I think this type of teaching by Miguel is quite standard in the Catholic church in how they arrive to Popes .
Catholics don't seem to know much about how radically different the New Covenant is nor how powerful sentences like this are about ministry.
Having our feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace .
This last sentence can be compared with the preparation of the man of God in psalm 84 which includes turning places of weeping around . God forms us into people who can impart peace and restoration to really oppressed conditions. This is how our feet get shod ....so we can move through places and see peace and rest imparted in our trail . Some things are now instant with the anointing of the Holy Spirit , some are divine process by ministries residing in these places or by repeated visits . I'm thinking of a real world ministry like G.P or Ian McCulloch both now in heaven .
Psalm 84 has the key phrase ' the men ( of God ) are revealed before God in Zion '.

Pope+Catholic church: 1.Jesus gave Peter not just an honor, but an office
In Matthew 16:19, Jesus says:
“I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven…”
In the Bible, keys always refer to a governing office (Isaiah 22:20–22).
When a king gives “the keys,” he is not giving a personal privilege, but an institutional role that is inherited.
So Peter’s role was not private it was an office.
2. The office of the chief steward in Isaiah 22 is a hereditary office
In Isaiah 22, the “key of the house of David” is given to Eliakim as the chief steward. That office always had successors.
Jesus uses the same language. He is saying:
“Peter, you are my chief steward. Your office will remain.”
3. Jesus’ promise of protection applies to the Church as an institution
Matthew 16:18: “The gates of hell shall not prevail against it.”
If Peter died and no one succeeded him, the Church would lose visible unity and crumble.
Christ’s words imply a permanent structure, not a one-man role that ends with death.
4. Acts 1 shows that apostolic offices have successors
When Judas fell away, the apostles chose a successor (Matthias).
Why?
Because the apostolic ministry was not a private gift but an office that must continue.
If Judas’s lesser office needed a successor, then Peter’s greater office certainly does.
5. The early Christians clearly understood the bishop of Rome as Peter’s successor
Evidence includes:
-Clement of Rome (AD 90) – writes with supreme authority.
-Irenaeus of Lyons (c. 180) – says the Church of Rome has “the preeminent authority” because it inherited the teaching of Peter and Paul.
-No one in the first centuries claims Peter’s authority ended with him.

The Jesus Move of the 70s , born again and baptised in the Spirit in our teens have an insiders view of older churches being renewed from the inside and new churches being formed .
We are a bit like king David . Some things are really of God , some just aren't at all . This was so with David . He both took the Levitical priesthood right into the praise of God but he also , like our pyramid denominations, copied what the unregenerate Philistines did, for example wheeling the very Ark of God on a new cart towed by bulls. Levites were instructed in the true protocols.
Jorge Pradas and all in our transition generation don't understand the Melchizedek order that Jesus instituted as it says in Ephesians 4.8 when Jesus ascended He did two things ....led captivity captive which is quite hilarious if hou think about it , and he gave gifts to men , abolishing the first order of man learned off angels of one solo being Operating a heirarchy , and now being a multi gifted body under One Head .
This isn't new , this was implied already through 12 ruling elders , who with the apostles intercede as 24 before the Throne .
The distinction is because of the Cross , and our spirit man death, priests and elders merge .
The implication in how everything works is already scattered across the psalms of ascent. Psalm 123 the ability to see what our Master is up to . Psalm 133 a co roster of priests in unity .
Catholics try to transport many things across past the Cross . They even make Communion , a holy place area item , into a means of salvation and perpetual sacrifice ( some have more sense).
The continuation of office is complete bunkum , similar to the rectification of Jews who Jesus said , dont get to be born again by bloodline continuation nor will of the flesh, nor the will of man but of God .
Everything now is by Move of God , and also in godly fear , volunteering in psalm 110....and since Acts , this is a continuous heavenly state of the Day of Great Power .
The only office we now have is of Intercession ministry....the government is on our priestly shoulders.
We have ministries that are all kinds of offices and commissions that we are to be responsible in and over .
Ecclesia is far too complex to have one ruling human, so the way the Father pictures it for us is in Tabernacle Booths.
How so , complex?

But overall the spiritual rule in a locality is called the Crown of 12 stars Revelation 12.

The keys of the Kingdom are not a carnally understood office like a CEO.
They are , Ern Baxter explained, the very keys that unlock our hearts and lives for the Kingdom .
Repent .....which actually means get right out of the Genesis 3 lie of being self operating (devil masquerading as us )selves and by means of believing upon our spirit man death , walking now in Galatians 2.20 faith. The New Covenant doesn't leave us like Jews , stranded in the Outer Courts .
We all get born again John 3 abd we all get baptised in the Spirit with fire .
We are a new Holy nation of royal priests.
And our practice of this new single eye is in the 1 Corinthians 12 gatherings with the three diverses being practiced .
The Catholic idea that one Vicar over the Earth can ever be adequate when they can't even operate over their own city . The Vatican is a separate state squashed in a tiny bit of North West Rome City , the rest is as pagan as any on earth .
They live in a fantasy realm comparing their earthly secular rule ( coerced taxes , three letter agencies, Swiss Guard army , might and power rule ) with the special miracle of the authority of the 12 elder apostles after such a dreadful sin to deny the God of heaven into His own death.
What we are seeking after all this transition period of baptism in the Spirit creating the means bu which we can do real church , is to co-learn one church in one location having an eldership raised by God and operating as Tabernacle Booths show us having a roof with foliage gaps to heaven.....we see through the elders.....in whose heart are the highways to heaven ,and they themselves of many ministries, four woods , and Crown of 12 star breadth .
We are not Catholics but we are universal .
We are not Protestant for that already gives one order too much credibility.
We are Bible believers, following the Holy Spirit .
