Pesto, Bigger than you think

Pesto may be bigger than you think .

What is Pesto ?

Uses

Originally a pesto sauce with spaghetti
Or sprinkled on Italian breads like focaccia
Or direct on salads or accompanying salads .
Or added last minute to tomato soup .

GREATER THAN ?

Yes , once we discover ZING , and especially counteracting a metabolic condition like Diabetes 2, we are more concerned what will nourish , sustain and heal our bodies rather than taste alone .

There is a 72 page booklet called Reverse your Diabetes .

This is stacked with information to attack the condition from all angles . The idea is to stimulate our metabolism as a whole .

The idea of boosting our insulin with Metformin doesnt get to the root of the metabolic dysfunction .

My interest is that the three key anti metabolic dysfunction weapons are
Celery
Kale
Cucumber

They create a more alkaline environment , but their minerals are great for attacking  the excess of sugars , and inflammation which is so much a part of our fat appearance .

So my use of pesto (a few spoonfuls from a ready made jar ) as an idea has got added to these other ingredients in this side to  a quiche.

There's also some cheddar cheese , spinach, a whole half lemon including peel , ( the above weaponry of celery kale and cucumber ) a whole carrot .

I'm going for body Zing not just flavour  .
The Zing is the body saying thankyou for such an onflux of great ingredients .

I haven't super water filtration , but I do use a tabletop filter with cartridges , then I use one of those newfangled rechargeable  hydrogenated water gadgets  . I don't know my make but this one is obviously rated , picked off Google
Again , I don't drink any fizzy drinks because of additives and sugar , and I like the buzz I get from this water that targets free radicals .

So think again about the pesto and blender content . Could be a real key , so we don't put as much rubbish on our breads or crispbreads or wraps when we want to snack .
