Triggering Open Heavens

In 1978 I had my first 2 week long foretaste of the thirdlevel. Some people call this revival. Kisa Emmanuel Amos is experiencing it now.
All of our life God is conforming us to His image....in a sense all of life , all 70 years or more or less is waiting upon Him. But it's not that passive, iffy, empty "Waiting for Godot " stuff.....waiting upon the Lord means in Aramaic
entwining around/being joined as a strand of rope with....
kind of exactly like our DNA helix.
You have to separate the idea of spirit from soul and body. See you can be waiting for God in this active engaging sense spiritually EVEN while your soul is active in work or family or play. It's a secret thing. Your family will only see the results....but they can't see it happening. Jesus brother's didn't know Jesus was the Son of God until after He died.
What I am saying is, just as I was 20, you can trigger thirdlevel events right now....you don't have to wait until you are 70.
Thirdlevel events are triggered by an elaborate series of "secret codes"like on a SAFE DOOR....if you go through the whole sequence the SAFE DOOR springs open....or you find there is suddenly an OPEN HEAVEN....people are getting saved....the work of God accelerates...a BURST of HEAVEN comes to earth. Yonghhi Cho runs his church like this having a PRAYER MOUNTAIN. Which is OK...but we really have to move on from here.
The ENTIRE TRICK of this planet is to ONLY DO what you see the Father doing. Since the Fall we have been doing GOD PLUS activities....doing more than He is doing, and GOD MINUS activities...NOT doing what He is doing.
All prayer was....was geographically having a shut down....stopping everything to reconcentrate on your innards....what New Agers call centering down. But in Christ this becomes specifically what your RECREATED YOU, in direct connection with the Father is doing.
When you learn the Galatians 2:20 walk you don't do much "formal praying" or sometimes like me, youcannot even get to visit a church because they tell you to be silent or worse chuck you out.....so little formal Christianity remains....and so like Fred Pruitt or Nancy Gilmore or tons of us on here we don't go to church....we walk Christ in us as us all the time. And this is the secret of thirdlevel triggering.
Kisa isn't experiencing revival in a main Muslim region because central leaders in Kampala have laid their hands on him and prayed big charismatic prayers over him. It's because Kisa REFUSED to run when the police came 38 times to lock him away and beat him and poisoned him.....and Jesus Kisa wasn't running...so Kisa didn't run. Each stupid thing was unlocking spiritual doors in the heavens. This is how St Paul operated. To the world he just looks clumsy being locked up in prison all the time....but in the Spirit you can see Jesus unlocking the whole of Asia Minor for the gospel!!!!
My foretaste happened when I was going to France, because I refused to do what all the other students were doing....which was picking grapes...or going with student organisational bodies....no the Holy Spirit said...for you I want you to contact the most live church you can find....rue de Musset in Paris . That was November 1987. They wrote back and said you cannot stay here we have nobody to stay with. But the Spirit didn't say to do anything more. So months went by. The summer holidays came. I looked like an idiot....which is why I am now quite skilled at this!!!!.....then on the very last 2 weeks, as I finished my parent's huge hedges....a phone call came from Northern France....We used to be in rue de musset and heard of your request....come tomorrow."
People know that on the first morning God came through my fingers to electrically zap the mother so she lost her epilepsy in 10 seconds and got her driving licence back one year later from an atheist French government.
And the two weeks kind of went on like that!!!! It worked because Christ was opening doors....but ALSO this family RECEIVED THIS 20 year old student in the name of the Lord....and literally sucked all my Jesus out of me.
SO instead of Prayer Mountain which is still a bit formal.....
3rd level church gatherings should be collections of
PEOPLE who have walked all week long in the righteousness of God according to Galatians 2:20
and secondly....
EVERYBODY HUNGRILY Receiving each other in the Name of the Lord and not in the independent self delusion....AND SUCKING ALL JESUS OUT OF EACH OTHER.

WHERE THE DEAD BODY IS.....THERE THE HUNGRY CARRION GATHER

“I died, yet I live”
by Roel Velema

“I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me …” (Gal. 2:20).

“I died, yet I live.” Have we grasped that by revelation? As long as we say that we are perfect in Christ, but not yet in ourselves, we have not seen it. When we think that justification is a fact and sanctification a process, we have not comprehended it. When we still distinguish between position and experience, between state and style, we have not understood it. When we think that union leaves us to be irresponsible persons, we still have a way to go. When we think that Galatians 2:20 will make us better followers of Jesus Christ, we’re wrong, because this verse shows there is no dualism in union life, no urge to walk in His steps. Union links us to His responsibility, which is nothing less than our response to His ability.

“I died, yet I live” brings uttermost joy, both in the dying as in the living. I dead person cannot be an initiator. We never are called to be initiators, but responsers to His faith. We are TWO AS ONE, ‘I am’ and ‘I AM’ are ONE. ‘I am’ will never be the ‘I AM’, because the creature will never become the Creator. TWO AS ONE points to the joining in resurrection and ascension of two persons as ONE to the fullness of the I AM. I never heard this message preached in the organized church, so I guess Paul would shake his head about the spiritual state among Christians so close to the return of the Lord. Jesus said: “I tell you, he will give justice to them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will he find THE FAITH on earth?” (Luke 18:8). Which faith? “… THE FAITH of the son of God …” (Gal. 2:20). The way the Greek text of Luke 18:8 is worded, demands a negative answer, a No. So, be sure to respond to the longing of the Lord to be among those who hold tightly to the truth that “I died, yet I live.” That will be an outstanding day in your life.

I am the whole thing you are the branches in the whole thing.....John 15

So yes sure we can say I AM in branch form.
Secondly He initiates as me, again in my form.
How that actually works is "I see" or "hear" inwardly as Psalm 123, a servant or waiter looking to a Master...and I can only do what I see Him operating. Or...I can only do what I have faith for....and I can only have faith for the YES, and Amen that He speaks into my inner being.

The me that died is spirit. The me that lives is spirit. The me that masquerades as a separate me is soul- powered soul. The devil's one claim to me is the amount I believe in the self-powered soul as a reality in itself.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Can I break in here to hammer something, having read this the next day.........
There is what the devil says is true....which isn't , it's a lie
And there is what is actually true.
The lie is not that we haven't a soul. The lie is that it powers iteself. That it's a soulpowered soul or selfpowered soul.  "And you shall be like god....knowing ( facts) good and evil." It's the invention of a separate middleman position. But the whole middleman thing is a lie because we just transferred to Darkness...to be powered (unknowingly) by Darkness. The devil has invented this illusion of being absolutely free....but in actuality he is the puppetmaster....because man is a vessel, a container for one one of two deity spirits....the usurping ruler of this world or for the TRUE RULER....the earth is the Lord's and the fulness thereof,....ps 24.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

The circumcision of the Word in Hebrews 4 is a piercing to the division of soul and spirit. I used to think, as everyone did, that the soul bit was a real person. It never was real....and that is the delusion God slices away at. A separate me from God's own life.

The way back to life is in these things....
Proverbs 3.5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart....I am affirming that the Lord is the fountain and issue of life in my heart
I am not relying on my insight....which ever since Adam and Eve's eyes were "opened"....has seen a bogus double vision....and so by returning to my inner centre I return to seeing God only....to seeing the One life going on.
By acknowledging Him in all my ways, I am taking this consciousness out of Christian meetings and special times of prayer...into everything I am.

Wait on the Lord and you shall renew your strength....and rise up like eagles....

Wait means the same in Hebrew as the Greek of "hidden" ....as in my life is hidden with Christ in God.

When we start out we are screwing up our imagining to try and focus on some me that is in the heavenly places.

But the heavenly places are everywhere....and certainly in my spirit.

Hidden and wait in both languages means
to wrap up together like rope
to intertwine
to interlace

Probably one of the odder God experiences for me after the amazing stuff that used to happen in Emsworth meetings.....was when some of us obeyed the call to seek Him.

I made a personal commitment to wake up at 5 am....stagger down to the barn....which was our community meeting room and still hadn't been properly carpeted....can't remember whether new concrete or the old dusty rubbish concrete with cracks in...

And God said...shut up. Don't pray. Just wait.
Quite often I dozed...but not always.

It had to be one of the most frustrating things to have to do. because I mostly didn't "think" I was getting anything at all. This wasn't about Him giving me a revelation or anything new....It felt to me absolutelly purposeless.....bu t somehow you know in your centre that God is telling you to do something.

Firstly I'll say what I think was going on secondly the effect.
Jesus says....Go into your inner room, shut your door and meet with your father in secret. Shutting your door is cutting the umbelical cord to the bondage to your leftbrain. I was brought up by physics teachers and had 11 A's at school by 12 years of age. it's a wonder I was ever baptised in the Spirit I was so leftbrain.

The leftbrain is a tool but it is a demonic taskmaster.Madame Guyon also talks about this process.

One effect was a completely new authority when I prophesied. Many said it was like hearing a prophet in the Bible. The second effect was my Romans 7 struggle went into hyperspace. At the time nobody in the charismatic movement made the link and just regards you as a castoff. We know now we have to be accelerated as if in a spiritual particle accelerator to even make it through the next stage of being desperate enough to find out the real truth behind everything.

God says in Amos...."Seek Me and live."

The one at our inner centre is God. The authority He has in us is simply frightening. We are used to living in a secular bubble where nothing much happens and anything that does is caused by our physical mittens...our hands.

Now Buddhists are doing the same type of thing, but with Satan or the delusion of his bogus separate life, at their core. They say to blank your mind.

When I shut up. When I didn't pray...I was still reaching , focussing on the One True God in Jesus Christ. I wasn't blank ready for any demonic principality or Master to take me over.

Buddhism is the secular substitute for the arena of the prophetic, and spiritual power occupied by the people of God in the Bible, but not in today's churches, which is why people go elsewhere.

When we speak from our inner centre.
When we speak what we "see God doing"...or see what IS NOW in the heavens....it FEELS like it us initiating...but that is because we KNOW OUR UNION....we know that apart from Him we are nothing, but He that is in us as us is MIGHTY. What we speak happens.
At which point we become really very very careful with our words.

The Christ who lives in us is a complete UNION with our spirit...
It is I, but it is Him in my branch form.
WE HAVE TO FIND HIM.
Like Michaelangelo sculpting...he had to find the angel in the rock.
We have to spiritually go through the process of finding this inner spiritual man who is not of this creation. HE IS THE SON OF MAN.
The LAST ADAM. The Adam OMEGA version. The Kingdom Come down from heaven.
And it is THIS MAN who is connected to every other branch form of Himself. But He is NOT conncted to any remaining delusion in me or any other person from Genesis 3.

Christ me is already connected with Christ Ken Dahl
The Christ Me that is intertwined and interlaced is already connected with the Christ Daniel Yordy....but it isn't at all interlaced with any of the human traditions of his Mennonite forebears.
Christ me is One with Christ Francois and Christ Lydia DuToit but He is not one with any of the gospel restrictions that they place on the entire workings of the Heavenly Tabernacle as described according to the writer of Hebrews.
Christ Me is perfectly One with Christ Pastpat Bwayo but He isn't one with the forgetfulness of the callings of God upon Israel, the true Israel in the later part of Ezekiel 28.
Christ me is perfectly one with Penny Kanefield but He is not one with any of the human traditions that Christ Penny is not doing to do with Israel

The Dance of the Supercharge

Everything in Creation waits upon the Dance of the Supercharge.
Even such a phrase is impertinent, for like New Age thought, it renders impersonal that which is extremely Personal, namely the Presence and Acts of a Personal Father God.

But in this blogpost we are going to look at this analogy as expressed in creation, in arts and prophetics, the Word of faith, and Church life.

I was raised a Methodist, and Methodists love that Sydney Carter song/hymn Lord of the Dance.
Here are some of the lyrics:

I danced in the morning when the world was begun
I danced in the Moon & the Stars & the Sun.........

I danced for the scribe & the pharisee
But they would not dance & they wouldn't follow me.......

I danced on the Sabbath & I cured the lame
The holy people said it was a shame!.......

I danced on a Friday when the sky turned black
It's hard to dance with the devil on your back........

They cut me down and I leapt up high
I am the Life that'll never, never die!
I'll live in you if you'll live in Me -
I am the Lord of the Dance, said He!
I actually hated this song, perhaps it was the way it was sung. But now I "get" it.

The whole Universe is dancing.
Everything in Creation is doing a loop de loop physically from quarks up to galaxies.
As we "see" more in the Spirit, as we extend the bandwidth of our perception it seems there is no spirit/material divide really just as formerly we realised there is no secular/spiritual divide.

The only "divide" is in our heart. And the dividing wall of hostility is broken down. There is no separation. The veil is permanently rent.
What Creation is, is a lattice, a framework, a playpen, for budding godlike beings to learn their craft of speaking Light into Darkness, of confessing Jesus as Lord before they see Jesus everywhere as Lord.
In our hearts we believe and with our mouths we confess that Jesus is risen from the dead.

In the mouths of babes and sucklings does God perfect His praise.

This lattice is described in Song of Solomon, and this Jesus Dancer, this Skipper on hills and Mountains, keeps bounding down to meet us where we are at, then bound off again, until such time that we are able to do the same.

He comes, and He draws us with kisses and love. He ravishes our hearts. We say, "Come back, I want more of that." Song of Songs 1

[b]May he kiss me with the kisses of his mouth!
For your love is better than wine.
“Your oils have a pleasing fragrance,
Your name is like [c]purified oil;
Therefore the [d]maidens love you.
“Draw me after you and let us run together!
The king has brought me into his chambers.”
[e]We will rejoice in you and be glad;
We will [f]extol your love more than wine.
Rightly do they love you.”

This is what the secular scoffer, the modern leftbrain schooled in Rothschild media doesn't get. Universal among those who have been drawn into God across millennia is really the same description of a relationship.
These verses aren't poetry...they are a forensic description of everything we have been feeling since we were first born again and baptised in His holy Spirit. It's the same thing that David felt, Moses felt, Ezekiel felt, St John felt. This is what it's really like being loved by Jesus.

One of the things Sydney Carter was articulating was the difference between Law, morality, the Tree of Good in the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and  Evil....is that JESUS IS NOT THAT.

He is NEVER the empty framework....even if it be the GOOD end of the framework....HE rather is the SUBSTANCE of the whole thing....FILLING EVERYTHING with HIS ALL. He is the TREE of LIFE. HE is the RIVER OF LIFE that flows from the Throne. HE IS the ONLY LIFE....literally the only life in the Universe. Even Satan's life is derived from this One Life. Apart from this one life Satan can do nothing. But Satan has lied to himself that he is independent, that he is his own life source, and into this lie he has wooed all fallen mankind. He has, it is true twisted God's life in on itself to make a self for self life, rather than God's pure source which is love poured out for others.

We don't understand the physics of this at present, but I received as revelation some time back that what DRIVES this creation at the smallest level, are things, be they particles, or whatever, that come from somewhere else and go somewhere else after they have impacted our atomic world. Some have labelled these Melchizedek particles. Jesus is such a priest. He came down from above....He is the ONLY God conceived, the ONLY God begotten Son of God. Adam was scooped up from the earth and breathed into.
Jesus came from the heavenlies, danced among us, took our Adamic order into death with Him and was raised all the while raising our whole condition in Him. We, by faith in Jesus, simply are nolonger of the Adamic order. And one day our flesh will prove that outwardly.

Adam died inwardly long before, hundreds of years before he died outwardly.
We are raised inwardly way before our body molecules respond outwardly.

But God woos us and forms us in a dance. Sometimes we are very conscious of Him, sometimes He is not perceptible to our senses. He is there though just as the sun is always there though obscured by thick grey cloud.

Some of our early relating with babies is to play peek a boo with them. Some of the early bonding revolves around the combined joy that we ARE in fact there for our children.

Now you could strap a baby up in a high chair, get out a whiteboard and "instruct " the baby about how you are committed to its welfare. Have you noticed that all the really important teaching we receive is in relationship and not left to the vagaries of leftbrain highschool learning.

What we really want to know having pitched up on this planet, not by our own volition at all, and surrounded by a whole anonymous sea of people like ourselves is....

What is my place in the world?
What is the plan for me?
Do I have significance?
Am I loved?

And guess what being cuddled by a mother teaches?

The first Adam was a lump of shapely formed clay, but inert, until God put His lips to Adam and breathed in His very Life.
The new Adam is inert. Lifeless. Only a lattice of belief. Of ideas. Of good intentions. Until we have a relationship with Our very Own Jesus. Allbeit that our very Own Jesus is the very same Jesus as everybody elses.....UNLESS....UNLESS....our Jesus is still partly an idol of our own mind and not in fact the REAL ONE. The real One has to work for all tribes of people types, nations, time periods, male , female, slave, free, intellectual or practically skilled....it's the same Jesus coming to kiss our lips. Wanting to fuse with us.

The phrase in the Bible for moving from inert state to SUPERCHARGE is waiting upon the Lord.
It is an active, expectant waiting based upon the myriad promises of God expressed right through the Bible.
Waiting upon means exchanging life forms. Adamic for Last Adam. My breath for His.

Waiting means entwining with. Entwining my DNA spiral around His DNA spiral.
It is exactly the same image in Hebrew as in the later Greek word for "hidden". My life is hidden with Christ in God. My spirit and God's spirit are so fused there is absolutely no way you , me or anyone can know where we start and He ends.

He has given many tools to access this Supercharge.
In the Old Testament the picture of the priests was that they walk 6 paces, with the Ark of the Covenant on their shoulders then on the 7th pace they rested and sacrificed to God.

The drawback with that picture, as Jesus showed, is that in the new thing He was bringing in there is no sabbath day of rest in the week so to speak. Many times He was still preaching. But in the new thing the Work of God becomes your food rest and replenishment. This is Life in the Supercharge. We watch what the Life of God is doing in us now....we go with the Dance....we go with the flow....
we can do no other, as Jesus said. I only do what I see my Father doing.

The whole of time twists. Jesus sought God up a mountain, and when the disciples who were still living in normal time had got into a boat to return, Jesus walked on the water to meet them.

Online we have been looking at the nature of church. We know how church is for those who are largely not born again from on high....or at least have not made that their present experience yet. We know how it is for those who have. We also know how church is for Spirit filled people...but ones who are very much comfortable still in their Song of Songs lattice....so what about the ones who are starting to skip on the mountains. What does that church look like? Well consider the gospels. Jesus with the disciples ministering from place to place.

Once you see church as temporary booths, as in the Jewish feast of the booths, you see them as gathering places for the purpose of WORD TRANSPLANTATION.  The booth can be dismantled. Take different forms. What is PERMANENT and remains is solely WORD in the believers.

The PROOF of WORD is the harvest of LIVING LETTERS.
The form, the booth, is not the valuable commodity.

In the UK centuries of earnest believers saved and scrimped and laboured and built  building after building that now litter the pavements of towns. Often derelict, or converted into rug shops, or mosques...or whatever
they are actually testimony to the half built tower of Christianity through 2000 years in the UK.

It's about LIVING LETTERS.

Supercharge can come by laying something down.
Food.
Fasting.

Laying down time to pray or meditate.
But in the third level these are now "subtools".
The big one is Romans 12:1-2 ....the offering of our whole bodies as continual living sacrifices....but not as the rest of the churches teach....as some noble effort and struggle. (I feel this when Lance Lambert preaches on these verses) NOPE.
Go back and do your homework.
The homework is all the other chapters of Romans beforehand.

If your death and resurrection in Jesus isn't real experience to you....you don't really "see " it yet....don't beat yourself up, just earnestly claim the promise of the Holy Spirit Guide to lead you into all truth....all Romans Truth. Do a catch up course. Then when you have got it in your faith, then you can approach Romans 12 properly.

How do we move out from the lattice AS CHURCHES?
Well, as individuals we have to change TREES.
If you are in the TREE OF LIFE you have already fused with the DANCER, and you will be already running rings round those stuck in the lattice.

“Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.Do not be amazed that I said to you, ‘You must be born [c]again.’ The wind blows where it wishes and you hear the sound of it, but do not know where it comes from and where it is going; so is everyone who is born of the Spirit.”
You can construct a lattice but you can't construct the Church which comes down from above.

There's a peculiar calling from birth upon a segment of people....almost regardless of whether born again or not.

They are prophetic. They are creatives. They can also be darned moody.
They can appear other worldly. You can't demand anything of them....although sometimes the pressure of the demand is a furnace which can produce results.
You can't make them do anything to your commands....they themselves do not even behave according to their own whims or demands. For them the process feels like giving birth to something in great torment.

They are a sign in the earth to another world....the world of heart. The world of honour. True glory. The beyond.

I don't think Dylan Thomas was born again as such....but in "Under Milk Wood" he lays bare the sort of real life characterisations that lie behind the carefully constructed facades of our projections of human life...it has a quaint beautiful localised feel, describing a Welsh port....but really the quirks and personnages could be anywhere on earth. Which is why it is so well loved and it spills out from its immediate boundaries.

See, as fast you say, HAH....that guy shouldn't be sleeping with that other man's wife....
well, Judah the tribe inherited its name from goings on far worse. The Bible beats Under Milk Wood for graphic almost pornographic detail hands down...why
simply that every mouth be stopped, and everyone be forced to admit that
living independently we live powered by MR LUSTS
there is no middle ground.
We need a new man to Dance in us. We are meant to be in another LOVE RELATIONSHIP.

The dance is expressed in other humans accepting and receiving actively their brethren the prophets, the creatives.

A civilisation dies when it lives under Rothschild and the balance sheet.
Suddenly it turns about and asks....Hey?
Where are the musicians. Where are the painters, designers and sculptors?
Everything is mass produced plastic from China. Nothing is real. One off. Authentic.

Churches look round and suddenly notice...that SUPERCHARGE WORD that comes through dedicated prophets is nolonger among us. I remember it used to be there in the 70s and 80s? What happened? Where did they go?

At the moment the thirdlevel church is poised to manifest and the Dragon is poised to try and tear the baby from the mother at the time of its birth. As far as I can see, the thirdlevel church isn't in any of the existing churches, which now are largely empty shells with hardly any remaining SUPERCHARGE.

Ichabod.

Stretched but not Snapping and Can we walk without a Ceiling?

Stretched but not snapping
by Chris Welch,Facebook note on Thursday, 03 February 2011 at 16:13.
Psalm 45:16In place of your fathers will be your sons;
You shall make them princes in all the earth. NASV
Psalm 45:16Instead of thy fathers are thy sons, Thou dost appoint them for princes in all the earth. Youngs Literal Translation

Rob Rufus- Glory and Grace Conference- transcribed by Dan Bowen

I love the varieties of God and the diversities of God. It is amazing how the religious spirit would love us to just be prophetic people or just teaching people or just apostolic people or just evangelistic people or just one-style or one-way of worshiping people. It is amazing how quickly we fall into personal preferences and we do not like it when our particular preference is manifested. I really believe that all of us are in the situation where none of us are completely comfortable with every style and expression and manifestation of ministry in the kingdom.

It is a very healthy thing to admit you are not comfortable because all of us are being stretched in these days - not to snap - but to understand the multi-faceted rainbow of God's wisdom that is to be expressed to the powers and authorities through the church.

I believe those powers and authorities are not evil ones but they are the angelic hosts glorifying God in what the church is doing on the earth. I really believe God wants us to break out and to different expressions. There is an older generation like me (I hate to admit that!) but we are older and we have particular histories and we like that and make no apology for our history.

I come out of four major moves of God on our planet in my lifetime. Four major moves - and I have learned so much from those four major moves - the good things and the bad things. I hold it all dear and treasure them because there is eternal revelation in those moves of God.

Then there is a younger generation coming through that I am literally wide-eyed with wonder and learning from them almost daily - but weekly and they have whole new insights and have come from a completely different angle than I have come from and I am learning.

It is not accommodating and tolerating them - but we literally have to find grace to celebrate these different expressions otherwise the church becomes stereotyped and we become little clones or puppets of our religious culture and sub-culture and the conditioning of our history. Every day we need to find fresh faith for new discoveries.

I believe exactly what God is calling us to a uniqueness and each of us to really be ourselves and utterly original. Original, unique realities are inside each of us! Many of us don't realise how much uniqueness is in us!

We often take the definition of who we are from other people's perspectives. We let other people define us! ...................................whole transcript here

Can we walk without a ceiling?
by Chris Welch,Facebook note on Thursday, 03 February 2011 at 15:04. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z1rcFGsvKQ8

This video contains a lot of the tenets I walk by. It explains my attitude to the local church and the world church. It ends by giving a brief overview of what the Lord Jesus Christ shared with me in one of those rare visitations we seem to have in our lifetime. For me this took place in public on a small aircraft flying back from France for Dales Bible Week. The two weeks previous to this I was living in another dimension . The point of mentioning all this, is not for you to say either ooooh Chris, trying to be special again....or the converse....I could never experience those things. No, I am saying an unequivocal You SHALL experience those things and more! If you hang around God's purposes.

Waiting on God Opens Life in another dimension.

Little realised by most folk, the 30 years Jesus experienced with little other than his birth and some twelve year old experiences reported.....

were Jesus time of waiting on God. Being established in His God identity. They weren't wasted years. They would have been active years. But they were secret years. Francois Du Toit has described Qavah...(south Africans spell it differently)waiting on God, as strands of a rope being intertwined. It's us being hid in God.

Qavah- a description

The moment you start hanging your hat on the unseen God realm, in our totally sense based, and driven life in the world system, you are going to cause ructions. Those ructions and the personal effects on your life will be devastating. But here's the good news. The messes you get yourself into cause such an internal cry, that you literally start to yank more of heaven from the internal Now to be manifested in your being. God delivers. He delivers internally first, then externally. Time and time again, you will suddenly get this internal assurance first....long before your senses catch up....that everything is OK. God is in the frame. He comes as a Peace which completely overtakes/passes/is over and above your understanding. Then little by little the natural world puts itself together round you, like a meek doggy, falling perhaps grudgingly into line.

The problem with you now being OK again, is that this sets up a fresh set of conundrums for those sense based individuals round them. Norman Grubb calls this living as a burning bush, that never gets burnt up. Rich and Linda Novek should be long burnt up by now....but here they are still writing on Facebook.

So the people around are cornered. They either submit to God and believe that something more is happening, or they deliberately pretend what just happened couldn't have, and enter into denial. Once in denial, your cheery face which keeps reappearing makes them even more angry....because now they are in the frame too....they have declared you in the wrong, and by your continued cheery existence you are proving them "wronger still".

Now each mess you live through, until those around you either change, or are taken away....

Remember the verses "one shall be taken , the other left?" This is not a one time end time event....this is the continuous cycle of the Christian life!!!!!....so each mess you live through....only to set up another series of messes,

because you still refuse to tow the secular world's line....

each mess represents another bit of entwining, tucking yourself in God.

A person who has lived decades like this, nolonger has a clue about which bit is Him and which bit is the Lord. It becomes increasingly difficult to in any way describe your biography to anyone, save by the gift of utterance in the Holy Spirit. If you try, your words fall like treacle all down your face and right to the floor!!!

Qavah is a Life to be lived...not a prayer closet

Qavah begins by hearing by faith

You hear in your spirit what the Living Christ is telling you to do. As you take faith steps to obey, you are launched onto this life of Qavah. It makes no sense to most around you....even Christians. Only later, as you are gifted in the Spirit to share, and it becomes real food to others, does it start making sense to anyone.....including yourself.

If you think about it....gym membership makes no sense either. Running on running machines and getting nowhere. Lifting weights for no purpose. Going to all that effort for no visible fruit at the end of a session is all about training your body for some other end than immediate purpose. But a few months down the line, you're looking trimmer, with firmer muscles.

The wilderness years for the Israeliites were meaningless for anyone apart from them. Not one thing remains from this 40 year period. Archaologists cannot find anything. Some conclude it never happened. But this period was all about training a people in the Word of faith. It was a Qavah period for a whole people!

I actually believe these last 40 years have been a Qavah period for the Church. And while all the existing leaders hunker down for the long term, I really believe a lot of what exists now is purely gym membership. So leave the leaders and their gyms to get on with it.....they love to be top dog....well they can be top dog in their empty gyms,

Let the people of God awake to this new LAND-TAKING walk that God has got us on. Beginning first of all with "our seeing" in the things of every day life.

If you watch the above video, and in particular the aircraft vision , you will see there were 3 phases. The first phase was about checking through the systems.

The Holy Spirit has been doing a Name of God course. Revealing the Names of God in turn. Revealing Spirit principles in turn. Revealing the faith walk through the Word of Faith movement.

Now all of these individual revelations, YOU can make a little bread loaf out of....one of the 12 placed neatly and evanly round the Table of Shewbread in the Holy Place. You can make a GOD out of each of these. If you do the rest of the Body notices that you are walking with a strange lopsided gait!!!

These "systems checks"...which all the tribes were called to do in the last 40 years....were not for isolated enjoyment. They were manageable obedience tasks so that now as we approach the 3rd Level....the Holiest Place level....

everything can be shared out with all....for everyone's blessing and the empowering of the whole Body. This then makes 1 Corinthians 12 and reciving the foot if we are a hand, or an eye if we are an ear.....A WHOLE TON more important than it has ever been before. You see now......

WE ARE ABOUT TO FLY

Can we walk without a ceiling?

Back to the walking analogy.

Can we walk with no other ceiling save the Overshadowing Holy Spirit? Or will we like the Israelites continually crave a king!

Any last remaining worldly thinking in us DEMANDS a KING.....DEMANDS a PYRAMID.And then a new movement forms, which must of necessity die, for it was built around one portion of Manna....and manna only keeps for a day.

The QAVAH walk has no human ceiling. Has no pyramid. It is not comfortable.

But it is a walk of incredible power.

My little foretaste in France began with a faith journey when God said...yes you can go to France to study French during the holidays but I forbid you from going the official route of students....you must write to a lively church. So I did. And the reply was negative. That was November. It wasn't until halfway through the holidays the following August that out of the blue someone phoned who used to be in that church , but was now on the North Coast....He said "When can you come? Tomorrow? And so began probably the most incredible two weeks in my life , in which normal laws of human existence hardly seemed to apply at all. When I arrived, the very first breakfast, God used me to heal the mother of lifelong epilepsy while fitting in front of me.....and things just went on from there.

We Need to be real 2 - Faith in the Margins

Three Posts from Faith whose blog is Faith In the Margins

Run For Your Life
Run from gospels that focus on your success and prosperity.
Run from those that use the name of Jesus Christ only for personal gain.
Run from those that are picking your pocket in the name of Jesus.

Run!

Run from gospels that focus only on self-improvement, or on three steps to a better personality.
Run from churches where men and not Christ are glorified.

Run, get out of that place!

Run from churches where there is no Bible, no cross, no searching Word, no repentance from sin.
Run when there's no mention of the blood of Jesus. It's an unclean place, so run!
Run from churches where the worship leaves you cold, where there's no sense of God's presence, because they don't know God.

Run!

Run from churches where you're comfortable in your sin. If you enter God's house with sin in your life, but you're not convicted of it, you're sitting at a table of devils.

Run!

Run from pulpits that are filled with politically driven men who use the pulpit of God for a personal agenda.

Run!

Run from those who preach division between races and cultures.

Run!

Run! Get out! Turn it off. They know nothing of God.
Run from ungodly, spasmodic movements and endless empty prophesying. Beloved Church.

Run for your life!

Run from preachers that stand, who tell only stories and jokes.
Run like you've never run before.

Run from those that are only after money and they use one gimmick after another to get your money. One foolish thing after another to get your money.

Run!"

Two Little Eyes

Wait for the Lord: Those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

I remember being 27 - about 20 years ago. (This is going to be a long post!) I had just become a Christian, prior to this I had been about to commit suicide as my life had fallen apart in every way possible. I guess I thought that as I had invited Jesus into my life and accepted him as my Saviour and the Holy Spirit had knocked me to the ground everything would start to sort out. My husband (the love of my life and my baby daughter's father) would return and I could get on with a normal life. As I climbed into a friends car and sat in the back God spoke to me at that time very clearly He said 'I will repay you for the years the locusts have eaten' Joel 2:25. I was elated. He was going to turn my mourning into dancing, my tears into joy and my despair into hope. I waited.........

It took another failed marriage, 2 more children, another suicide attempt, an abusive relationship with a church leader, being rejected by 2 more churches, becoming homeless and abandoned by all but one of the Christians I knew, it took becoming penniless and nearly having a mental breakdown before God brought to my attention the repayment. All in all 20 years of despair, suffering and waiting. But when he did it boy - does he know how to do it!!!

I have 3 children. This is a story about one of them - the other 2 are just as amazing in different ways.

My son.

He was born into a marriage made in hell. I married for all the wrong reasons - for the second time. I was still broken hearted about losing my first husband. I was still a mess, yes I was a christian but God had so much still to do in me before he could get me in my right mind. After 3 years we split up.

We had a son together. He was long awaited. I had a daughter so I really wanted a son - and God in his graciousness gave me a son. He was born too early and I thought he might die. I would sing to him in his incubator and promise him I would always be there for him no matter what, and I promised God if He let him live I would give him back to God all the days of his life. God didn't forget that - and neither have I.

Through all the suffering and pain the next 16 years brought me I never realsied until now how those two little eyes had been watching. He watched and learnt. He studied my actions and watched the way others mistreated this vulnerable single parent in the churches I took him to.
He was there when they asked me to leave - he lost his sunday school and his church friends and his faith in institutional church. He lost his childhood home and his stability because of what the church did to us. He watched. He understood that we had no money, that we had no home of our own. He understood we were weak and it was easy for those with power in the church to walk all over us - and they did and he saw this.
He watched as I tried to furnish an empty rented house in a new city without money or friends. He watched me struggle and he heard me pray and cry until my heart broke. He made him and his little sister dinner when I lay in bed so damaged by life and church that I couldn't function. He watched it all and I loved him. I taught him about God and how he cares for the lonely, the unwanted, the needy and those on the edge of society who have nothing - I taught him, I lived it and he used to say 'Mummy when is God going to care for you? Why does He let bad people do bad things to us when we have no man to protect us? Why doesn't God protect us from bad people in the church? And I couldn't answer him. And this was the story of his life for 16 years.

I remember when he was about 12 he started to get really good grades at school. I was pleased - but not really that concerned, as what was inside him and how he treated others was of a greater concern to me. I watched him. He would come home from school - retreat to his room and study. On his own, while my life fell apart almost to the extent where I nearly had a breakdown. He studied. And I continued to pray with him and teach him about our amazing God who cared for me and him and his sisters and who was just and merciful.

All my Christian life I have been ignored and treated like a second class person because I am twice divorced and live in poverty with the poor in social housing - homes the government provide for those who have no money. I have no social standing in the church and therefore my views and opinions have never been heard. I am an undesirable by the churches standards - still.
All the church goers who have treated me like this have been from well to do middle class backgrounds from wealthy family's who raised them to be good Christians (and to avoid people like me) and who sent them to the best schools where they got the best grades and went to Universities like Oxford and Cambridge where they learnt to look even further down their nose at people like me - True!

Now one day 2 years ago my 16 year old son when thinking about applying to go to University said he might try and get into Oxford. I was still reeling from the fact that I could actually have a child that went to University at all!

I think my world stopped in that moment.... and things began to dawn on me.

My son.

And us with no money and no home of our own and no 'breeding' or social standing and him with no well to do upbringing which had trained him from the year dot to get into Oxford etc etc....... I pondered this in my heart and my heart grew. And he applied. And sent off his personal statement - to Oxford University. And my heart leapt inside me. And we waited. He was offered an interview - we screamed together and jumped round the room. He told me things. He told me he wanted to change the world for the better. He wanted to right he wrongs he had seen in his own life and those of others who are forgotten about and mistreated. He told me he wanted to be a voice for the voiceless. He told me he wanted to be a politician - a good one. He had soaked it all in. He told me he would put God first and do as He told him. He wanted to serve God with any opportunity he was given.
The interview was tough. I knew and he did that he did not have the background, upbringing and training to negociate an interview of such a high calibre.
I prayed, he prayed, we prayed together - if it be your will God. By now I was nearly shouting it in the streets.......................

Today I drove him to University for the start of his second term at Oxford. He is studying P.P.E. (Politics, Philosphy and Economics) the course studied by our present and many former Prime Ministers. We walked through corridors walked down by people such as Clement Atlee, William Beveridge, Gladstone and C.S. Lewis and saw them staring down at us from a great height. I helped him unpack in his little room round the back of the old cobbled steets. He and I were quiet together. We didn't need words. He did it. My kid. After all we've been through. This was not even in my frame of reference for what God might do. My son knows God has called him here for a purpose.
We hugged and said goodbye, I walked out into the cold January air. I breathed it in deeply. I looked heavenwards and saw the large tower of Magdalen College rising up into the grey afternoon sky.
I drank it in and smiled. I felt my heart leap inside me as I punched the air (victory!). God caught my attention and said:

'I told you I would repay you for the years the locusts have eaten.'

Perfect timing. I hadn't thought about that for years.

I feel like Cinderella must have felt

when the Princes butlers found her and she tried the slipper on and it fitted and no one could believe it was her!!!!!

N.B. In all the years I've waited for God to intervene and turn my life around he never answered one of my 'big' prayers. I prayed for him to save my first marriage, I prayed for him to save my second marriage, I prayed for him to give me recognition and a ministry in the church so I could be a voice for the poor and outcast. I prayed for a Christian husband. Each of these prayers consisted of long battles, years long. And He did not answer. Instead He gave me the best answer I could dream of - something which cannot be taken away from me. He used my past and all my pain and struggles and turned it round and poured it back into my lap until my cup overflows with JOY. And it came through the vessel of my most dearest and most precious thing - my son.

Glory be to God.

Concentration

I have practically no concentration any-more when it comes to listening to Christians talk or reading Christian books. I cannot listen to online sermons by my fave preachers or follow blogs or websites I have followed for years. I cannot concentrate on a good sermon or have a normal discussion with anyone about God without losing interest in the first few seconds.

And as for church! well. When I realise it's the day for church I sigh a deep bored sigh and I dread it all day. I know I'm gonna have to brace myself for about 2 hours of intense boredom. Listening to people whinge on and moan and berate each other about their 'hard' lives, the oh so typical Bible study. I can predict every discussion how it will start and how it will end. I know what's gonna be drawn from a passage before it starts.

I'm perplexed and a little annoyed with the way I am behaving but I have no control over it. I can't tell the christians how I feel because I will just get marched off for ' prayer' and get the 'how to be a good christian talk' from my pastor and peers which is liable to elicit an even more worrying response from me in some form which will probably see me cast out of another church! I am concerned though - what does it mean? I love God as much as I always have. But I cannot force myself or my children to be with other christians or to go to church. The Pastor said last week that without regular church we would lose our faith we would flounder. He shook his head like he was agreeing with himself that without church faith dies. He knows I've been without church for 3 years nearly..... and my faith is smoking!

The only things I can still do are worship and read the Bible. It's been hard to write this post I had to force it out of me I just wanted to stop writing- having to reflect on christian stuff fuses my brain.

Let me tell you a story...

I work with the homeless. I feel alive and connected to everything when I'm with the unfortunate people I support. So last week I get a new client. He is 54 and his brain is shot from using to many drugs and drinking too much alcohol. So I meet him. I'm slightly wary - he comes from a family notorious for violence in his town.
He answers the door and my heart nearly leaps out of my rib cage. He can't walk without support, he can't talk without slurring, he struggles to sit down and is obvious pain. He is fragile physically and mentally. He is so humble he wakes my emotions and interest up. My heart stirs within me. He asks for nothing - lots of clients demand and expect even on a first visit.
I wanna scream with joy. This guy has nothing from a worldly point of view , but he has everything he needs. He talks to me in a quiet voice looking at the floor alot, but when he looks in my eyes I see my brother - I can't explain it any other way.
He thanks me regularly as we talk. He thanks me when I haven't done anything except tell him how our organisation could help him secure accomodation and help him pay his rent and access grants etc.
I ask him questions many of which are quite personal about his drug and alcohol history and his violent past. He answers every question far more honestly than any church minister I know ever has. He is honest about his failings. Genuine. Tearful and regretful. Totally humble.I'm on the verge of tears myself. We get to the question about religion.I ask him if he has any religious or cultural needs we need to take into consideration. He looks me straight in the eye and says 'I'm a born again Christian' and that's how I've given up my addictions and moved away from my violent family....

And there my friends you have it. For the whole time I was with him you could have heard a pin drop. My concentration was 110% I was transfixed talking to him. I knew - even before he spoke that he belonged to God. So you see I can concentrate, on occasion, when talking about christian things. But I have zero concentration when I'm with middle class, rich, shallow, happy zappy clappy types. They make me wanna puke and run til I can run no more.

Thanks be to God.

"Red Moon Rising is not just a book:it's an invitation"

Red Moon Rising (by Pete Greig and Dave Roberts of Prayer 24/7) is not just a book:it's an invitation
The header comes from the Foreword to Red Moon Rising by Floyd McClung. As does this section:
In 1722 a rag-tag band of several hundred young people gathered on the estate of a wealthy count by the name of Zinzendorf. Five years later, God showed up and they began to pray. They prayed in strange and creative ways, but they prayed. They prayed 24-7. Their prayer led to compassion for the poor and those who had never heard of Jesus. Their prayer meeting went on for 125 years without ceasing – the longest prayer meeting in history.
God has decided to do again what he did among the Moravians almost 300 years ago. A 24-7 prayer meeting has started again, but now it has circled the globe overnight. We should not be surprised God chose an unlikely candidate to lead the 24-7 prayer movement. Pete Greig struggled to hear God's voice and wasn't very good at praying, but he was determined to chase the Spirit wherever that took him. The chase led to a blue-haired kid in Dresden, who in turn got him to the home of that first 24-7 prayer meeting started those many years ago. God got through to Pete, and the rest, as they say, is history.Pete Greig reminds us that prayer doesn't belong to the stodgy or the religious. Nor can prayer be controlled by religious types who think they have a corner on the right words to use and the correct way to stand. Red Moon Rising reminds us that prayer is not something to do, but someone to talk to. It stirs faith in us to believe that when we talk to God, He responds.

Pete Greig writes in"Shifting Culture"- Chapter 2
This generation stands at a time of profound social change. With the invention of the Internet, satellite communication and low-cost air travel (not to mention global terrorism and the rise of tribalism), the Western worldview is becoming more complex and possibly less rationalistic.
We are, therefore, a vanguard generation with a responsibility to lead at a time of great opportunity and great danger. We are watching the world change and we don't yet know what it is going to look like. This is what we mean when we talk about an emerging culture.

The challenges for the church at such a time are profound. A generation that finds itself in the crux of such a change has a significant responsibility for shaping the new ways of thinking that will define its own age but also that of the coming era. When Christians get it right at such times, adapting themselves to the changing culture and finding new language for timeless truths, the gospel spreads more easily for years to come because it makes sense to people. However, when the church gets it wrong by resisting change and enshrining nostalgia, we risk apparent irrelevance and an upward struggle.

Will Jesus Christ be famous and favoured in the coming age, or will he be a peripheral choice on the menu of social preference? You can call the culture 'progressive', 'emerging' or 'postmodern ' but the challenge is the same: to reinvent the church without changing the message, to reach this generation for the sake of the age to come.

Some of the stages of getting to grips with what is going on inside ourselves in the Christian walk,
taken from Chapter 3 "Taking Jericho."
1. Numb, dumb heart
The passage of time brings to every disciple the relentless pounding of pleasure, pain and sin. These conditions can imperceptibly harden our hearts, slow the arteries and make muscles once lithe grow inflexible. We are generally unaware of this ageing process, but God sees and cannot look away. He loves us too much and has called us to too much to allow us to settle for less than full spiritual health. The writer of Hebrews says that at such times God 'disciplines us for our good, that we may share in his holiness' (Hebrews 12:10).

In order to call our independent minds and self-satisfied souls back to a place of spiritual intimacy and dependency, God must make our numb hearts begin to feel again. Through Scripture, circumstance — perhaps even through this book — he may begin to trouble and disturb our soul. Such feelings are not often associated with the Holy Spirit. They may be like the tingling ache in your mouth as the anaesthetic wears off after dental surgery, or the howling pain of greater loss. But there can be no movement in our lives until we are confronted with the reality of our current state.

This is the first stage, and for me it took the form of sleepless nights troubled by something I couldn't define. This is a lonely time because you are feeling something you can't explain — even to God.
2. Wrestling
Next comes the wrestling, trying to make sense of this inner turmoil, looking for words to describe what you are feeling. You may study Scripture, splurge in your journal, read books, write songs, go for walks and try to pray, wondering why you're weeping or waking or considering taking some crazy, counter-intuitive step. Of course God is watching all this new activity with delight, biding his time.
3. Waiting
When eventually God gives you words for the things that are troubling your heart (and I'll say it again: this may take some time), things become easier. The internal storm calms and you can talk at last with clarity to God and to others. The chaos has a pattern now. There may be no answers yet but at least you have questions and you will throw these at the Almighty again and again. You no longer wrestle with yourself, but like Jacob with God. This is the time of waiting and watching and it can last years or mere minutes.
4. Blessing
Finally God steps in. The one who sowed those atomic seeds in your hard heart in the first place, the one who watched you cracking up and breaking down, the one who gently gave you the questions and waited and watched while you learned to pray, that same God now steps in to bless. A heart that was hard is now bruised and bleeding soft. An independent adult has become needy, humble and poor in spirit.A self-sufficient child has succombed to a hug. You have learned to need and to heed, to wait and to watch once again. ' And He said :" I tell you the truth, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven" '(Matthew 18:3).

This is all coinciding with our second Prayer 24/7 weekend which is running from this Friday 10 th July until Tuesday 14th in and around Portsdown Community Church Havant. Many many spin-offs resulted from the last session, and the sense was always that that was just the start. One of the spinoffs was the glorious way in which God came totally fresh and new and in simplicity at the May Conference 2009 here.
