to invite him here.

In Him,
DanielChris Welch - 07000INTUNEhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17932291173536070080noreply@blogger.com
