Coming Out of Darkness Part 11 by Gary Sigler

Transformation Not Condemnation Part 5

"Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham. And the Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the Gospel unto Abraham saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed. So then they which are of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham. For as many as are of the works of the Law are under the curse [Hear that! As many as are under the works of the law are under the curse.], for it is written, Cursed is everyone that continues not in all the things which are written in the book of the law to do them. But that no man is justified by the law" (Galatians 3:7-11). If you can quit smoking, if you can quit all your lust, if you can quit doing everything that you think you shouldn't be doing, you will be no better off, if you don't have the substance and the reality of God formed in your life. "The Law is not of faith, but the man that doeth them shall live in them" (Gal. 3:12). Notice this: "Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law" (Galatians 3:13). I'm sure all of you could tell me what the curse of the law was. Basically, it was poverty, sickness, and death. Now why did the curse of the law come on you? How did you come under the curse of the law in the first place? By not walking according to the law! Because the law says that if you do all this, you will be blessed, but if you fail to do this or that, you will be cursed. The law was the best thing that God could bring to man at the time, because Jesus had not yet come and the Holy Spirit had not yet been given. Man had to have a guide in his natural life to show him the difference between godliness and ungodliness. It was a spiritual law, but we are natural, sold into sin by Adam. The Law was to bring in the awareness of sin, not to condemn you, but to make you realize that it is impossible to keep the law. It says in Deuteronomy 28:15 that if you don't keep the whole law, if you don't keep all the words of this covenant, all of these curses will come upon you -- all of the plagues, all of the poverty, all of the diseases, all of the sicknesses will come upon you. Then Paul says in the New Testament, "Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law." Well what does that mean? That means that if I break the law because I am ignorant, I don't suffer the curse, because He redeemed me from it. He said, "Your sins, your iniquities will I remove. I won't even remember them." You can say, "Wait a minute. You are not ignorant if you are saved." Oh yes you are! Let me tell you something: If you are not somewhat in ignorance, if you are not in some blindness, you will not be living a life according to the flesh, and you will not have these habits and hang-ups in your life. If they are there, it is because you are in ignorance. Ignorance just means you don't know. Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law.

You say, "Brother, you are teaching a liberation Gospel." And I say, Hallelujah! Why are things like "Christ has redeemed you from the curse" in the scriptures? If we were walking perfectly according to the law, we wouldn't have to worry about the curse anyway. Paul says He has redeemed you from that curse, because if there are things in your life that shouldn't be there, if you have problems and hang-ups and lusts, whatever you are struggling with, Christ has redeemed you from receiving the curse of the law. Such are the people that need it, not the righteous. (I have never heard this Gospel preached in church -- never.) "Tell me, you that desire to be under the law, don't you hear the law? For it is written that Abraham had two sons, the one by a bondmaid, the other by a free woman. He that was of the bondwoman was born after the flesh [the natural carnal person:]but he that is of the free woman, born of the promise, which things are an allegory. For these are the two covenants, the one from Mount Sinai which gendereth to bondage . . . [Listen, and please remember this: Anytime you hear a man, and I don't care what his intentions are, who begins to teach to you the principles of the law, you have just left the Gospel and gone into bondage.] .. . for this Hagar is Mount Sinai in Arabia and answers to Jerusalem which now is and is in bondage with her children. But the Jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all" (Gal. 4:21-26). The Church of the firstborn is those who have been regenerated and birthed into the Spirit of the Living God. There is no law for you -- none! The only law that we need isthe law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus! As we have seen, the natural birth is always pulling you down; it is the law of that life, the law of the human life, that generates to bondage. The law of the religious system generates unto bondage, because they try to get you to live godly by telling you how to do it, and what you should do. But the Spirit of the Living God that is within each and every one of us is free from the bondage of the law. You are free to be who you are! And I'm going to say it: If you are a gay, you are free to be who you are. And if I were pastoring a church and you wanted to come to my church, I would say, "Please come!" The only requirement that I would ask of you is that you have a heart that you want to be transformed into His likeness.

Scripture says in verse 30 of Galatians 4,"Cast out the bondwoman and her son, for the son of the bondwoman shall not be an heir with the son of the free woman." Cast out the bondwoman. That is why Judgment is coming. Judgment is already beginning. You are going to begin to see that mystery harlot -- that Mystery Babylon, the mother of harlots -- begin to fall, because God has raised up men and women now who understand His heart and can bring righteous judgment to His people. Remember what I shared with you before: "Our God is a consuming fire." There is a verse that says, "Who can abide in the day of His appearing, for He is like a refiner's fire and fuller's soap" (Malachi 3:2). And when God begins to shine upon you, the fire of His Holy Spirit will begin to burn within your being.

(Prophecy) And I say unto you that I will ignite within you the Spirit of the Living God, and everything that is in your natural character, everything that is antichrist, and everything that would hinder you, when you by the Spirit of the Living God enter into My presence, will be consumed. I will release from the innermost being of My people the fire of the Living God. And I say unto you, that fire shall ascend, and shall burn every area, every avenue of your thought and brain, and that fire of my Spirit shall burn and burn and burn and burn. My Spirit shall burn out all of the dross. For you see, if you are cast into the fire of My presence, nothing will come out of that fire but the pure gold and silver and the transformation of the inner man. So I say to you My people, come unto Me. Come unto Me without any sense of fear or inferiority or condemnation. But I would say to you, come into Me, come into My presence. Realize that there is no condemnation, for on the cross of Calvary the debt for every sin and every disobedience was completely wiped out and annihilated, and today the God of the Universe would say unto you that you are not guilty, but you are set free. You are not set free to live according to the flesh; you are not set free to continue in your bondage; but you are set free to enter into My presence without any sense of fear, guilt or inferiority, because I have shed the blood. The blood of the Lamb that was slain from before the foundation of the world has paid the price for every disobedience.

One of the wrong concepts that some Christians have is in thinking that they have to wait for a corporate experience. They think that the sons of God will all be changed and manifested at the same time. I, too, believe that there will be a corporate experience, but according to God’s timetable for each person. Every experience of God that you read of in the Word can be obtained by you as an individual. In fact, until we as individuals realize we can obtain the fullness of God and begin to seek Him for it, the corporate body will not do so. Micah 4:1-3). "But in the last days it shall come to pass, that the mountain of the house of the LORD shall be established in the top of the mountains, and it shall be exalted above the hills; and people shall flow unto it. And many nations shall come, and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, and to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for the law shall go forth of Zion, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem. And he shall judge among many people, and rebuke strong nations afar off; and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up a sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more" "But the saints of the most High shall take the kingdom, and possess the kingdom for ever, even for ever and ever" (Daniel 7:18). "And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the most High, whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him" (Daniel 7:27). I believe that we are beginning to enter into the experience of becoming the city of God. "The mountain of the Lord" speaks of a high revelation, an unveiling of our mind, to enable us to walk in the high realms of the Spirit. However, to receive this truth we must be willing to change. I do not mean only a change in outward conduct. If you are not walking in the reality of Christ in you, if God Himself is not coming alive in you, if His nature and character are not being formed in you, then either you are not regenerated, or your concept of God is definitely wrong.

Whenever the Bible mentions the last days, we always think of some far off future event. This is one reason we need our concepts changed. We have been in the last days ever since the resurrection of Jesus from among the dead. God needs a people who will give themselves totally to Him, mixing faith with His Word, arising in His resurrection power, and becoming the saviours spoken of in Obadiah 21 -- a people who will deliver all of creation from the bondage of corruption. I believe that those days are now upon us. God is now ready and waiting for a people to take hold of His reality in their lives, and to begin to reconcile all creation back to Himself. God is wanting to bring full salvation to the Church in these days, and If we will be open to hear His voice and not harden our hearts. We have been redeemed and restored back to the Tree of Life. Salvation is deliverance from poverty, sickness and death. Paul told Timothy that Jesus "has abolished death and brought life and immortality to light through the gospel" (2Tim. 1:10). It is very difficult to find even a few who believe these words. There are many who believe in a prosperity and health gospel, but where are the people who are overcoming death? Jesus said that He is the Bread of Life, and that a man may eat of Him and never die (John 6:35). The time is now right for a people to begin to rise and take the kingdom and possess the Kingdom. The Jews, many years ago, were waiting for the Messiah to come and destroy their enemies and set up His kingdom. Today it is not much different. The majority of Christians are waiting once again for Jesus to come back, destroy all their enemies, and set up His kingdom. This concept was wrong for the Jews and it is also wrong for the Christians. God is a reconciler, not a destroyer. The only destruction He will bring is to your carnal man. Your selfish, carnal desires are going to be burned away so that your spirit will rise up in you to take possession of you. As long as we are passively waiting, there will be no manifestation of the Son of God in us. It was proven a long time ago by Enoch and Elijah that it is possible to overcome death. We do not have to wait for everyone. We as individuals must seek God for His reality in us, and then our lives will be affected and we can affect those around us. To be continued

Are you composing a book here? That is a lot to digest in one sitting. So, in one or two sentences, what do you mean by a corporate experience? Do you mean like an entire assembly of individuals will have the same experience?
