Grace for those who do👑and Grace for those who don't👑
It's that time of year again on FB--seeing posts advocating reasons why one is for/against celebrating Halloween, Christmas, Easter--some arguing these holidays are of pagan origin & others arguing there is nothing pagan about them-nor is it wrong to celebrate them. (I want to be clear--I purposefully haven't scrolled my newsfeed--so please don't think this is directed towards any particular person/post, because it's not---just sharing my thoughts on the subject of grace & traditions✌🏼)
I honestly see both sides. Why? Because we too have taken both sides in our journey of growing up & knowing Christ...interestingly, the Lord has led our family full circle, from death into life....leading to even more grace and freedom in every season. Let me explain what I mean by full circle.
When Cade & Ava were toddlers we celebrated Halloween, dressed them up & took them trick or treating...we also celebrated Christmas, we celebrated the birth of Christ, decorated a tree, enjoyed Christmas morning with the children....(but to be honest even back then we chose to teach them that Santa wasn't real, we instructed them that while our family doesn't believe in Santa, there are other families who do & we don't want you to say anything to other children about Santa not being real *unless they ask you* & only then is when you are to tell them what you believe) & at Easter we would take the children egg hunting & go to church afterwards to celebrate the resurrection of Christ.
Every person has their own individual journey with the Lord and it will look different for each person and yet the lessons learned on the journey will be similar and distinct for everyone. For our family, the journey of coming to know the Lord in a deeper way began by the Lord leading us to seperate ourselves from the traditions of man for a very long season. The Holy Spirit was doing a deep work in both Kai & I...of separating us from the Spirit of the world BY separating us UNTO Himself....this was followed by Him calling us out of the church SYSTEM (not out of the Body of Christ). The Lord saw our hunger & thirst for righteousness -that our only desire was to *do* everything to please the Father--& at that particular time in our lives, this for us included: keeping the literal Sabbath from sundown Fri. to sundown Sat., keeping the Feast days, keeping the dietary laws, abstaining from all things pagan, dressing very modestly by not wearing pants but wearing long skirts, etc.
We went from celebrating all the traditions of man TO keeping every jot & tittle of the law....but BOTH were void of the essence & substance of Christ.
Both realms --traditions & laws--are of the SHADOW....matters not if one has its origin in paganism & the other has its origin in the letter of the law, BOTH are OF DEATH and both spiritually profit nothing.
Wow! What a journey it has been!
The motive of the heart is always what the Lord looks upon. He sees each person through the lens of perfection, of perfect love & grace....and He sees why we make the choices we make & why we are motivated to do the things we do.
The wonderful thing about our Lord is that He never wastes anything...everything we go through is to teach us....and He will use everything to purge of the FALSE & EMPTY in order to give us the REAL AND TRUE.
This brings me to where He has led our family today.
"We know that Christ, being raised from the dead, will never die again; death no longer has dominion over him...So you also must consider yourselves dead to sin and alive to God in Christ Jesus....For sin will have no dominion over you, since you are not under law but under grace."(Rom.6:9;11;14)
"I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me....But far be it from me to boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world."(Gal.2:20;6:14)
Hear that! Halleluyah! I'm a new creation in Christ! Gloryyyyy!
I'm dead to the world! I'm dead to the traditions of the world...I'm dead to the DEAD letter.... D E A D.
I'm alive in Christ!
I'm led by His Spirit...I'm in the world but not of it.
So what does that look like for our family TODAY?
We are dead to Halloween....we are in the world but not of it...we are free to love our neighbors and enjoy this season of their lives WITH them, blessing them, giving candy, dressing up, loving everyone & having fun. We are DEAD to the world YET love all those in the world.
What does Christmas look like NOW for us? After going 12 years without having & decorating a tree in our home---this year we will probably be putting one up...decorating our home in beautiful white lights & giving gifts (we've always given gifts to the children but have never made it a big deal about Christmas).
We are FREE TO BE.
Jesus is born IN US.
Emmanuel resides every second of every day WITHIN US, not only on Christmas.
What about Easter? Our very lives are RESURRECTED! We live, move, have our beings in Christ, THE RESURRECTION AND LIFE.
And for us, Sabbath is no longer a day of the week....it is WHO WE ARE.
We are HIS REST....and by His grace we bring His rest into the lives of all He gives to us.
We no longer concentrate on *doing* or *going*.....by His glorious grace we know only of BEING....and all of our doing flows from our being IN HIM.
Grace upon Grace to you all!❤️👑

More about why the current Pastor model isn't working
Pastors, it's your day of rest. Consider this.
You spend your whole life cajoling people in your playpen
to pray more, to read the Bible more
to help more people....
Can I drop a bombshell?
You are part of a "holding system". A waiting room. A place like Bethsaida in the New Testament.
Here's the shocker.
You are the good part of the holding area known as
The Tree of the Knowledge of Good and evil.
The Krays and the Mafia and the Illuminati are down the evil end
You are down the good end.
People are being "held" there in the realm of sin and judgment, or sin and death......
Understand I am not saying you are holding them....I am saying this is God's holding chamber.....it's the Divine alternative to anarchy and breakdown and mayhem......so you are caught in a divine function.
It's a reciprocal relationship. They pay your living and you provide the encouragement to go on living in the playpen.
You get frustrated because they don't ever seem to change.
They, generally, live their own lives and when there are problems, they feel their ten per cent insurance kicks in, and people can pray and support them. In these contemporary times, it's like being in an olden day village except at one remove...because everyone lives miles apart.....but when things go wrong they are covered by their ten percent insurance.
It's totally symbiotic....takes two to tango. It's co-dependency and you are supporting their addiction.
THE ACTUAL KINGDOM
The Kingdom is not lo here or lo there it is near you (every person) even in their mouth
Revelation 12 describes the DOUBLE ACTION of the CHURCH and KINGDOM in one concept
That is MOTHER and CHILD
MOTHER BRINGING FORTH DIVINE MANCHILD
The Child is swept up hurriedly to God to be taught divinely, the Mother is pushed out from society to find another location , another wineskin.
Those who follow the Spirit, these are the sons of God.
The Spirit is like the wind it/He blows where it/He wills.
The Kingdom is Psalm 110.
The Kingdom is voluntary.
The Kingdom is Romans 12 1-2 but only first having gone through the previous chapters experientially
The Kingdom is Grace....Grace as a POWER to bring forth Christ in man
The Church is a living Person, it's the rest of the Body here on earth with the Head in heaven.
It has local cells.
Each cell has many pastors....there is NOTHING in the BIBLE about pastor pyramids.
Each cell would have many fathers or apostles were they not always being thrust out to break open new places....and also were the New Testament older (ie more years between AD33 and its writing) Apostles are produced by either 3 and a half years squeeze in a true LIVING KINGDOM BODY...but there are none of these....so now they take decades.
Unlike Matthew Mark or Luke who wrote a diary, John wrote the Kingdom blueprint....
Baptism of water and the Holy Spirit
followed by John 6....the Romans 6 and 7 equivalent crisis...nearly everybody went home
followed by John 7 and Tabernacles and the Feast of Ingathering....or in other words a revival event.
Ist level second level thirdlevel triggers revival....
In an unending seedtime harvest cycle.....the leaven leavening the whole lump in the end.
In each cycle only a "remnant" finish....but that is enough to trigger the BUBBLE.....POP!!!! EXPLOSION
Think of a ceaseless engine, a motor.
Think of the ONE SPERM that makes it to a human egg out of millions....
Because the whole world is full of churches almost devoid of the Power of Grace....
Or certainly perhaps containing only the first grace message.....the forgiveness of sins.....with some pressing into Baptism in the Spirit....
But the second grace message, which is an exchange of Person at our innercentre resulting in continuous 24/7 consciousness.....nope.....nearly nowhere to be seen.
So BECAUSE this is NOT so....
Grace is only partially kicked in....
There is no psalm 110 voluntary laying down of whole lives
There is no loving God whole heartedly and mindedly and strengthily and others with the same fervour....he who is forgiven much loves much.....he who thinks forgiveness is a sin here or there is still absolutely clueless and loves little....
So you pastor remain on your neverending chain of cajoling within the structure of the Universe called the Tree of the knowledge of Good and Evil....and you wonder why nothing really works.....
Well....on this your day off....
THIS IS WHY.

The Positive and the Negative
Annalize Mouton - Photo Comment on Facebook - 15/5/2015
I saw the Lord. And I saw Him again this morning, as well as you, my own family and friends here on facebook… I KNOW that His GRACE is more HYPER than what we had ever known or can even start to fathom! We are all glorious! Yes, glorious, just like Him… fully saved, whole, healed, provided for… nothing lacking… And He did it all… From start to finish, He only! He truly has done it all! Before the foundations of the earth… He is the Lamb slain… more than 2000 years ago He visibly confirmed it… and is keeping on confirming it… And we were in Him all the way… We in Him, He in us and all in the Father and the Father in us… He is and forever has been a CORPORATE MAN…ONE BREAD… this is a great mystery… one He is anxious to open up to anyone who seeks and asks… Yes, we enter into Him and His LIFE fully through much tribulation, trials and suffering as we partake of His suffering… He was scourged, whipped, pierced… head and body… we are His body. Death could not hold Him, it never could, as He is ETERNAL LIFE… death cannot hold us… By laying down His very own life He made a spectacle out of sin, sickness, death, devil and demons… showed His victory, and their nothingness… He arose victorious… we arose… He ascended to His Father… we ascended to our Father… He was glorified… we WERE glorified with Him… He sat down at the right hand of the Father… we were seated with and in Him… Through His victory everything that is His became ours, too… We have the mind of Christ… put it on! Wear it, think from it, live from it, speak from it… be established in His victory… His RIGHTEOUSNESS… Speak grace to your mountains… GRACE GRACE GRACE…GREAT GRACE… Keep standing… no matter what gets thrown at you… let the mountains shake, crumble and fall… let His billows flow over you… be not afraid… Keep your eyes on Him… and KNOW… you already have the victory… Our only fight… to keep proclaiming His victory… to keep on eating and drinking HIM! Put on your garments of praise, shout to the Lord, make merry in your hearts, sing a new song…Let the high praises of our God be in our throats and two-edged swords in our hands… Rejoice in the dance… like David did… we are walking with/in Him in His triumphal procession!! With Paul (Colossians 2) I want you to know how hard I am contending for you… and for all who have not met me personally. My goal is that you may be encouraged in heart and united in love, so that you may have the full riches of complete understanding, in order that you may know the mystery of God, namely, Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. I tell you this so that no one may deceive you by fine-sounding arguments. …just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.
See to it that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depends on human tradition and the elemental spiritual forces of this world rather than on Christ. For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form, and IN CHRIST YOU HAVE BEEN BROUGHT TO FULLNESS. HE IS THE HEAD OVER EVERY POWER AND AUTHORITY. In him you were also circumcised with a circumcision not performed by human hands. Your whole self ruled by the flesh WAS PUT OFF when you were circumcised by Christ, HAVING BEEN BURIED with him in baptism, in which you WERE ALSO RAISED with him THROUGH YOUR FAITH IN THE WORKING OF GOD, who raised him from the dead. When you were dead in your sins and in the uncircumcision of your flesh, God MADE YOU ALIVE WITH CHRIST. He forgave us all our sins, having canceled the charge of our legal indebtedness, which stood against us and condemned us; he has taken it away, nailing it to the cross. And having disarmed the powers and authorities, he made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross.
May His great GRACE today flood our souls, may every valley be filled up and every mountain be levelled by His provision, health, wisdom, love, forgiveness, goodness, righteousness… may the whole world know and see through our lives that HE LIVES and is GOOD… may we flood this earth with our praises of and to Him… may the earth be filled with the knowledge of Christ Jesus our Lord, and our Everlasting Father, through us, His SONS and DAUGHTERS! May the glory of our Lord today overtake you like a golden tsunami!!!! I love you all so very much!!!!! And yes, I know when we may look at ourselves, our loved ones, we do not yet see how glorious we all already are, but you just wait, keep on standing and snuggle even deeper into Him… He shall take the veil away soon, very soon… and His glory will be see in and through and upon us… and you have already overcome every obstacle in HIM!!!!!! Chris:Can I explain negativity because it is obviously confusing Andre Rabe and Francois Dutoit . In Romans 3 to 5 and ephesians 1 and 2 God gives you your very own surfboard. Only its a lot more real than a board in a universe filled with huge gaps between atoms. A surfboard is useless without waves. In
Matthew 5 Jesus doesnt lie He states from the outset this thing is about waves and riding them. Secondly the waves themselves reveal how Darkness works which in its inverse shows how the Kingdom works. The reason we almost appear to champion the negativity is not so we can bow out and give up like Americans waiting at a bustop for Jesus....nor is it to deny the full extent of evil as does Dutoit....no we are absolutely crazy......we say.....here come the waves.....and we are going to teach the Church thirdlevel surfing .

Pollination and why Seminaries "really don't get it".
Pollination
Jump to: navigation, search
In spite of a common perception that pollen grains are gametes, like the sperm cells of animals, this is incorrect; pollination is a phase in the alternation of generations: each pollen grain is a male haploid plant, a gametophyte, adapted to being transported to the female gametophyte, where it can achieve fertilization by producing the male gamete (or gametes, in the process of double fertilization).
As such the Angiosperm successful pollen grain (gametophyte) containing the male gametes (sperm) gets transported to the stigma, where it germinates and its pollen tube grows down the style to the ovary. Its two gametes travel down the tube to where the gametophyte(s) containing the female gametes are held within the carpel. One nucleus fuses with the polar bodies to produce the endosperm tissues, and the other with the ovum to produce the embryo[1][2] Hence the term: "double fertilization".............Mechanics
Pollination can be accomplished by cross-pollination or by self-pollination :- Cross-pollination, also called allogamy, occurs when pollen is delivered to a flower from a different plant. Plants adapted to outcross or cross-pollinate often have taller stamens than carpels or use other mechanisms to better ensure the spread of pollen to other plants' flowers.
- Self-pollination occurs when pollen from one flower pollinates the same flower or other flowers of the same individual.[3] It is thought to have evolved under conditions when pollinators were not reliable vectors for pollen transport, and is most often seen in short-lived annual species and plants that colonize new locations...........

God's Divine Seed
What no seminary
No denomination
Neither any local church close to me in the Portsmouth area
seems to have grasped is the two or threefold truth concerning God's Word.
1.Apparent Randomness humanly speaking
John 1 : 11-14 Youngs Literal Translation
11 to his own (things) he came, and his own people did not receive him;
12 but as many as did receive him to them he gave authority to become sons of God -- to those believing in his name,
13 who -- not of blood nor of a will of flesh, nor of a will of man but -- of God were begotten.
14 And
the Word became flesh, and did tabernacle among us, and we beheld his
glory, glory as of an only begotten of a father, full of grace and
truth.
It was pretty amazing in Abraham's family to get three consecutive generations who all pushed ahead in God, and four if you count Abraham's dad. Abraham,Isaac and Jacob become our archetype as followers of God everywhere, representing salvation faith , an outpouring of the Spirit and "exploring wells of salvation", and finally the last great search for the Face of the One who is from the Beginning, and matters concerning Union.
Generally though, notwithstanding the promise to Abraham and his generations to bless the earth, those who indeed responded to the call of God in a lineage that led to the Messiah, were but the rarest examples of lovers of God in a whole sea of offspring.
So the Word comes NOT by flesh lineage
Not by surface desire
Not even by moral whim or high religious principle
But by direct encounter in the mystery of two....God and Man....becoming One by a Divine Begetting.
You can't really organise for this stuff.
Jesus said...see the fields white for harvest....??? Well DON'T you dare rush in and mess it all up....He said "You pray the Father that HE send out workers.
2. The Seed... er.....GROWS of itself
Divine seed is what it says on the tin....Divine.
You understand tis does NOT mean you behave like Calvinists and fold your arms in your little wooden pews, thinking that since it has to be all God, we don't actually do anything. No...that too is baloney. WE WORK with all our might...but hopefully in the increasing revelation that it is God Himself BY US. In Union.
This is consciousness. You can't fake consciousness. You are either in HIS REST....or you think you are doing a work for God.
But the point completely lost in our Portsmouth area by all the denominational churches and by all the charismatic ones too, is that Christ grows FULLY in a believer. Not halfway, according to local churches belief....no.....FULLY....which is the whole point of this blog. The three stages of growth that we see spelled out in 1 John 2. Children. Matters of forgiveness by grace.Young men. Issues to do with the battle of faith around our new identity as New Creations, and roughly aligning with Romans Chapters 6 and 7.
Then, Fathers. The life begetting principles of intercession and pouring your life out for others to see them also receive Seed and grow too.
3. Pollination
The entire world of natural living plants and trees and grasses relies on a seemingly random cross fertilisation process continually. And if we could examine all basic particles we would doubtless see the same kind of dance going on.
In the same way the Word is transmitted. In the same way believers grow into maturity. If you look at the Bible characters. Outwardly not one life was the same. Inwardly however their lives were going through the same patterns of spiritual development that we do. Grace people, as I call them...not to disparage grace...but imagine a group of people who get stuck in a groove in the Romans teachings of Chapters 3 to 5, never maturing beyond this point, and you start to get what I mean. These ones never really get beyond picking holes in God's Old Testament Laws....so they are never able to stand back enough and begin to see exactly the same life arcs (allbeit in an Old Covenant context) that we go through in our growth with Jesus. Why should this be? Well God always was the I AM. And He still is. And it was in a living relationship with Him that they lived moved and had their being....allbeit again...in an Old Covenant context.Local church leaders denominational, nondenominational, charismatic or just evangelical....just haven't caught what God is doing. They run set meetings. Set housegroups. With set teachings. And set programmes.
Well apart from the specific occasion brought about by the birth of a "particular God people" in history requiring a Law framework for the whole of national life.....and perhaps something of a forensic detailed study in Romans of how salvation exactly unfolds....
actually the 60 or so other books are really annoying to people still trying to have a jolly good stab at living from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. They are far too random. Nonsequenced. Haphazard. So are the descriptions of the three years lived by the disciples with Jesus in all the four gospels. It's only since the Spirit has been outpoured in the last hundred years than anybody anywhere has been able to cotton onto the way John wrote his gospel. The thicko professors of the last two hundred years just give up in desperation and describe it as a non synoptic gospel, out on its own.
The key ofcourse is that John's gospel is spiritually topographical in the same way that the London Underground maps may not show you distances and precise geographic descriptiveness, but they show you the exact connective framework by which everything hangs together. And the gospel of John is really a connective thread that runs along the main experiences that we encounter spiritually as we press on through to seeing our Union with God.This kind of dovetails consciously with the Jewish Feasts and their understanding of Tabernacle and Temple.
But all our local leaders scream inwardly, but put on a show outwardly, because they cannot be seen to argue with scripture. But oh, how they wish the gospels were a system based teaching they could roll out among their flocks. Complete with laptop Powerpoint demonstrations in housemeetings on people's walls.
But you see it's all SEED.Seed is Divine Life.
It is transmitted almost randomly by pollination.
You have to actually live with these wretches that are your minions who you are extracting a tithe from, so you feel under pressure to perform with a sytematized teaching each week, in case they stop funding your existence.
Jesus, instead, loved those who were His own. he lived alongside them for 3 and a half years. He rubbed pollen on them as and when it was relevant, as His own life came forth....
in praise of them
in teaching spiritual principle
in having a good laugh at Pharisaical behaviour
in letting them have it when they were in a totally inappropriate spirit.....whatever
He was cross-pollinating them.....LITERALLY.
Take up your cross and follow Me.
There's no real system. Just this. Rubbing your Divine Life against other's lives and watching how more and more of it sticks.
This is the difference between third level ministries and all the previous ages of ministries. We are not teaching shoulds and oughts and "out there" Bible stories of an "out there God".
Hebrews 7:16 describes Jesus ministry in this way:
one who has become a priest not on the basis of a regulation as to his ancestry but on the basis of the power of an indestructible life.
and we too now
but as many as did receive him to them he gave authority to become sons of God -- to those believing in his name,
13 who -- not of blood nor of a will of flesh, nor of a will of man but -- of God were begotten.
We have to know we are ministering from SEED, begotten of God.
Not blood ancestry
Not just because we want to minister because it's a nice wayto live and we are funded with other people's tithes
not because we are very very moral and consider it's our duty to impose this effort on others that they can be as extremely good as us!!!!
NO....By DIVINE SEED OF the EMPOWERING GRACE OF JESUS...that we have been pollinated by, that is now fullgrown and busting out of us and is waiting to brush against some more stamens.
On Monday, I had the phrase "rooted and grounded" in Him going round and round. Then I got home and remembered Daniel's last post had been called "I am rooted in Paul's gospel".
We are rooted first. And you cannot see roots. Then after much buffeting those roots become very very firm and people recognise we are grounded. They may never admit to what, they may never understand what grounds us.....but they can see something strange is going on,because everyone else is being blown apart, but they can see it's not for lack of wind. They say of us, like Jesus:
He was despised and rejected by mankind,
a man of suffering, and familiar with pain.
Like one from whom people hide their faces
he was despised, and we held him in low esteem.
But this is just the outer stuff. In reality we are actually finding those inner wellsprings through it all. What "seems" so negative, is actually what drives us to the world beyond appearances, which we find is so much more stable and to be relied on.

Grace,Grace
by Chris Welch on Wednesday, 16 January 2013 at 23:38 ·
Psalm 12:6 The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times.
Then the angel who was speaking with me returned and roused me, as a man who is awakened from his sleep. Zechariah 4:2 He said to me, “What do you see?” And I said, “I see, and behold, a lampstand all of gold with its bowl on the top of it, and its seven lamps on it with seven spouts belonging to each of the lamps which are on the top of it; 3 also two olive trees by it, one on the right side of the bowl and the other on its left side.” 4 Then I said to the angel who was speaking with me saying, “What are these, my lord?” 5 So the angel who was speaking with me answered and said to me, “Do you not know what these are?” And I said, “No, my lord.” 6 Then he [a]said to me, “This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel saying, ‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ says the Lord of hosts. 7 ‘What are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you will become a plain; and he will bring forth the top stone with shouts of “Grace, grace to it!”’”
The genius disguise of the Word of the Lord is simply this. Man looks at the outside, God looks on the heart. The Word of the Lord comes from within out, and man doesn't see it until it's fully arrived.
Man thought he had a fix on things when he saw a tabernacle or a Temple. He thought what God was doing was a religion. Jesus said to the woman at the well, "It is neither here on this mountain nor in Jerusalem that God seeks worship. But He seeks rather worshippers who will worship Him in Spirit and in truth." So all the while he has been building from the inside. "The King's daughter is glorious within, she is transformed from the inside out." Psalm 45.
For the Lord a thousand years is as a day and a day is as a thousand years. While secularism disguises the ages of man, in actual fact the 7 lamps of the Lord have been like 7 Lights throughout all history preparing a people worldwide for a flourishing finish. A people that will shout to the great mountain and say before Zerubbabel you will become a great plain.
In Daniel's vision he saw a rock hewn out from a mountain rolling down and crushing the toes of the last Empire of man...one built of stealth symbolised of feet and toes of clay and iron.
So how does this all manifest? Not by power, nor by might but by My Spirit says the Lord.
Not by the might and power of pyramids. All the works, religious and secular of man are built in enormous pyramids. It's the only shape the devil understands, because the only way he can garner power and efficiency is through terror and power structured in the shape of a pyramid.
How is God's capstone , the finished work of Jesus Christ presented? With cries of Grace?
Well actually no.
With cries of Grace, grace to it.
These are the days of the two grace cries.
The one grace of salvation through the Blood of Christ was almost lost in the low point of the middle ages and picked up again by Luther. But only in these days is the second cry of grace gettting louder and louder.
The grace not only of forgiven sin, past present and future but the grace of a completing salvation by a Resident Saviour who cmpletes the job within us, again by grace.
Simply believing upon the Word of the Son of God, who gave Himself that He by the Spirit might enter and so fuse with our spirits, that we know not where His identity begins and ours ends.
This is the gospel of grace. Eating of His flesh and His Blood.
He, both of the "animals" offered up, one on the brazen altar one sent into the wilderness forever as a scapegoat. We lose sin and the sinner in one Cross event. Mr Sin who was resident in our members causing it to be a body of death, has now been cast out and cut off from us in every bit of a real way as when the Israelites passed through the Red Sea, and all the Egyptians pursuing them died in the waves.
And He will bring forth the topstone with cries of grace grace to it. Amen
But He seeks rather worshippers who will worship Him in Spirit and in truth." Grace has a cross in it.
Timothy Keller's Foreword To:
Bonhoeffer :Pastor Martyr Prophet Spy
It is impossible to understand Bonhoeffer's influence without becoming acquainted with the shocking capitulation of the German church to Hitler in the 1930s. How could the"church of Luther," that great teacher of the gospel, have ever come to such a place? The answer is that the true gospel, summed up by Bonhoeffer as costly grace, had been lost.
On the one hand, the church had become marked by formalism. That meant going to church and hearing that God just loves and forgives everyone, so it doesn't really matter much how you live. Bonhoeffer called this cheap grace. On the other hand, there was legalism, or salvation by law and good works. Legalism meant that God loves you because you have pulled yourself together and are trying to live a good, disciplined life.
Both of these impulses made it possible for Hitler to come to power. The formalists in Germany may have seen things that bothered them, but saw no need to sacrifice their safety to stand up to them. Legalists responded by having pharisaical attitudes toward other nations and races that approved of Hitler's
policies. But as one, Germany lost hold of the brilliant balance of the gospel that Luther so persistently expounded—"We are saved by faith alone, but not by faith which is alone." That is, we are saved, not by anything we do, but by grace. Yet if we have truly understood and believed the gospel, it will change what
we do and how we live. By the time of Hitler's ascension, much of the German church understood grace only as abstract acceptance—"God forgives; that's his job." But we know that true grace comes to us
by costly sacrifice. And if God was willing to go to the cross and endure such pain and absorb such a cost in order to save us, then we must live sacrificially as we serve others.
Anyonewho truly understands how God's grace comes to us will have a changed life.
That's the gospel, not salvation by law, or by cheap grace, but by costly grace. Costly grace
changes you from the inside out. Neither law nor cheap grace can do that.
This lapse couldn't happen to us, today, surely, could it? Certainly it could.
We still have a lot of legalism and moralism in our churches. In reaction to that, many Christians
want to talk only about God's love and acceptance. They don't like talking about Jesus' death on the cross to satisfy divine wrath and justice. Some even call it "divine child abuse."' Yet if they are not careful, they run the risk of falling into the belief in "cheap grace"—a noncostly love from a non-holy God who just loves and accepts us as we are. That will never change anyone's life. So it looks like we still need to listen to
Bonhoeffer and others who go deep in discussing the nature of the gospel.
Timothy Keller
Chris Welch continues:
"They don't like talking about Jesus' death on the cross to satisfy divine wrath and justice."
With such a revelation of God as Father,
and His Everlasting nature as love,as manifest in the openhearted embrace of the Father in the Prodigal son story -
people are writing against "satisfy divine wrath and justice."
Brad Jersak and Gary Sigler to name two.
Reading and talking doctrines of Divine Retribution in leftbrain speak, such as we have inherited from Augustine are missing out on other simultaneous truths in the Spirit.
To understand the doctrine of God we are not called to read more. To spend longer in university. To take our left-brain down the leftbrain gym until we can exercise with the best of them....Marx, Karl Barth, Schopenhauer. We are called to walk inwardly. To say yes to God in our life. To experience what He means in John 17:21 by
21That they all may be one, [just] as You, Father, are in Me and I in You, that they also may be one in Us, so that the world may believe and be convinced that You have sent Me.
The question of the Cross concerns Union. We were included in His death that He might raise us up in Himself to receive within us, a Unity of Person, that is God Himself.
We experience Two goats....one burnt up totally, which is the complete destruction upon the works of the flesh in our life. But the second goat that was sent way into the wilderness in the Old Testament symbolises the second deliverance at the Cross. That our former person was done away with. That spirit centre, who is our real identity, was forever linked to the sin spirit in union, and had to be left in hell. Our new identity is again a spirit union, Christ linked to our spirit, a totally new creation.
God doesn't see death as we do.He constructed this universe as a safe one, by inventing the second death. Any rebellion in heaven led to permanent separation, so a death within a death made it safer for us for bringing forth a race of co-sons.
Doctrine with Union in it, is very different from doctrine that was cobbled up while still in a false believing system of "separation". An angry "out there" God, that the devil would have us believe in since Genesis 3.
When God raised up first a generation of Pentecostals who believed in the Baptism of the Spirit in the 1900s, then brought home a second wave of such believers, of which i am a member, sweeping through the denominations with this Pentecostal revelation, ofcourse many saw this as a kind of Total Answer to the problems of sharing the gospel without power and signs.
But in actual fact it was to raise up a Jacob generation - a generation that would seek the Face of God as Jacob did,
to go down , down, further down,
to fully understand the nature of the problem since the Fall.
Like a whole generation of St Paul's in Arabia, not having, as did the first disciples, Jesus in His earthly form as Jesus of Nazareth to teach, we have relied on the Holy Spirit to lead and guide into all truth.
Solely proclaiming "The Kingdom of heaven is at hand" with signs and wonders following may have been what Pentecostals were called to do, and still do, and this complies with the activities of the early disciples while still learning, but the FIRST CHURCH itself was founded on a more permanent foundation. The disciples had had 3 years of exposure to Light regarding who they had thought they were and fully realising who they now were.
And this is the complete gospel which we now share.
A gospel of complete Union.
Shared by the power of the Holy Spirit.
With much more self-knowledge of how the Bible describes us, and how we work as human beings.
In a nutshell we have lived the opposite of Proverbs 3 5-6 which tells us to:
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not rely on your own insight.
In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make straight your paths.
We have instead trusted wholly on our insight, which produces a "false seeing" with our soul as the centre of our universe. Not only is our soul not geared to being the centre of our universe. It is NOT either. For the falseness is brought about by the fact that we are spirit at our centre. This is who we really are. Our soul is just the way our spirit can manifest itself outwardly through our body. What we thought of as a self-powered soul was just a FRONT. Behind this cover, the actuality is Satan usurped our spirit as container for God's Presence, and now controls and energises all those who live according to their "own way".
So the "own way"...isn't entirely. How many times have you intended to go only so far in a direction, only to observe yourself careering downhill like a runaway train? How many people have been murdered as a result of a smaller tif?
How many babies have been born, when the original idea was a kiss and a cuddle?
How many, like a friend of mine, have gone to prison on someone's false evidence, because the other's story hardened and hardened and they wouldnt back down from their lie?
Christianity is the return of a human to his planned identity, the identity of one who is really spirit.Where we differ from Buddhism, or other Christian groups is that we see the need for a death on the Cross. We take up our Cross and follow Him.
We are like that seed which falls into the ground, breaks open, then reforms with a whole new fruit bearing identity. It is a miracle. It is NOT just meditation. It is meditation on Spirit fact. The death of us on a Cross, and the resurrection of us in Jesus Christ three days later.
Once in heaven Christ was anointed as King and Priest for an intercession to bring everything outside of Christ , manifestly INSIDE of Christ, and to return the whole done deal to the Father.
God then gave His anointed Son AGAIN for the second time as Head over the Church, that they as a kingdom of Priests functioning with Him in the Melchizedek order, would cooperate with Christ in His commission. For this purpose Christ has shared His anointing oil with His Bride in the form of the Baptism in the Holy Spirit.
Any doctrine of grace in the Church has to comply with this self-giving commission Christ has placed upon us.It has to comply with all the descriptions the Bible makes about us in relation to God: Master/ Servant,Bridegroom/ Bride, Vine/ Branches, Divine Power in earthenware pot.....and so on
The means whereby this grace is transplanted in us complies with what Hebrews calls the Heavenly Tabernacle. So all the aspects that were made strictly according to pattern in the Old Testament, have heavenly realities in the Spirit that they describe. We see one notable one when the Veil was supernaturally rent in the Temple as Jesus own Body Temple of flesh was being torn on the Cross, and a totally New and Living Way was opened for us, instead of the mere ritual beforehand.
Apart from prayer and singing, it is interesting that the only rituals left in the Church are entirely to get our inner eyes focussed on who we now are....and the way we are made is to begin in the flesh! Baptism in water, and the bread and wine, remain just about the only outward form, while we impart Spirit to Spirit with one another.
Other groups of Christians , in rightly pointing out our access to God is complete now, because the veil has already been torn, dont realise there is also a growth process equally as real in order to "EXPORT" the total Holy of Holies reality of our born again spirits into the rest of our existence. All this occurs because of the very threefold action described in Revelation 12:
and they overcame him
By the Blood of the Lamb
By their Word of testimony...(based on this total victory of the Lamb)
And by loving their lives not unto death.
The first "loving our lives not" occurs as we experience the soul severing double edged sword of the Word piercing to the division of soul and spirit (Hebrews 4). This is Sooooooo painful. Do not not be kidded. You feel like you are dying on your insides. But it is the separation of our souls in practice from wrong misuse by Satan, to right use as a vessel for Jesus Christ.
The second " loving not our lives " results in our self giving of our new Christ identities for others, or in outpoured operations or commissions by the Spirit of God as we get into Word of faith commissions.
Simultaneous to this negative seeming process, is the outpouring of more grace upon us and through us, in our situations, and those we are commissioned to fight the fight of faith for.I dont like dwelling on the death side for two reasons.
It's the devil's plan to get Christians stuck there. When God's plan is resurrection experienced!
Secondly, as we see with Christ's death.....it was ONE DAY in 33 years folks, and 3 days later Jesus was up and out for ALL TIME. It's the devil's ruse to make us DEATH conscious.
It is spiritual circumcision. THAT's ALL.
I had a natural one....and the operation ended!!! I never talk about it. I dont regale friends with it. It didnt last months on end. It was one operation. Then I left hospital.
As we enter the realm of Spirit, we see in the Spirit. Clearer and clearer. We dont talk guff anymore. The Cross is real death and real resurrection. I dont entertain a lot of talk in my Havant Church regarding the Cross. It's just religion. I tend to just walk out now.
Real death doesn't take 30 years before a single member of the congregation feels he can go out and minister. That's religion. And as more people come through in the Spirit, we can take churches like Havant by the scruff of their neck to the real Cross and not just the religious one, so that soon they are ministering in power round the whole region.

Larry Tomczak Finally Has His Say (via Dan Bowen)
Larry Tomczak Finally Has His Say from Life on Wings
My note on this copy post:
Why is this important? After all, this represents an organisation rooted and grounded in the second level of seeing. Originally at least, SGM preached the two layer gospel of Repent,be baptised in water, and then two, be filled with the Holy Spirit.
What do you mean originally? Well, many of these type of churches...and without having been there , Dunstable apparently seems to be one of the worst examples (not part of SGM network), have now been bewitched by Reformed doctrine.
What do you mean bewitched? How it works is this. When the Spirit working in the life of a believer produces effects that either 1. don't lead to what is judged to the eye as sanctification 2. or appear to lead to other disturbing results
- immature spiritual leaders panic, and instead of looking properly to God to get His eye view.....(probably that all the dark hidden secret foundations that really run believer's lives are now being squarely challenged by the Spirit as He unearths them one by one) they look back to the flesh as they did in Galations, and start to slap "external laws/conditions and behaviours" on new believer's lives.
Inserted biography as example: What do I mean? Emsworth Church was founded by revelation.Jean Darnall,Harry Greenwood and others gave "words" out of nowhere. The Church foundation word was "given by accident" as an apostle passed through a prayer meeting. The Foundation of the Church WAS to be Bible House...a prototype of how future church was to function in the Spirit. The whole pattern of it "came down the mountain". It was not dreamt up. Both Ed Miller and later Jorge got the patterns (2 rolled into one) in heaven waiting on God.I don't think I was too different ,because flesh is flesh, but I was probably the worst. The week I arrived, my first houseowners "saw in the Spirit" a "lurker" walking about my room.I wasnt there.I was also unaware of this in my life.Anyhow, I feel sure (without knowing properly) that immature leadership decided to abandon the project after what happened with all of us, and in particular me. 2ndlevellers have absolutely no clue of the intercession involved in bringing people forth in Christ. They read, but cannot perceive in the Spirit the words of St Paul" I came amongst you to find Christ crucified."
Does that mean Reformed doctrine is wrong? No. For the most part, it ties in with scriptures. The bad thing about it when you look in the Spirit is that you are encouraging Christians to
try and be better Christians by doing this........ and that
not ever seeing in the Spirit that the Christian at his/her core centre has never been founded properly on their inner believing of who they now are in Christ
So, never breaking into the third level of seeing, why is it a surprise that this list of behaviour issues should manifest
extract from below: Five issues were highlighted at that time: 1) Pride, Sectarianism and Elitism 2) Self-righteousness and Judgmentalism 3) Blackmail and Intimidation 4) Lack of Integrity and Deceitfulness 5) Abuse of Spiritual Authority.
This is none other than a part of the list that Jesus reeled off in His ministry describing the Jews trying to live in "flesh righteousness". So again, why should this be a surprise among an organisation that has only 2 out of the three layers of foundational revelation of the life in Christ.
Well, I have included this post for this reason.
Larry Tomczak and CJ Mahaney were "something else". In the 1980s, when even John Wimber was John Wimber, that is a ministry that although firmly promoted the Body of Christ as an every member ministry, was still mysteriously doing the promoting in the name of a single individual with a team.... Larry and CJ were breaking the mould. They truly were something quite new in the earth. A twin ministry of mightily anointed people, commencing the message of grace to the Spirit-filled community. What had been emerging in corners through Maurice Smith, was here being brandished openly and imparted by a lovely twin ministry.
But ofcourse, this grace message foundation is Romans 3 to 5 ministry, and hasn't even entered into the territory of Romans 6 to 8 which is explained at the side of this blog by Norman Grubb in the link.
Now the default in Spirit "works", Spirit -filled churches, across the Body worldwide is for these new churches to hit a wall about the time we would be beginning to share the "lead up" to the third level. The church I was in at Emsworth in the eighties hit the same wall.
Leaders either break through personally to discovering the third level, or they redouble control and slowly the Lampstand of the church is withdrawn. Opposite where Emsworth Church (NLCC)now meet was a tin tabernacle hut first opened by Smith Wigglesworth as a visiting Pentecostal minister. 60 years on, a sad and tired old lady handed over the key to us to continue the work of the gospel. She was the last member. Same story.
Below is of interest though, because Larry at least, seems to have a heart to move on in God, and I have every reason to believe that the God who moved me on, will also move him on. But the bigger question is what will happen to SGM as a whole. It is being seduced by the same Reformed demon as Dunstable church at the moment....so a mighty mighty touch would be needed. And usually, history shows it is just simpler working with fresh wineskins, as Jesus would say.
To recap on the header illustration: If you as a church are not prepared to press through in Christ until He Himself has shod you properly with the gospel of peace - "How lovely on the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news...."
you will cut your losses and seek to manufacture the same results artificially by resorting to works, or in this case Reformed Doctrine.
Just when we thought there were no more twists and turns to the sorry Sovereign Grace Ministries story - Larry Tomczak has had his say on his website. Here's what he has to say.
— Larry and Doris Tomczak (November 2011)
As you read of our time with Sovereign Grace Ministries, we are sharing some traumatic experiences, yet endeavoring to do so accurately and redemptively. I want to say at the outset that I am not blameless, but I at times yielded to a spirit of fear when told I “lacked discernment” and was at times cowardly when I should have addressed unrighteous behavior. Where we participated in any unredemptive treatment of God’s people, we ask for your forgiveness. Over the years Doris and I have met with numerous people to ask forgiveness and people have been most gracious to us. Feel free to contact us if you feel a need to revisit any past experiences. Thank you in advance for your mercy and love. Let us unite in prayer that what we communicate will help many, bring healing and glorify our Lord Jesus Christ.
“But Joseph said to them, “Do not be afraid, for am I in God’s place? And as for you, you meant evil against me, but God meant it for good in order to bring about this present result, to preserve many people alive. So therefore do not be afraid; I will provide for you and your little ones. So he comforted them and spoke kindly to them.” Gen. 50:19-21
“Encountering departures and desertions from our ministries—we must see them as tutors—revealing our real motives and deficiencies in our methodology. These are tests from God. They will reveal our hearts.” -Dave Harvey, SGM Leader
Note: This quote appeared on the cover page of a paper I submitted to SGM leaders one year after our 1997 departure, “An Appeal for Repentance, Reconciliation and Closure.”
Five issues were highlighted at that time: 1) Pride, Sectarianism and Elitism 2) Self-righteousness and Judgmentalism 3) Blackmail and Intimidation 4) Lack of Integrity and Deceitfulness 5) Abuse of Spiritual Authority.
The paper cited the names of 61 former leaders who experienced mistreatment (the list is currently over 100) and included an appeal for a forum where “individuals with outstanding offenses and unresolved issues could be addressed…these issues will not simply fade away but will continue lingering for years until dealt with redemptively and honestly.” I received no response from any team leaders to the paper or appeal for adjudication. Date of submission: December 1998.
“The sins of some men are obvious, reaching the place of judgment ahead of them; the sins of others trail behind them.” (I Tim.5:24)
Next year I will celebrate God’s faithfulness in my 40th year of full-time Christian ministry. At this juncture I sensed it would be helpful to tell the story of a painful turning point in my life and ministry.
Recently, I wrote a “Statement of Reconciliation” with CJ Mahaney, attempting to be as gracious and discrete as possible regarding specifics. But as more details surfaced on the Internet it became apparent that God wanted everything in the light. Our experience is not an isolated case. It is probably one of the most egregious and ignominious examples of deceit and abusive behavior surfacing in SGM at this time. But it did not create the crisis. Instead, it revealed how root issues have been ignored and left unaddressed for too long. May we all proceed in humility and mercy, mindful of Prov. 28:13, “He who conceals his sin will not prosper, but he who confesses and forsakes his sin will obtain mercy.”
After 24 years of service in the DC area with the “Take and Give Ministry” (TAG), cofounding Covenant Life Church in our home and then serving in leadership in Fairfax Covenant Church, I with my family departed disappointedly, yet hopefully, for better things in Atlanta in 1996. We knew for a number of years that I was being marginalized in Sovereign Grace Ministries (formerly People of Destiny International) and when differences with Reformed doctrine began surfacing, the tension only increased.
At a youth rally in Atlanta, one of our teen-age sons responded along with other youth to an appeal for living genuine Christian lives. That night at home he voluntarily shared with me areas of waywardness and his desire to change, but the door was now open to confront me for “failures at home” and “character deficiencies.” “Apostolic Team” leaders forbade me to be present for a later meeting with my son where he was told to “share all your sins” with the vow of their “confidentiality” (which was later broken).
Subsequently, the team said it “lost confidence in my leadership,” and agreed to a “leave of absence,” sending out a “letter of confession” written by me, then undergoing several revisions affirming SGM leadership and inserting material with which I was uncomfortable but required to include. At the church meeting announcing the shift, I was told to nod in agreement for the congregation to observe.
The agreed upon 6-12 month period was short-circuited when we experienced a pattern of spiritual abuse, deceit, harshness and hypocrisy (including premeditated blackmail, communicated and reaffirmed on numerous occasions and subsequently left to silence and hang over us for over a decade). The entire apostolic team and the new senior pastor and his staff participated in this. We also were told to consider uprooting to Virginia Beach or Phoenix, which we said we could not do because we did not sense this to be God’s will for our family. Criteria established for returning to my former role as senior pastor made that outcome an impossibility unless I embraced the Reformed doctrinal tenets (although people nationwide were deliberately misled with information to the contrary).
My wife and I finally left PDI when things finally reached the “untenable” point. It became for us a matter of conscience. Disingenuous public statements and letters sent nationwide misrepresented what actually happened and I was publically slandered at Covenant Life Church, called a “liar” (with guests and non-believers present) as the leader declared, “I’d rather be dead than do what Larry Tomczak is doing!” Local leaders were affirmed leading to an almost unanimous standing ovation. My reputation built upon 25 years in ministry, was debased nationally and abroad. My “Seven Reasons for Departing PDI” were not conveyed and for 13 years this perception remained in the public domain, separating our family from many relatives, friends and leaders in the Body of Christ. It also resulted in serious financial repercussions for us as a family of six.
For over a decade we tried to bring CJ and the apostolic team to account for the injustice, even enlisting nationally known leaders in the effort, but to no avail. Finally, in November of 2010 he consented. Years of confrontation by SGM leaders and CLC pastors along with the turmoil and defections of people in the network of churches brought CJ to the realization he needed to repent of longstanding sins, some of which were committed in our unfortunate departure. CJ later made a public confession of some of his transgressions at Covenant Life Church and announced a “leave of absence.” Many believe his confession was a start but was incomplete and minimized the severity of the issues. We were invited to the November SGM Pastors Conference and Covenant Life Church to speak on reconciliation, but the invitation was rescinded. At the conference CJ shared he regretted having taken the leave of absence.
CJ’s example, problems surfacing in churches affiliated with SGM, and Internet disclosures from a former apostolic team member were catalytic in some SGM leaders beginning to come forward to repent and rectify matters with our family. One former team member had already done so years previously, after experiencing abusive treatment leading to his departure. An independent advisory panel, Ambassadors of Reconciliation, has been retained to engage in a discovery process to help facilitate reconciliation with former members and leaders who believe they have been spiritually abused. The panel is also collecting information to assist with reforms needed in SGM as well as assist in determining CJ Mahaney’s future status.
May the Lord guide us all as we redemptively deal with past transgressions and find His grace manifested in this time of reconciliation, reform and discipline for Sovereign Grace Ministries. The changes are not cosmetic but substantive to effectively eradicate systemic issues and transform a leadership culture that has drifted from Biblical norms. Two of the churches in Revelation faced the practice of the Nicolaitans (“suppress the people”). One hated it; the other held to it (Rev.2:6 & 15). May SGM leaders align with the former.
To be faithful to criteria for Biblical leadership; to steer clear of the sin of favoritism and partiality; and to be consistent with what was expected of former SGM leaders, I believe senior leaders should step down for a season to be retooled for ministry according to I Pet. 5 and I Tim. 3 standards. Public repentance and public statements should be made along with restitution where appropriate. Then and only then, can the favor of Almighty God return in its fullness to this ministry and unity be restored. The warning of God’s “lampstand” (His Presence) being removed (Rev. 2:5) is very real when a church or ministry is being evaluated by Jesus and fails to respond. Many onlookers are hoping and praying that will not happen.
Then we all can pray like Nehemiah did after he instituted reforms to restore the walls of the city of God: “Remember me with favor, O my God.” (Neh. 13:31)
ps: Because the issues and contents of this statement have already been made public at church meetings and on the Internet for months, I sensed it was appropriate to release my story at this time. CJ and I are almost 40-year friends and our reconciliation statement still stands. In my study I keep a plaque he gave me decades ago. On it are the words: “My Brother, I would not be the man I am without your care and example. I am eternally indebted to you. Your Yokefellow, CJ.” I would add: “Faithful are the wounds of a friend.” (Prov. 27:6)

Can I Interest you in the Four Spiritual Laws ?
This post began life as a note on Facebook as "Any idiot can...." And caused quite a furore.
Below the post is a copy of my reply to the newly "homed" and back from hospital Rich Novek.(Weeeeelcome hoooome Rich) In it I explain some of the distinctive that Daniel Yordy and I feel in "seeing " not only the Third Level Message for individuals, but how it relates to a Melchizedek version of Mature Church. We're not claiming any special rights on this...it's just that Daniel and I were like spies in the previous generation, and got to taste and see some of the wacking great fruit in the Land. But unfortunately it wasn't quite the time.....so we've been dwelling in tents again....waiting....
by Chris Welch on Monday, 27 June 2011 at 12:18
Verse implication All streams of living water implicit in the Life of Christflowing through corporate expressions locally, nationally, internationally
NOT primarily for the purposes of evangelism, although this is the effect of binding the strong man,
BUT primarily hitting the targets untouched by all previous generations....who had as much right to do it as any, ever since Christ "stripped all principalities and powers and made a show of them openly".
And what are these targets? This is the Epesians 6 warfare, and the Psalm of Ascents pinnacle psalm 134 of standing by night in the Holy/Holiest place.
This is the stripping of all the Ezekiel 8:10 scrawlings on the walls of the Temple of God's creation....MAN.Of whom it is said in Revelation
They have become the dwelling place of God
God is now tabernacled amongst them.
God's Means is God's Finished productJust as we send kids to school, not just to learn IQ facts, but to learn EQ facts. ie not just to learn head knowledge, but that they also learn as peer groups what growth is as an interpersonal group, and just as the peer group is not only the end product, but is itself the means for an acceleration of growth. So the Body of Christ is both the end product of God tabernacling with manBUT IS according to 1 Corinthians 12-14 (including the LOVE revelation)............THE MEANS TO GET US THERE AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE
God's Circuitboard
Just as an electric circuitboard has to have no shortcircuits in order to work,in order for the Church to be the very place where God takes off his shoes and puts His feetup on the sofa, and opens the fridge for a fountain of cool, refreshing streams of Living Watercoming from His own very Presence...
Leadership have to have passed through the revelation stages of Romans, Colossians, Ephesians etc.
It has to be sweating out of their pores as LIFE, as a contagious LEAVEN which they infect others with just by being in their presence for more than two minutes. Proof( Norman Grubb, Watchman Nee, Evan Roberts all spent very little time all told in the presence of Jessie Penn Lewis....but the rest of their lives was spent working out what just happened.I myself but spent one evening with Richard Wurmbrand, and I think all told 3 hours with Basilea Schlink , and a few more hours with Ed Miller....and huge sections of my blog refer to them.
The gospel in today's church has short circuits in it
The gospel in the Bible has the 100 megawatt 120 million volt power of grace shot right through from beginning to end.(Like a stick of rock lettering)Any works whatsoever are just physical hand gestures exuding out of a rock certain revelation and experience of Christfixing Himself in our innards as us. All the grace type portals that we have as Christians are the flimsy cardboard window frames by which God floods in with more of Himself.Bible reading, prayer, fellowship, praise, waiting on God, reading testimony books, conferences, taking bread and wine, baptism in water.....ALL these things, which in most churches are WORKS PILLARS , like the 5 PILLARS of the Muslim faith are very very very secondary to people being blitzed, zapped, virtually electrocutedwith the FINISHED WORK of Christ on the Cross, in as many aspects as us leaders can prise into headspace, heartspace , spirit space....and if there's possibility, legspace. Under Spirit anointing we publicly portray Christ crucified and all mankind as the co-crucified.Like Paul, we long to get into a place, to have a "gift of utterance", to " be able by some means to share a gift of faith" with a flock. It's nolonger a message. By the Spirit I heave out the spiritual concrete that has been written by the Spirit right across my heart and being, and layer it into other believers, like a bricklayer laying more mortar. But whereas he has to be careful in case mortar looks untidy, we can splash it all around in great huge dollops, the Father doesn't care, and somehow straightens it up so it looks neat later!!!!
The Bible shortcircuit
Because of the way the Fall locked us into our leftbrains in fear and shame, we crawl out of our darkened caves just far enough to be able to crane our neck over a Book which is written in a strange language called Ruach..the breathe or wind of God.
Now to our cavern accustomed eyes it appears at first to be in English, but decidedly odd for a cavern dweller, whose limited linear approach to life is:
how do I get food for today and retreat into my cavern to eat it and remain safe?
But unless we see that the Bible is God's record of how He gets and plans still yet to get HIS ONE LIFE in the Universe squashed into His other main life form in the Universe that He constructed for the job....MANKIND, we really don't get what this RUACH book is a manual for.But with no other thought than caverns on our mind, it is very hard for the Bible not to become ONE BIG SHORT CIRCUIT .
Now this doesn't mean that the Bible is a shortcircuit, any more than a dollar bill is meant for babies to chew and suck on.....but that's what babies do....and that's also what caverndwellers do with a Ruach book.
Martha said to Jesus about her dead brother Lazarus. "I know he'll be raised on the last day." You see she'd read the Book. But Jesus was angry. Hey hold on a minute. "I am the resurrection and the Life". Evangelicals interpret this as Jesus the superman swooped down to earth and appears in her garden just in time to save the world....well raise Lazarus. But Philippians tells us Jesus laid ALL HIS GLORY aside. I suppose charismatics could argue that He was now anointed with the Spirit, so He had the power. But it's more subtle than that. Jesus knew He had come as a normal man. He was the 2nd Adam.It would be as if Adam had had a friend called Lazarus. What Jesus the Man, who had laid all glory aside was saying was, the Father in me, the I am Life...is both Life and resurrection of Life. Which is a whole heap different from anything my Baptist pastor taught me. Then Jesus said to the religious scribes ....John 5:39"You search the Scriptures because you think they give you eternal life. But the Scriptures point to me!" Then in John 7 :16-17 “My teaching is not Mine, but His who sent Me. 17“If anyone is willing to do His will, he will know of the teaching, whether it is of God or whether I speak from Myself. Examine verse 17. If you were a theologian, what's verse 17 got to do with the price of eggs?A theologian's version would be : when you've studied all the original texts and the surrounding Rabbi's commentaries, you shall know if what Jesus is saying is orthodox.

Bible Clue
But this then is a clue to how scriptures DON'T shortcircuit. Our understanding, appreciation, and ability to work out the genuineness of any teaching has scarce nothing to do with the hours we spend reading scripture.
This is my life story.By 12 I had spent 12 times 52 times one hour in a Methodist church. I'd vaguely heard the gospel of forgiveness and asking Jesus into your life about twenty minutes of 624 hours.
I knew Bible stories.I was brought up with Bible notes like Quest, but I was really unable to read more than a slender passage before falling to sleep, or just becoming bored.I became an atheist for a year, and entered into a very very deep depression. God heard the cry of my heart for something genuine, and used the persistent needling of my friend Rod Nixon in Amersham to get me into the Christian Centre, an outreach in new Amersham.
Over two monthly meetings I saw two Billy Graham films. I asked Jesus into my heart. Within no time , I was attending two studies on the book of Romans along with other young people. Six weeks later at 13, i was baptised in the Spirit. In the next few weeks I hungrily so devoured Watchman Nee's Normal Christian Life, that I'd printed and produced a potted version for all my schoolfriends. (Actually complete with rather limited artwork....come to think of it...how similar to my blog!!!)
A elderly methodist lady in her 80s who i gave Nee's book to read to said "I haven't a clue what this is all about, but it seems very good."
By the summer holidays I was reading all the epistles in blocks at one sitting, and I became aware of how little, even a renewed baptist pastor, who every week was leading people to conversion and the Baptism of the Spirit, how little his gospel sounded like the one in the letters. Then I tackled a minister of the then liiberal church of Scotland where we were staying on the Isle of Coll about all this and also the baptism in the Spirit. And ofcourse I added to my understanding and revelation of scripture, but really things plateaued for nearly twenty years until I began to understand the Third level of Growth.
This overnight, brings into focus lots of scriptures the charismatics never use like:
if the Light that is in you is darkness, then how great the darkness! Charismatics cannot use that one because it is impossible for them to get their head round the fact that now they have been filled with the Holy Spirit, how could they still be in darkness?
( This is a blogpost in itself)
So revelation of scripture has everything to do with internal YESES to God, and hardly anything at all to do with hours spent reading it.
The Bible is a shortcircuit only to those who have SHORTCIRCUITS in their heart.
Just as the Body of Christ can never be one, while each individual member isn't one him or herself, what we can transmit of the Word is limited by what Yeses we have said internally to God. So both unity, and understanding are tied up in this verse of David in Psalm 51: Unite my heart to fear Thy Name
Jack Fortenberry and Structural Shortcircuiting
Two years ago before Jack came along I was an "internal" kind of guy. I wrote a disgruntled letter back to Jack after he had talked about "Corinthian Elders", saying it was nothing more than rearranging the deckchairs on the Titanic as it was going down. I said , "We have to get the Christ as us message out. Then automatically other things will fall in line."After all, this is what happened when huge numbers of us got baptised in the Spirit. The way the baptist Church was run for example, began to totally change. So, surely the same would apply with the third level message.
But then I read Corinthian Elders.I was poleaxed by the clarity with which Jack had seen something. Most Christian division today occurs because of our unbiblical church structures. We're lame wads (Simpsons). We willingly plant a timebomb in all our church foyers and switch on the timer? How?By creating churches (and I use the human phrase advisedly, because God's version grows organically by revelation according to context) with a pyramid structure with a pastor at the top, we may as well call the fire brigade now and get them ready to pick the church building pieces after the bomb has decimated everything in sight.
What everybody in the whole world calls STRONG LEADERSHIP from a leader has exactly the same logic to it as President Moi's last 10 years as President. When i was chatting to Daniel Arap Moi about the possibility of taking my camcorder footage of his schools back to England he gave me certain instructions. He overrode the headmaster of the school compound my parents and I were on and I became aware of his immense power.
Now both he and Jomo Kenyatta were convinced in their role as a strong father-figure shaping a nation that had newly found independence. And this with many tribes vying for total control. Now there may be some trace of truth to this, and to an African mindset used to village elders, and tribal kings, this paternal role may have been safe territory.
To the West however, Moi looked increasingly like Mugabe and so many other African leaders including ofcourse Idi Amin. Which was behind my blogpost, when does paternalism become patronistic dictatorship?
You see from the start, when the West look at an African nation, they then don't need to see or discuss anymore. Why? Because they see a pyramid.
Now for some reason no American looks at any of their churches and sees the same thing. They are all so suckered, in the same way as Africans, on the notion of "strong godly leadership".
Church without the Glory shortcircuit
Yup, but Mr African, Mr Englishman, Mr Guntotin, devil defyin' American, supposing God, the Eternal God in the heavens doesn't run His house that way, and cannot bring His glory. Supposing the nearest a pyramid ever got to glorifying God was even then one man,
supposedly in charge,
face down on a cold stone floor
not exactly leading,
well not humanly
by the name of Evan Roberts in the Welsh revival.
Supposing we all dug out our scriptures again and noted that meetings are run
by everyone having a "hatha" (howbeit that everyone hath a gift ....be it a hymn or a song or a scripture 1 Corinthians 12-14)
by the overall simple premise that all church is , is getting Christ into folks innards properly that they too become mature and as quickly as possible father the next bunch who go and do the same.
None of this shortcircuiting into reducing the gospel to a level of halfbreed zombies who stagger out onto town squares in half transformed states scaring witless the people out to do their shopping with curdled zombie cries of "Have you heard of the 4 spiritual laws?"

or Restoring the Foundations Courses to heal the soul of a Zombie, and wind him or her up enough to point them too at the village square.

cosy Christ as Us
churches of one ?
No...the short circuiting stops the minute the ministries ARE all LIVING letters.
They know inwardly they have died and are risen with Christ
It is really nolonger them that live But Christ
The life they now live in the flesh is Him.
They don't really have to do much in church, because as it was with Jorge Pradas or Ed Miller, just having them in a meeting, the Christ in them moved the meeting to incredible heights in the Spirit....and hey...sometimes Jorge or Ed got to talk as well....but only if the Holy Spirit had stopped all the other things He was doing simultaneously in the Body as it lay flat out gobsmacked in awe before the Living Presence of a holy God.
Anyone here on facebook up for this type of Church?
You know, the one that takes its name from Christ
it's agenda from Christ,It's speed of growth from Christ
It's functional form at any given moment from Christ
It's unique calling and identity from Christ
it's Way from Christ, who knows how to get a church all the way from zilcho Western humanism all the way through the chapters of Ephesians, where like the Moravians after a 100 years prayer meeting they so entered into their Ephesians 6 call just two of them alone were all ti took to completely zonk John Wesley,
who with Whitfield so turned England around we were about the ONLY NATION at the time that DIDN'T HAVE a bloody revolution...but these Moravians went all over the globe...to India, to Africa, to South America, to America, to Asia....Hmmmmm anyone up for this? Or do you like cosy Christ as Us churches of one ? END of Facebook post

Rich,
I'm sorry on a human scale it's so rough. But the Spirit by me is detonating the mirage of church that is in much of 3rd leveller's thinking, and like Lot, they are fleeing as fast as they can from, instead I and the Spirit by me,are saying, folks, that was always a lie....but so is running away fragmented as ones and twos into the desert. God is building a house that is not in the clouds, that really works, because our lives really work....not incidentally because they make sense outwardly to folk, but like Moses'bush and his own desert experience, we have learned to burn continually and not be burnt up....(this is the true Spirit definition of a life that works).
Daniel Yordy and I and somewhere out there are others, who have not only crashed into a 3rd level form of seeing and living, but as an early taskforce, have been part of an early Melchizedek form of church....founded out of nothing but Word, perpetuated (originally) by nothing but Word, with everyone literally living day in and day out cheek by jowl on that Word. His group were tasked with walking into all things under the Spirit revelation of the Three Feasts and how it worked corporately at life level. Our group were tasked with unearthing praise and worship in the late 70s and early 80s to the nth degree, which meant following the Holy Spirit right into some very deep places. People would come among us and literally fall prostrate on the floor as they came through the door. Daniel's group preached Word like you've never heard in your life...in fact Rich...you're actually about the nearest as well as Daniel that I've heard since. But they were pretty useless when it came to praise and worship...featuring a few 1940s accordian songs all beit anointed ones) and tongues singing, and our groups had only simple sounding Word. Actually to be fair it was mightily effective Word, but had nowhere near the density of Daniel's crowd.Sam Fife and the Move see Wikipedia
Although there was no clarity of third level seeing as there is now, the Spirit content of what was going on was so high, Daniel and I , though experiencing the rough end of both setups have the sense not to throw the Christ baby out with the bathwater....so we're carrying a lot of real world Body of Christ stuff around with us, which is just not on the net yet.
When strongholds are being hit, everyone thinks you are an enemy, but this is the power of the lies in Ezekiel 8:10, that people actually firmly believe that these scrawlings are them.
No, individualism is not them...for all the reasons I wrote yesterday. We have the Trinity in our heart, so like it or lump it...we've got a whole Chuch of them already to go inside us already. There's no way churches won't form round us...who will grow and churches form round them, who will grow and form churches round them....this is just what seed does....in fact it doesnt do much more than that....but try and prevent it...you'll have a job!!!
Thanks so much for your history there Rich and it's not your heart I am after...it's any loose scrawlings hanging around.
Love you bro.By the way I never helped save you to kill you.
Chris
