Thomas Erikson wrote ' Surrounded by Idiots'. The book describes how we are not surrounded by idiots but as 1 Corinthians 12 :14-26 states also, we cannot read each other properly.

Once we grasp these things , yes , like all pigeonholing , it can be binding , and to avoid this the two women Meyers and Briggs covered the 16 blends of these four categories .
Lo and behold companies like Zurich Insurance would present applicants for a job with a version of multiple choice questions that came from Meyers Briggs profiling and the primary quartile they wanted to weed out were the fourth quartile INFJs, the St John quartiles . Probably the personable John Mark quartiles would be placed at the front end of their business and Matthews and Lukes at the drier less caring claims department end.
Well, however this screening knowledge is used among secular not very connected people , how does it work in the Spirit with reconnected born again baptised in the Spirit people ?
The answer is we don't really know because we aren't sufficiently mature yet and anyway all churches pretty well ignore the 1 Corinthians 12 summary of how Body Church operates .
Every church on earth operates with one leader. So Body doesn't happen . And if it does , the leadership is not mature enough to in anyway compare with the co-functioning apostles in the 1 John 1 protocol overseeing one City.
What we have seen is Conferences . These leaders have emerged to some kind of maturity and recognition of each other's charisma as ministries.
And over 100 years or so we have seen John Mark helps ministries rise disproportionately to their natural headsdown play it safe and more local approach .

Because the way we do church doesn't allow for the three stages of growth , the majoring on the single eye approach of Jesus training , the understanding of discerning the Body of Christ in 1 Corinthians 12:14-26 and allowing a church gathering to be taken by the Holy Spirit through all the 3 chapter 12 Diverse classes of His operations we are stuck , at best , in some Romans 3 to 5 first grace paradigm and nobody really grows .
