TEF18 - The Other Lamb by Daniel Yordy

We are transformed by the renewing of our minds. We are transformed as the true Lamb replaces the other lamb.

There are two lambs in the Bible, not one. The second lamb is not incidental or peripheral. In fact, we find that the second lamb is more prominent in church history than the first. The second lamb is the other Main thing. If the second lamb did not exist, the beast would have no power in the church. Although outwardly the Lamb wages war with the Beast, inwardly, in our minds and hearts, in the womb of the church, the true Lamb wages a war of life or death against the other lamb. It is a war of faith.

We are transformed by the renewing of our minds. We are transformed as the true Lamb replaces the other lamb. Much of Jesus' effort during His ministry was to break the hold of the other lamb, the Pharisees' definition of God, that would have kept His hearers from receiving Him.

Then I saw another beast coming up out of the earth, and he had two horns like a lamb and spoke like a dragon. Revelation 13:11

In John's vision, the “sea” pictures to us all non-Christians while the earth refers to nominal Christianity. The dividing line in the church for God is the altar of incense. Those who enter into the chastisement of God in the travail of the Spirit, He marks. Those who remain happy Christians will most certainly find blessing; they just won't enter into the Holiest at present. They remain, in the present season, as the earth.

A lamb's horns begin to grow around six months. Thus, the Passover lamb, at one year old, would have had horns a few inches long. Horns are common to male lambs, so the true Lamb also would have had horns. Yet these horns are mentioned, which means they are significant.

Two horns represent power. Have you ever seen two fully horned rams butt heads in full fury? I have not seen rams, but I have seen male goats do so. You would not want to stand between. In this case, the horns represent the power of the forehead. It's interesting, but whenever a bully attempted to do his thing to me, the image that was left in my mind was the thrusting forward of the forehead, the strength of the brow. Though I have known many bullies, I was never susceptible to them. No matter how much their words hurt me, I simply turned my back and continued on. I did not fight back, but neither did I come under that forehead.

There are two kinds of power, the power of life and the power of death. On the two lambs, the horns look the same, but the one Lamb carries us into life, and the other drives into death.

Both lambs are Christ in the church. The one Lamb carries all for real; the other lamb is an image of Christ that has dominated Christianity since the passing of John.

But this you have, that you hate the deeds of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate. Revelation 2:6 – the church of Ephesus, representing the early church under the apostles.

Thus you also have those who hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitans, which thing I hate. Repent, or else I will come to you quickly and will fight against them with the sword of My mouth. Revelation 2:15-16 – the church of Pergamos, the compromised church, beginning in AD 311 and culminating in Augustine's version of The City of God.

“Nicolaitans” is a form of the Greek, nike, that is, overcome. It is interesting that the definition of God, of Jesus, of man, and of salvation that rules almost all Christianity is the Nicene Creed, nike, Nicolaitan, coming out of the church compromised under Constantine and defined under the influence of alcohol.

But this you have, that you hate the deeds of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate.

If the guy on the white horse, conquering and to conquer, is not Christ, then it likely refers in a significant way to Constantine and the definition of “the conquering” Christ that came into the church by him, that is Apollo, the sun god, the one who defeats his enemies by hacking them to pieces. In fact, having written already concerning this white horse fellow, I lean more now to seeing it as the Other lamb. That does not remove the truth I shared earlier.

This is a very realistic way to understand church history. Inside this same time period, as part of the same severe alteration of Christian understanding, the statue of Jupiter, the god of Rome, was given a new name, Peter. You can go to Rome today and see endless lines of Christians kissing the feet of Jupiter, the exact same piece of stone worshiped by the pagan Romans, yet these Christians call that piece of stone, Peter.

In the same way, Apollo, the sun god of the Greeks, was given a new name – Christ. Constantine, the Beast in that place at that time, needed the Nicene Christ in order to control the church.

The Nicene Creed presents to us the Nicolaitan Christ. On almost any Christian website that has a “What We Believe” page, you click on that page and you find the Nicene Creed.

You see, if you have arrived at a place where the great argument is between whether Jesus was God the Son, having taken human flesh on momentarily versus whether Jesus was a man who showed us a little bit of God, if that is your debate, you've already bought into the entire second lamb, the entire Nicolaitan Christ.

The Debate at the Nicene Council was a debate between Nicolaitans and Nicolaitans. Neither the debate nor any “side” has anything to do with us. God is not what they think.

There is only ONE picture and definition of God given to the entire universe: a Man laying down His life for His friends. We know Him only by placing ourselves utterly inside of Him all the way through.

“If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also; and from now on you know Him and have seen Him.” Philip said to Him, “Lord, show us the Father, and it is sufficient for us.” Jesus said to him, “Have I been with you so long, and yet you have not known Me, Philip? He who has seen Me has seen the Father; so how can you say, ‘Show us the Father’? Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and the Father in Me? The words that I speak to you I do not speak on My own authority; but the Father who dwells in Me does the works.” John 14:7-10

The Nicene Creed presents to us the Nicolaitan Christ. On almost any Christian website that has a “What We Believe” page, you click on that page and you find the Nicene Creed.

There is a great human lust to turn these words into fodder for argument and debate. Those who do so already love the second lamb.

There is one way only by which we can know these words of Jesus. That is by knowing these following words of Jesus: In that day you shall know that I am in the Father and you in Me and I in you. John 14:20

If you do not know these words, then don't let go of God until you do. We will never come to the end of knowing these words, therefore, we will never let go of God revealing Himself in us.

The Nicolaitan Christ is an image created by looking at, and thus engaging in debate over ideas. The true Lamb is known by looking out from, through eyes of fire, and thus the words – AND WE ALSO.

In that day you shall know that I am in the Father and you in Me and I in you. John 14:20

That is the gospel according to Paul; it is the revelation of John. John 14:10 and John 14:20 are the same; they can never be separated.

Look through the Nicene Creed; make note of the severe separation between God and man, all the way through. The Nicene lamb defeats his enemies by hacking them to pieces. The true Lamb carries even His enemies inside Himself all the way into life.

The Nicene lamb's power is forehead only; in the end, he is a wimp. Yet this is the Superman “Christ” that most Christians look for to come. The true Lamb is real power, the power that turns enemies into friends, the power who arises from beneath of us and carries us in His tender arms all the way into life.

Man is the image and likeness of God; man is God revealed. God is known to us only by a Man, a Man laying down His life for His friends – AND WE ALSO. This is God; know Him.

Now, you can see that I am recasting what I shared in my series: The Kingdom Rising, particularly the chapters, Christ Versus Superman, Must We Repent of Augustine, Defining God and Man, The Weakness of God, and The Foolishness of God. I want to continue, here, attempting to re-cast this second lamb in the light of John's vision.

Let's position the battle. There are actually two battles going on simultaneously. One is the battle between the true Lamb and the false in the hearts and minds of believers, the second is the battle between the Lamb through us and the Beast regarding the inheritance, that is, possession of the earth. I have an upcoming article on the second called “The Battle.” The first battle is casting down the accuser; it is the battle of the lambs. Which lamb do you follow?

I have shared before that when I was 21 years old, I heard the words “and THEY shall nourish her there” (Revelation 12) presented as a calling from God, a Sending, a Mission. In my own private heart before the Lord, I raised my hand. “Yes, Lord, I would like to answer that Call.” I was just a boy; I did not know how such a thing could be possible.

“And they shall nourish her there” is at the core of the first battle. It is the warfare in which I am engaged by every word I write. My desire is to change your mind by the Spirit of God and by speaking all that God speaks.
“and THEY shall nourish her there”

Let's present the two foreheads just before they hit head on.

I will fight against them with the sword of My mouth versus and spoke like a dragon: Did God indeed say?

This is what I have written in every letter I send out.

The enemy has sown his word into the church, as Jesus said.

The truth of God is found all through Christian theology, but so are the words of the serpent, “Did God really say that.” It is almost impossible to separate the words of the serpent from Christ; everyone who has tried only rips out truth right along with the lies, creating a whole new arrangement of serpent word mixed with Christ word.

Almost everyone I know who left the move of God, the fellowship of communities in which I once lived, threw out the truth right along with the lies. Most have completely forgotten the vision God once birthed in their hearts.

Almost everyone I know who discovers a new revelation in God that they had not known before, turns and attacks those verses they once regarded. That is, they don't attack the verses, they just attack those who imagine that those particular verses are actually God speaking. Those who believe that God's whole purpose for us in this life is judgment cannot even see any of the blessing verses in the Bible. Those who believe that God's whole purpose for us in this life is blessing cannot even see any of the judgment verses in the Bible.

That's why Jesus said, “Don't remove the lies until the time of the end.”

There is one group of people only who are capable of ripping out the lies without harming one thing God speaks. They are the ones who live utterly and only inside of John 14:20, who eat of the tree of life, who tremble when God speaks in ALL that He speaks, who engage with God until He fulfills every single Word of Christ in their lives in all fulness. Those who say with Mary, “Let it be to me according to Your word.”

Those who call those things that be not as though they are. Those who have God in their mouths. Those who refuse to speak anything God does not speak. Those who speak all that He speaks as their very and only life.

Speak Christ. Some of you who read this still see yourself and speak of yourself as if you are other than Christ Jesus. Let the true Lamb win. Let His victory be finished.

Those who believe that God's whole purpose for us in this life is judgment cannot even see any of the blessing verses in the Bible. Those who believe that God's whole purpose for us in this life is blessing cannot even see any of the judgment verses in the Bible.

You see, it's a simple equation. Either the Lamb carries us or the lamb commands us. The first is Salvation, the second is existential hopelessness. No matter how powerful, how assertive, or how anointed are those who preach a lamb commanding from the outside of us, they never, themselves measure up. Never. All fall short; all fail to achieve His glory. And here's the thing, in the end, the promoters of a lamb who commands are dishonest. They will never admit their failure to obey perfectly. And remember, if you disobey God just once, one little, tiny bit, you have disobeyed Him in all.

Command and control is the opposite of God's order, the opposite of the body of Christ.

All present human government operates under the full spectrum of command and control. It is the curse spoken by God, the certain outcome of drawing one's heart and mind away from Christ our life to a false self.

But here I do not want to speak of the Beast in the world, but of the other lamb in the church. And yes, science and technology does come into the human experience out of that other lamb. That's why science blesses and curses at the same time. That's why the same technologies that do so much good also do so much evil.

Suddenly, I am beginning to see the story of the scroll sealed with seven seals, the opening of those seals, and the seal of God upon His own, from Revelation 5:1 through 8:1 in a clearer light, though not all the way clear yet. The guy on the white horse in Revelation 6:2 sure looks like Christ, the problem is, he doesn't feel like Christ and that which follows certainly is not that which flows out of Christ.

Command and control is the opposite of God's order, the opposite of the body of Christ.

Yet calling the guy on the white horse a coming “Antichrist,” that is, some future world dictator, does not describe any form of reality in the church.

Here is what we see. The Nicene Christ was established by imperial law in AD 325 (It was the Beast who commanded all to regard the Nicene Christ only, and actually killed those who would not). By AD 385 the first Christian was killed by other Christians (peace taken from the earth). That was the same year Jerome began his translation of the Bible into Latin, and the same year that Augustine began to write The City of God.

There are two definitions of Christ, two images of Christ, two lambs all the way down through church history. The problem is not antichrist, but Christ falsely defined. Almost all of Christianity regards the other lamb. Now, I wrote about the seals in my letter, “Overcome.” Yet, reading back, I don't see anything to change. We are walking up a path upon which we have never trod. Everything looks different to us every few feet up that path. Truth does not change, but our seeing does.

The guy on the white horse is not the antichrist, but Christ far above, Christ far away, Christ coming only some day, the Christ as most of Christianity has defined Him to be, and that image is, in the end, anti-Christ.

The chief characteristic of this Christ, this other lamb, is that He is far separate from the earth, far separate from our lowly, fleshy, sinful lives right now. The testimony of the church for 1900 years is that Christ Jesus is absent from the earth, and that He has appointed certain powers in church and state to take His place. Read the reasoning underneath the role of the pope in the church. I will bring in a most clear example here.

This is excerpts from a recent article, “Benedict the Brave,” by Judge Andrew Napolitano found at the following link. I highly respect Judge Napolitano as a political thinker and would never make light of his religious understanding. I do not quote him to call him “wrong,” but simply to clarify the thinking of so many. Jesus does what He wills with His own, and He asks no man's pleasure. He asks only that we receive all who call themselves by His name in just the same way that He receives us. The article refers to the recent resignation of Pope Benedict.

http://lewrockwell.com/napolitano/napolitano88.1.html

When Jesus established the papacy, the gospels report that he told St. Peter: "Amen I say to you: You are Peter, and upon this Rock I will build my Church, and the gates of Hell shall not prevail against it." These words are emblazoned in Latin across the front of St. Peter’s Basilica... But the Petrine ministry is more than work. And being Papa Petrus is not a job; it is a calling in which a man has been chosen by the direct descendants of the 12 apostles as agents of God to be the Vicar of Christ on Earth.

When Benedict was elected to the papacy in 2005, I wept with joy that such a faithful custodian of the Church’s teachings and traditions and such a worthy bridge to Christ in heaven had been chosen by the cardinals... The Holy Spirit must have recognized all of this, as well, as He sent us Pope John Paul II, the rock star, to blaze a path where no pope had gone before – touching millions of youths with language they understood – and then He sent us Pope Benedict XVI, the lion of orthodoxy, to lay down the intellectual mechanisms for travels along that path. The path is the bridge to heaven. The way to travel upon it is personal sanctity. The first traveler is the Holy Father.

But some, like Benedict, are called to more than just personal sanctity. Benedict was called to carry a cross of personal sacrifice, as well... The essence of Jesus’s suffering was His decision to eschew the exercise of power and submit to His Father’s will... When Benedict decided that the mystical body of Christ needed another bridge to heaven, he, too, gave up power and glory that he, too, could easily have exercised and retained. He, too, searched his conscience in a supreme effort to elevate submission to divine will above personal preference.

Such a quiet, personal, Christ-like submission of the will is not the essence of a rock star; it is the essence of a Rock. Human salvation has been advanced immeasurably because the Church had both popes at its helm – each to complement the other in ways we could not have imagined.

~~~
Now, before anyone cries foul against the Pope, we must understand that the same reasoning underneath this view of the Pope is underneath almost all Christian view of Christ.
Right now, at this moment, Christ is absent from the earth. In His absence, He has assigned certain individuals to take His place in our lives. You can call them Popes or pastors, bishops or apostles, priests or elders, it makes no difference; we define all of them by the absence of Christ.
Everyone who speaks of the soon return of the Lord Jesus, His coming, define that Christ as one who is presently absent. As Preston Eby teaches so clearly in Looking for His Appearing, that is not how the writers of the New Testament understood the words they used to speak of His appearing. They never saw Him as absent.
I was taught that the elders and apostles in the church stood in the place of Christ towards me and that their role in my life was to help me not follow my own wicked heart as it attempted to take me away from obedience to Christ. Thus I was required to submit to the elders and apostles as a whole as unto Christ if I desired to connect with the salvation of God being revealed in the earth.
This is no different from any Christian thought, any church thought, that Christ is absent from the earth in the present moment and that he is represented in authority by His appointed substitutes.
And from this same view and reasoning, the absent Christ has also given a measure of His authority to kings, to presidents, to human governments. They rule in the earth “by divine right,” (and not by the prince of this world).
And thus, this absent Christ rules by power over, a top-down hierarchy of command and control. “Know your place.” A sister wrote to me that her pastor recently told her that “by rebelling against my covering you have exposed yourself to demonic activity.”
“Do what I say or demons will get you.” This is not the Lamb of God, it is the other lamb. Jesus lives in their hearts, yes, they just don't know it.
A brother wrote to me recently for my perspective on how to reply to a brother who sent him the following note:
Jesus was crucified Wednesday mid week; rose after 3 full days and full nights on Sunday... He breathed the Holy Spirit upon His disciples and ascended into heaven that Sunday evening taking Satan captive. He again appears to the disciples on various occasions until His final departure to heaven when He promises the Power of the Holy Spirit. The thousand years is not an exact 1000 years; it is metaphorical, representing a long extended period of time. Satan is in heaven condemning the Saints before God. He will be cast down to earth for a short time and earth's woes really begin. Jesus will return, the great Resurrection will take place of the Wheat and the Tares...
Here is my reply:
First, much of what he says are true facts held by him as knowledge. He obtains no life from them, but rather, uses them as debate points. The primary thing missing is the mystery of the gospel, Christ in you, the hope of glory.
Now, when I read your article, I see a true heart desire to know the Lord Jesus as He is in you. When I read this brother's words, I do not see such a thing. That desire may be there in his heart underneath of knowledge, but it is not the guide of his words.
As you well know, to most of our brethren, correct knowledge is everything, knowing Jesus as life inside is peripheral. "Jesus lives in my heart," is, for most, a cute Sunday School saying.
Although some of his facts may be "correct," yet they are seen out from a perspective that causes both the "not correct" stuff and the skewed understanding of the true facts. You see, facts are facts, but how we interpret them, where they fit in our scheme of things, is entirely dependent on what overall theory we apply. Because of that, discussing facts against facts is a waste of time, because you are speaking out from utterly conflicted theories.
Some might say, "Well, if God isn't speaking to the brother, then there's nothing you can say that would penetrate into his heart." And that can often be true. The problem with that "Calvinist" viewpoint, though, is that God is in you, in your words. God does move in power as you expect Him to, the Holy Spirit will attend your words. Yet allow them to move out from His seeing.
In one sense, theory gives answer to three specifics: motive, means, and opportunity. I realize I'm mixing science with jurisprudence, but it works. In fact, I like this. I will develop this further in later writing.
This brother's theory is 100% Augustinian, though he does not know that. In Augustinian theory, God's motive is to rescue a bunch of unworthy sinners and take them to an undeserved future in heaven in order to re-populate His heavenly city with worshipers. The means is something back then, someone up there, and something some day. Do you see how absent the Lord Jesus is from His body by this brother's facts? And the opportunity has two parts: 1. subscribe to correct doctrine and 2. attend the right church (be under the right authority structure).
Here is the theory that I teach.
Motive: God desires to be seen and known and touched by His creation through man, His image, through a company of sons, just like Jesus, the express image of the Father. Motive is the first part of theory, and thus, Romans 8:29 must be the most important verse in the Bible.
Means: A seed planted in the earth. Now, I kept that short, but it is very large - it contains all that Christ is. When we say "seed," we mean the metaphor of both kinds of seed, plant seed and human seed. The metaphor of a seed is what the entire Bible is written around from Genesis to Revelation. Every fact in the Bible appears in a different light and fits in a different place by that metaphor. In contrast, the "back then, up there, someday" means of Nicene Christianity creates disjointed events and occurrences, evident in the brother's layout of facts.
Opportunity: In that day you shall know that I am in the Father and you in Me and I in you. You know, that says it all. All that is Salvation carries all that we are and all that is Salvation fills us as our very life – Christ Jesus, our only life. We could go on endlessly.
The problem is that these two theories are mutually exclusive. No part of one can be found in the other. Yet they each gather into themselves the same facts. That's why most believers, coming across my writing, no matter how they might be drawn to particulars, facts they recognize, yet they end up bouncing off. There is no way they can buy into the theory I teach without letting go of all their Nicene theory. It requires a total transfer.
And that's why so much of what I write is an open and clearly defined assault against the Nicene theory. The facts will easily find their rightful place whenever a heart is truly won to Christ and to life.
So, let's look at the brother's facts. The narrative of the gospel places Jesus' death on Friday, not Wednesday. Jesus' words, "three days and three nights in the heart of the earth," force some zealous souls to say, "No, He had to be crucified on Wednesday, and since I believe "correct" doctrine, I have the opportunity to progress." But Jesus spoke a Spirit Word out of God's all-pervasive metaphor of a seed planted in the earth. Yes, for three thousand years, Jesus in Person is planted in the earth of humanity to bring forth all the purposes of God as us and through us.
Then, the layout of Jesus' victory over Satan – you see how it is a series of disconnected events with no reference to a seed that must be planted. We can say, "Satan is fully defeated," AND "Satan will be fully defeated," both at the same time without contradiction. It is the same thing as holding one bean seed in one hand and many bean seeds in the other. This one seed was planted in the earth, it birthed a plant, out of which came these many seeds, just like the original one. The one defeating the accuser becomes the many defeating the accuser. In the brother's disjointed arrangement of facts, there is no place for the many coming forth as the one seed that birthed them.
And the someday coming of Christ as an event taking place apart from this brother requires that he be among those who weep in shame. Christ in us is our only hope of glory. Those who see Him outside of themselves weep. The false means of Nicene Christianity results in missed opportunity. That the life of Jesus also might be apocalypsed in our mortal flesh.
Opportunity requires bodies of weakness. When the bodies of weakness are no more, the opportunity ceases. Wow, this is a great way to explain things!
~~~

As I said, the unveiling of Jesus Christ is a path yet untrod. It is very much in my heart to share with you the path up which I am being led, thus I include my progression of thought. But I tell you what! I am excited about developing more fully this conflict between two theories of the gospel, the battle of the lambs.

The Lamb of God is never absent from the earth. He is here now in all ways in all fulness, walking this earth in His body, as us. This is the mystery, the secret, and when He is unveiled, He will catch all of His enemies utterly unawares. But that's coming up in “The Battle.” When I write six articles at the same time, I have to be sure I put things in the right letter.

This letter is about the other lamb. Both lambs are found in a church. In fact, we can understand the other lamb as we go back and forth between him and his church. Let's attempt to define both, though we will investigate the other lamb's woman in a later article.

Let's re-iterate the theory of Nicene Christianity; we are describing the Nicene Christ. All of this takes place inside of separation; all of it comes out of the tree of knowledge.

Motive: God's motive is to rescue a bunch of unworthy sinners and take them to an undeserved future in heaven in order to re-populate His heavenly city with worshipers.

Inside this motive, image, then, has become thus: since God is a self-conscious Person, so we are self-conscious persons, higher than the animals. As Aquinas said, “Hence it is according to his intelligence and reason that man is said to be according to the image of God.” In other words, we are the image of God because we eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, right and wrong, because we are independent and isolated persons.

Inside the woman, the response to this motive is the telling of a very different story. It requires the creation of eternal torment, an idea not found in the first two hundred years of Christian thinking. It requires the creation of a far-away heaven as our eternal “home,” where we will float in bliss forever. Oh how the story was twisted by the Nicene Christ. I must write more on it than the space in this letter allows.

Means: The means is something back then, someone up there, and something some day.

God accomplishes His purposes in the earth by sending God the Son into something abnormal for God, a momentary clothing of human flesh, in which Jesus was punished for sin, that is, God the Father unleashed all of His hatred and anger for sin against God the Son. This Jesus is now far away from man, far away from this earth, looking down from afar, yes, but also begging God not to punish us. Someday, far in the future, this same Jesus will come back to earth to punish all sinners, that is, all those who failed to take advantage of the opportunity. He will also reward those who did correctly take advantage of the opportunity.

Inside the woman, then, the response to this means of God is, to put it quite bluntly, idolatry. She “deifies” this far-away “savior.” That is, she puts him high on a pedestal in her imagination and grovels before him. She turns the apostles into demigods and the Bible into magic. She worships the saints. She worships the crucifix. She wails over the passion of the Christ. And I am not just speaking of Catholics. Deifying the King James Version of the Bible is identical to any Catholic worship of saints. Deifying the modern nation of Israel is the same, as is pledging allegiance to flags and killing people for Jesus, that is, praying for the troops.

You see, the evangelical, the charismatic, and the deeper truth church has approached the true life of Christ, yes. But they allow the present salvation of Jesus to find its place ONLY inside a Nicene Christ; they define everything by the same definitions as the Catholics. Even many who teach union see union as with a Nicene Christ.

Opportunity: The opportunity has two parts: 1. subscribe to correct doctrine and 2. attend the right church (be under the right authority structure).

These two things often go hand in hand. To the Catholics, correct doctrine is to mouth agreement with the Pope, and to partake of the Sacraments. At the same time, being under the “covering” of the priest who administers the Sacraments is essential. Yet Protestant opportunity is only different in appearance, not in substance. For most evangelicals, correct doctrine IS the Nicene Creed. “Be sure to go to church” is also essential.

And it is true, if you differ from the Nicene Creed on any point, you are considered lost by most Christians I know, no matter how much you think you trust in Jesus.

In the woman opportunity always takes the form of human works, of human righteousness, of man walking the path of atonement himself. In the move of God, it was “perfect obedience,” the same old same old. At the same time, the terrible threat of “the life of Jesus manifest in our mortal flesh” must be eliminated. Thus the flesh is turned into the enemy, utterly evil and down-pulling.

Part of Nicolaitan is the sharp division between ministry and laity, victory over the laity. The ministry have an in with God, the laity are utterly fleshy and under the control of Christ ONLY by obeying the ministry in all things. This attitude is actually more pronounced in deeper truth circles than anywhere besides Catholicism. I see now that there were a number of things in the move, the fellowship I was a part of for many years, that were a return to Catholicism and not to Christ, things which short-circuited the wonderful teaching of Christ in us, things that won out in the end over “see Christ in your brother.” We saw the flesh instead, the flesh as the enemy.

I heard the Nicene Christ proclaimed at church just a few weeks ago. “Jesus IS coming back.” And through those words came the iron of savage separation. It is the battle of the lambs. All of the facts of the Bible and of the gospel are found in both lambs. (Except that the Nicene lamb will not touch the two most important verses of the Bible and utterly limits and waters down the other seven.) Yet all the facts of the Bible and of the gospel are arranged in an entirely different order from one Lamb to the Other.

You see, here is the problem in full. No one believes that we are the body of Christ.

Everyone has been fooled by the Master Military Strategist of the universe. He has a purpose up His sleeve, a purpose more wonderful and glorious than we can imagine.

God is filled with hope; we are His hope.

TEF9 - Authority Revealed by Daniel Yordy

My goal is to explore the prophetic word of Christ revealed now through us as shown by the vision John saw on Patmos. Yet I continue to find the need to lay a series of foundations before we can discover the full scope and meaning of that prophetic word.

The most essential reality that fills and surrounds, undergirds and uplifts our speaking this Word of Christ IS the Lamb in one hand and the Lamb in the other. Never is any speaking of Christ found anywhere else. We do not speak Christ “in order to.” We speak Christ only “because of” and “inside of” and “out from.” It is that word of Christ which we speak, then, that accomplishes all the will of God. That Word is able to Prove God's will because we speak it. It's called faith; it's called faithful and true.

Yet our speaking of Christ inside the Lamb is bold. It is very bold, as bold as Christ Himself.

Therefore, in order for us to see the truth as it is, I will speak boldly.

The end of the age is in our hands, in the hands of the sons of God, that is, this transition between two ages during which the birthing of the age to come upon this planet causes all the folly, the insanity of man to gasp one last time and then to cease.

Everything, from here on out, is coming through us.

That's why those who begin to speak Christ hit a wall of accusation greater than they have ever known, a wall that they discover has much less power than the condemnation under which they once lived. That's why the dragon stands before the woman to devour her child. It's his greatest mistake in a lifetime of oh-so-great mistakes.

If he were not so arrogant, he would not be so quickly defeated.

Now, those who knew Norman Grubb and who teach union with Christ, also say that there is no more battle. What they say is true, inside the arena of which they are speaking. The problem is simply this; they should say there is NO civil war. We are at peace with God; there is no battle inside of us.

But God has built the universe around the verb, “to conquer.” That is, “to overcome.”

We know Christ as the meek and lowly One; we know Christ as the victorious Warrior. Christ is fully both in us; not half and half, but all and all.

I am not so much a fighter as an explorer. The explorer is part of the victorious Warrior, His gift inside of me. Give me a map and a path or road ahead, and I am in heaven. I am obsessed with the joy of seeing what's in that next valley, drawing peace from that next little waterfall in the stream, gazing in reflection from the next ridge top, leaping down the mountainside like a deer. The next bend in the road is always brand-new to me.

Here now, let's not get side-tracked.

The Apocalypse of Jesus Christ.

The primary word in Revelation is apocalupsis. The purpose for everything is Christ, the Word God is always speaking, revealed in weakness through many, revealed in fullness in His body. The second word of Revelation is martureo, witness or testimony, the same word of Christ spoken by many. Martureo means the prophetic word of Christ which we speak.

Now, Paul defines that word in this way: “calling those things that “be not” as though they are.” That word does have a counterpart, also from Paul, “calling those things that “be” as though they are not.” The vision of John shows us both sides of that testimony. The Kingdom is, though no one sees it. The world system of this present age is not, though everyone thinks it's a big deal.

The Revelation (apokalupsis) of Jesus Christ, which God gave Him to show His servants—things which must shortly take place. And He sent and signified it by His angel to His servant John, who bore witness (a form of martureo) to the word of God, and to the testimony (another form of martureo) of Jesus Christ, to all things that he saw. Revelation 1:1-2

One unveiling; two witnesses.

Behold, He is coming with clouds, and every eye will see Him, even they who pierced Him. And all the tribes of the earth will mourn because of Him. Even so, Amen. Revelation 1:7

Let me deal briefly with the question of Jesus' body.

Most Christians are convinced that the term “the body of Christ” is a metaphor only, a figure of speech, that we are not really His body. Now, consider the short-circuiting their image of Christ causes. They want two things: they want a Jesus whom they can see face to face, and they want Him to appear to all in that way. So if Jesus appears to me in His own physical body, the body that ascended with Him into the sky, and if He appears to my brother in China, in Australia, in Sweden at the same time, then what did He do? Does He produce for Himself many physical bodies, clones of that original one?

Some might say that His resurrected body is of Spirit substance and can thus duplicate itself in that strange way. That idea falls apart on two accounts. One is, there is no purpose in God giving Jesus or us a second spiritual body, we already have a first, our spirit, (as well as the Spirit of Christ) and our spirit is not our physical body (anymore than Jesus' Spirit is His body). Our spirit already walks in heaven; we need an earthly body to inherit the earth. When God swallows up our present body with life it will continue as a physical body, though on a higher plane. Second, angels have spirit bodies, and they cannot clone themselves; they cannot appear in many places at once.

But that argument beggars the point. Why would Jesus appear in a cloned multiplication of the body He walked in after His resurrection? Why would we, whom He died to win for Himself, whom He has become, why would our bodies be unacceptable to Him? Why would He prefer clones?

The concept of Jesus appearing in one physical body only requires that He can be seen face to face by only one person at a time. Get in line, brother, your fifteen-minute appointment is in 200 years.

So, if He is coming in the same physical body in which He ascended up into the sky, then every eye cannot see Him in a literal sense, unless He clones that particular body. But it seems so strange to me that He would so give Himself to win a body for God, the Cup turning to Joy inside of Him, and then completely bypass that body for this occasion, preferring the odd practice of divine, but sterile cloning, seed that did not bring forth life.

On the other hand, there are those who believe that Jesus will never appear in the physical body that ascended with Him before the eyes of His disciples, they are convinced that body is gone forever, and that we are the only body in which He will ever appear. I don't know if that is true, either.

Let me give the definitive answer to this question. It is, in fact, the only answer. “I don't know.”

But much of this is intellectual curiosity only and not the truth of the revelation of Christ. Look again at Revelation 1:7. Notice the reaction of everyone to what they see: “will mourn.” Here is the meaning of the Greek word. It is the same as in Matthew 24.

kóptō – properly, to cut; be incised (struck), resulting in severance ("being cut off"); (figuratively) to mourn (lament) with a cutting sense of personal, tragic loss, i.e. "cut to the heart." http://biblesuite.com/greek/2875.htm

Most believe that this response is because all the multitudes of those who see Him know that He is about to kill them first and torture them after. They believe that Jesus is a partisan and tribal military commander, and that His war is against all those funny-looking pagans who don't take a bath.

Jesus is Savior and Salvation; He is filled with grace and truth. He has already reconciled all to God; He has already propitiated all sin, that is, brought all human sin into the Mercy Seat inside the heart of God where He caused it all to cease. Sin is not the issue; Christ, the Word God speaks is.

Christ in you, the hope of glory. Him we preach, warning every man and teaching every man in all wisdom, that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus. Colossians 1:27-28

Those who see themselves on the outside of Jesus, looking at Him, will mourn. Those who see themselves on the inside of Jesus looking out will sing with all joy. This is not an us-versus-them; it is for the sakes of those who mourn that we rejoice. God will send us to them, each in his time until all creation is singing once again, as Paul said in 1 Corinthians 15 and in Philippians 2.

But those who will not put their sin into Jesus must bear sin themselves in the light of a Holy God. And those who will not put their self into Jesus must bear self themselves in the light of a Holy God. It is a place of judgment. It is a time of mourning.

Yes, judgment produces a measure of outward pain. But that pain does not come from God, rather, it comes from the will of the creature who prefers bearing his own self in this horrific mixture of self-love and self-loathing, rather than losing himself inside another, inside of the One who loves him and gave Himself for him.

Holding tightly to self-love/self-loathing when the lights turn on is the source of all mournful pain. All anyone needs to do is simply say, “Here I am, God. Here!” And all difficulty is forever gone.

In complete contrast, we give thanks for all things. We get excited when everything goes wrong. We count it all joy when we are hit with all kinds of strange adversity. Not because we are weird, but because we are so enmeshed in the God who fills us full that all we can see or know is His heart of grief and tender compassion reaching out to all.

Do you see how important it is for us never to say or write things about ourselves that are contrary to Christ Himself, our only life, expressing Himself through our humanity? Whenever our words place ourselves as anywhere but utterly part of the Lord Jesus Himself, then we are not where we must be.

So let me share the true reality of Jesus' body. Let's say that Jesus does show up in a solitary, individual body, the one that came out of the grave. I have no problem with that; I will never get in any line to see Him. Oh no. I am there, all of me, entirely, inside of Him looking out of that same body with Him. You will never find me anywhere else.

This is why I love to write. This question has been vague to me for all the 36 years I have pondered it. Now my eye is single. I know where I am, and that's the only thing that matters to me. And I also know that in His incredible favor to me, God has granted me all whom I love. He has given me you in that same place.

Now, it is not my purpose to provide a verse by verse explanation of my present understanding of Revelation. Such an exercise has no profit in itself. I will not say anything about any verse unless I have a present word of Christ to share with you, a word that enables you to find yourself utterly in Him. Thus I do draw much life from John's vision, while ignoring many things in it. When God wants us to know those things, we will know them. Yet I am always surprised when a word that our fellow believers apply carnally opens itself to us as a key understanding inside the revelation of Jesus Christ. The problem has always been our wrong seeing, “at” instead of “ out from.”

But look at verse 12: Then I turned to see the voice that spoke with me. And having turned I saw seven golden lampstands. . . John turned to the voice and saw the church. Then, he says clearly that the One who was “like” the Son of Man was IN that very church. The next few lines are a description of Christ's body, the church, filled full with Him.

Then verse 19 is important to us. Write the things which you have seen, and the things which are, and the things which will take place after this.

First, I was presented with a curious teaching, years ago, in a Pentecostal church, that John “made up” all the things in his vision because that was the only way he could smuggle his thoughts to the churches of Asia past the guards on Patmos. Therefore, he used a “code language” that would be known only by them. That teaching bothered me, so I wrote out every verse in Revelation in which John mentions himself. “I saw. I heard. I saw. The angel said to me.” So if this teaching were true, then John lied all the way through.

John saw a vision, a seeing of spirit. The seeing in any vision is both symbolic and real. Let me explain.

When I married my wife, I placed a ring upon her finger. That ring is real gold and a real diamond. It is a real ring. Yet, of truth, I never really cared much for rings on fingers. I do like some jewelry, yes, but rings never did anything for me. In complete contrast, that ring is also a symbol, and as a symbol it is far more important to me than as a ring. The ring, of course, symbolizes our marriage and our love.

Thus, to say that something John saw is a symbol of something else is not to negate what he saw. Yet, some things that he saw are clearly symbolic only, with no literal substance. There will be no seven-headed leopard crawling up out of the ocean and taking control of the world, as some actually teach.

There are many things heavenly that are of literal spirit-substance, just as earthly things have physical substance.

John was instructed to write down exactly what he saw and heard. That seeing was of two things: things that are and things that will be. In reality, the things that are and the things that will be are the same. Every truth of Christ is fulfilled in every believer's life in every generation of the church. Yet God requires that all things come to their fullness in the fullness of times. Thus all things that are, will also be, if that doesn't sound too philosophical.

One more thing before we come back to the authority of Christ now released through the sons of God.

There are quite a number of fee-fie-fo-fum “millenial” dispensations of the revelatory osmotic interpretations of the book of Revelation. I am so uninterested in every single one of them. My God, does Jesus not say, “The Revelation of Jesus Christ” which He sent (apostled) to us? This vision is Christ, and Christ is all that I am.

Actually, it is clear to me that those who write such arguments have not been immersed into the Holy Spirit. Thus their spirits are not released to know heavenly realities; they cannot comprehend a Spirit-Word; they cannot “see” that Christ is their life.

I have read carefully the argument that claims John wrote in the AD 60's, and that the Beast was Nero, that everything in this vision happened in AD 70 with the destruction of Jerusalem and that the entire book has absolutely nothing to do with us or this planet or anything Christ would be now in us in our day. I require evidence of some sort; I saw none in that argument, nor any reasonable or cogent explanation. These people are convinced that the vision John saw is utterly divorced from his gospel. I am convinced that Christ is revealed in the flesh, in the dirt and physicality of this world. And Nero was a tin-pot nobody; the only reason we know anything about him is that he just happened to be Caesar when Peter and Paul were executed. The real persecution of the church happened in the AD 90's under Domitian.

Why do people not want to know the living Christ who fills them full with all of His glory? Actually, it is clear to me that those who write such arguments have not been immersed into the Holy Spirit. Thus their spirits are not released to know heavenly realities; they cannot comprehend a Spirit-Word; they cannot “see” that Christ is their life. All they are able to do is hash over intellectual thoughts in the light of limited earthly thinking. And every intellectual argument not recognizing our very limited knowledge and not seeking a clear view of rigorous evidence is just fantasy. I much prefer Tolkein.

Now, the authority of Christ moving through the sons of God is unveiled in large measure through the letters to the seven churches and the seven words of overcoming found in chapters 2 and 3. But that subject is its own letter. Here, I will set the larger context of that authority.

First, consider Revelation 4:1: After these things I looked, and behold, a door standing open in heaven. And the first voice which I heard was like a trumpet speaking with me, saying, “Come up here, and I will show you things which must take place after this.”

The operative word is “after,” or the Greek word, meta, found twice in this verse. Strong's Concordance says that meta is not strictly a chronology term, that is, referring to the future. Rather it is a cause-effect term. “After these things” or “after this” has this specific meaning, “this is the result, the outcome, the necessary effect of that.” The authority of Christ in His church, an authority pictured for us from Revelation 1:1 to 3:22, has direct and specific results as that authority impacts the realms of confused and separated humanity caught in the web of deceit called the world. Thus everything that follows speaks of the results coming out of the authority of Christ released in all fullness through the sons of God.

Wow! This is really cool. I've never had the key to understand the book of Revelation before, not in this way – as a whole. That key is our union with Christ, the Word God is always speaking, that we are now the testimony of that very word in the earth, revealed personally as us. Part of that key is the full marriage between John's gospel, his epistles, and his vision, along with the gospel according to Paul. Now it seems that every phrase just lays itself open to Christ made personal in us.

Which means we go back to Chapter 1 and to the authority of Christ. But first!

In that day you shall know
that I am in the Father
 and you in Me and I in you. John 14:20

This Word is absolute; it stands above all. Any word in the Bible that we do not draw into and draw out from this WORD serves only as a ministry of death. This Word in John 14:20 is the be-all and the end-all. It is the sum of all other things and yet greater than the whole. Those who live absolutely and only inside all the reality of this Word know God and His revelation, no one else. Never, not in a trillion years, will we not be ever-expanding our knowledge in present experience of the reality of this Word in all that it means. The discoveries will never end. The expansion is ceaseless. The depths are unreachable.

Yet He is real and personal and true, our Friend and our life. The Lord Jesus Christ reveals all that He is as us.

There is nothing of Jesus that is not in the Father. There is nothing of me that is not in the Lord Jesus, and there is nothing of the Lord Jesus Christ that is not in me, as me, and revealed in all glory through me.

It is impossible for anyone to know the first thing about John's vision without John 14:20 being ALL that they know. If John 14:20 is not ALL that you know, the sum total of your present life, then you have one job to do, and it is not studying John's vision. Your entire concern is to plant yourself upon the floor on your face before God, holding John 14:20 ever before His face until He makes it your very and only life. It's okay to include Luke 1:38 as well. “Look at me God! I belong to you!!! Let every Word You speak be fulfilled in all fulness in me.”

John 14:20 is the tree of life. You ain't going nowhere without its fruit being you.

Now we can return to John's vision, a vision that comes only out from John 14:20.

Authority. Let's bring in one of the central words of authority – Revelation 12:10. Now salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before our God day and night, has been cast down.

This is NKJV and not translated correctly. It is “Now salvation, and power (dunamos) and the kingdom of our God, and the authority (exousia) of His Christ have come. . .”

The power is God, the authority is Christ. Jesus speaks; God does. The authority of Jesus' words commands the power inherent inside of God.

We speak Christ; God transforms the universe.

God is sovereign and absolute. The fact that He is also meek and lowly of heart does not mean that any iota of anything ever escapes His purposing. The first thing we must know about this God who fills us full is that He is entirely out of control, that we are seized in the unbreakable grip of a Mighty and uncontrollable God. Yet this terrible Being never violates our person, but wins our hearts by kindness and by love.

Now we are ready to look at Christ in His Body.

Then I turned to see the voice that spoke with me. And having turned I saw seven golden lampstands, and in the midst of the seven lampstands One like the Son of Man, clothed with a garment down to the feet and girded about the chest with a golden band. His head and hair were white like wool, as white as snow, and His eyes like a flame of fire; His feet were like fine brass, as if refined in a furnace, and His voice as the sound of many waters; He had in His right hand seven stars, out of His mouth went a sharp two-edged sword, and His countenance was like the sun shining in its strength. And when I saw Him, I fell at His feet as dead. But He laid His right hand on me, saying to me, “Do not be afraid; I am the First and the Last. I am He who lives, and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore. Amen. And I have the keys of Hades and of Death. Revelation 1:12-18

Now, we could “interpret the symbols,” that gold is the nature of God, that white as snow means pure and holy, that brass symbolizes judgment, that the word is a two-edged sword, and so on, and I have heard such layout presented in the past. The problem is those are all mental ideas, they are not Spirit-life that opens our hearts to the Glorious One who fills us full.

“I wear a garment down to the feet; a golden band encircles my chest. My head and hair are white like wool, white as the snow. My eyes are a flame of fire; my feet like fine brass, refined in a furnace. My voice is the sound of many waters. In my right hand are seven stars; out of my mouth goes a sharp two-edged sword. My face is like the sun shining in its strength. I am the design and the fulfillment. I am he who lives, and was dead, and behold I am alive forevermore. I possess the keys of Hades; I possess the keys of Death.”

Only Christ filling your heart can make these words alive and personal as you. Hold them before Him in His Spirit filling you full. His reality will flow through your mind and heart as tears and rivers of joy.

He is alive, you know; He lives in you.

Here's how it works, holding words like these as a Spirit Word inside your heart. You're tootling along, minding your own business, thinking about this or that, when all of a sudden one phrase from something like this fits into your thoughts in the light of the Holy Ghost and suddenly you see and know, and you either laugh with all joy or you fall on your face and worship God – or both at the same time.

~~~
Okay, I did that, I had a good night's sleep after writing these pages. This next morning, I have read again what I wrote yesterday. As I read, I understood what I wrote, that the operative word from Revelation 1:1 to Revelation 3:22 is “authority” – notice that the throne of God is the destination. Inside this explanation of the authority of Christ lies the action verb of the whole Bible and of the great story of God – overcome, repeated seven times.
What I did not see at all yesterday, is now life in me today.
First, leaf through any book analyzing the book of Revelation and see where they place this word “overcome.” Do they place it above all, as the action of God through us? Do they see it fulfilled in all fulness BEFORE they expand on anything else in the vision? Do they see everything else as the direct result, meta, caused by the fulfillment of this word “overcome,” seated in the throne of God?
You see, most teachings I have heard or read on Revelation abandon the overcomer in the throne at the end of Chapter 3 and see a sterile throne in Chapter 4, filled only with an Augustinian God. How can we write about God unless we know Him as the One who fills us full with all of His fullness? We certainly don't know a lot about Him, but this is the only place we must start.
Next, I have never before seen the seven places of overcoming in the churches of Christ as coming out from the authority of Christ in His church shown to us in Chapter 1. The reason I have never seen nor heard such a thing is that we never knew our full union with Christ. I saw in the past that John was describing “the body of Christ” in Chapter 1, but I saw both that glorified body and the “overcomers” as something far away, far ahead, far above, something I, in my weakness and gross inability, could only wish for, but never really produce. And so all I have ever seen or known is to chop these chapters apart. Chapter 1 is considered by itself. Chapters 2 & 3 by themselves, and Chapters 4-6, completely separate and unrelated.
Let's pull it all together into one story, Christ, revealed personally as us.
One word (among many) in Revelation 1:8 establishes authority as the theme, and that is the Greek word, pantokrator, translated, “Almighty.” Here is Strong's definition: pantokrátōr (from 3956 /pás, "all" and 2902 /kratéō, "prevail") – properly, almighty; unrestricted power exercising absolute dominion.
Unrestricted power exercising absolute dominion.
Here is where we place our forehead upon the ground in utter silence before Him. Yet He Himself puts His hand upon us and lifts us up to walk side by side as His equal, carried utterly inside of Him.
Now, the full unveiling of “to overcome” is an exercise, a process, the conflict and tension of the entire story and of all the history of heaven/earth. Yet the Spirit of God shows us clearly the picture of Christ revealed in His church and we in Him as the seeing we must have to walk through these seven realities of overcome.
Let's look out, again and always, from those eyes of fire.
“I wear a garment down to the feet; a golden band encircles my chest. My head and hair are white like wool, white as the snow. My eyes are a flame of fire; my feet like fine brass, refined in a furnace. My voice is the sound of many waters. In my right hand are seven stars; out of my mouth goes a sharp two-edged sword. My face is like the sun shining in its strength. I am the design and the fulfillment. I am he who lives, and was dead, and behold I am alive forevermore. I possess the keys of Hades; I possess the keys of Death.”
The garment of authority is the garment of the High Priest, after the order of Melchizedek. The golden band refers directly to “unrestricted power exercising absolute dominion.” That band of God encircles the chest, that is, the heart, our shared heart with Christ, the very throne of the Almighty.
Head and hair speak of wisdom anointed by the wisdom of God; that wisdom is pure and pure. Jesus said, “As I hear, I judge; and My judgment is righteous, because I do not seek My own will but the will of the Father who sent Me.” I will not develop it here, but it is so clear that this vision of the authority of Christ revealed in His church can be understood only in light of Jesus' soliloquies in John Chapters 5 & 12 and elsewhere. One also needs to bring in Hebrews 7. I will not do that at this time.
Our eyes are a flame of fire means we see God alone, out from the eyes of Love, which is that consuming fire. Our feet like fine brass, purified in a furnace, means we walk as Jesus walked, holy and pure, tried and tested, faithful and true. Our voice of many waters is the words of authority, of Christ our life, coming through many in weakness. Seven stars in our right hand also speaks of authority, and the two-edged sword we speak is that two-sided prophetic word of Christ, calling those things that be not (the victory of Christ revealed in human flesh) as they are, and calling those things that be (the delusions of the world and human self-will) as they are not.
And our face, shining like the sun in its strength is found for us in 2 Corinthians 3:18-4:6
But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord. . . But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who. . . do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them. . . For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us.
We are His face; we are the light of His glory shining out from earthen vessels.
“I am the design and the fulfillment. I am he who lives, and was dead, and behold I am alive forevermore. I possess the keys of Hades; I possess the keys of Death.”
When Jesus is called “the first and the last,” it doesn't mean that He is still hanging around, all alone, after everyone else has departed the scene. Rather the two Greek words used denote the pattern, the blueprint from which all things come, and the fulfillment, the completed House into which the Father Himself comes to reside. Whatever He is, He is all of that in all of us. “I am he who lives and was dead, and behold I am alive forevermore,” is Galatians 2:20, the only entrance to the tree of life.
I have the keys of Hades and of Death. Revelation 1:18
In these words are expressed terrible and glorious things beyond all measure or comprehension. I can begin to speak of them ONLY by making it very clear that I have no idea what I am talking about. But I want to know Him in all that He is revealed now upon this earth through me. Thus I would stand firmly in Him through all that is terrible and holy and entirely beyond us.
First, let's bring in the close companion verses from Paul.
So when this corruptible has put on incorruption, and this mortal has put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written: “Death is swallowed up in victory.” “O Death, where is your sting? O Hades, where is your victory?” The sting of death is sin, and the strength of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Corinthians 15:54-57
But second, let's pull back into our story. We must know where this fits. Here is the line from my last letter.
(God's story) begins as a Word and then the accuser. Then comes the Word in weakness, then comes the accuser again. Then comes the Lamb in sorrow, then the Word in many, the accuser's last gasp, and the Lamb again, in Glory.
There is a terrible factor that comes into the story with the accuser. The accuser does not “cause” this factor, it is the result entirely of the decision of Adam.
That factor is CONSEQUENCE.
Death and Hades are two sides of the same thing; they are the horrific consequence of human folly.
Death is the divorce of heaven and earth, the ripping apart of spirit and body. Death is more awful than we can comprehend. Death is a horrific, unnatural, and evil tearing apart, the end result of the horror of any creature pulling its mind and will away from, separated from, God.
Hades is not a geographical location, but a state of being. It is both those humans who have neither spirits nor bodies, but are whispering souls lost in the darkness, along with the angels who left their place in God, who are also wandering and bound by darkness.
Hades is the wounded of death.
Here I must stop. I am not about to dance up and down proclaiming that I know even the first thing about the reality of these words: “I possess the keys of Hades; I possess the keys of Death.” Yet I desire to know, for I desire to know Him revealed through me.
But we cannot know the terror of His victory unless we first place it entirely inside the drama and pathos of His story.
Thus, before we can continue on exploring the seven realities of overcoming, I must take the layout I wrote in the last letter, of a Word to a Lamb, and make the best attempt yet to present before both you and me, in one chapter, the great story of God.
It is in His Story alone that all things find their place.
Covenant Series P13. Resurrection Life by Daniel Yordy
Life has two purposes. First, life eliminates death and second, life brings forth more life.
This is the Covenant, that we shall be just like Jesus. This is the fulfillment of the Covenant, when the Ark that carries that Covenant comes all the way HOME, that our bodies are swallowed up into the new creation by Resurrection Life.
13. Resurrection Life
Before starting this letter, I want to give a specific definition for the phrase, “Carry your cross.” Carry your cross IS carrying others inside of God inside of you all the way into life. It is a work of the heart and of the hands, a tender touch, a cup of cold water to the thirsty. “Carry your cross” and rivers of living water are the same thing.
Everything God does in our lives passes through the process of birthing. Birthing is life unto life, life bringing forth life. That is how we see and understand everything. God sees only the end, yet He has ordained the full process of conception, gestation, and birthing into our experience.
BECAUSE He must win our hearts. It is unthinkable to God to have sons whose hearts He has not won for Himself.
But just because we find ourselves in the place of gestation, in the birth canal, just ready for the full light of day, does not mean that all that God sees of us in our finished state is not fully real right now. We call those things that “be not” as though they are. Yet more and more, the “be not” part vanishes into the “are” part.
Recording the message into audio has become, now, my final edit. When I speak what I have written, I see things more clearly, things I could not see apart from speaking. As I was speaking out loud “Carry Your Cross,” I saw something I had not seen before and quickly inserted a phrase into the text. Here is that phrase. I include the entire paragraph; the phrase is in bold.
Go looking for Jesus' dead body; will you find it? No, it does not exist, and neither does any “old me.” Any “old me” there may have been vanished as surely as that body vanished, swallowed up by life. It is life that causes death to cease, not the other way around!
Life has two purposes. First, life eliminates death and second, life brings forth more life.
 One Advantage I have over Daniel Yordy on his pages is I can talk about him behind his back!!!!
He was to have been on the road with Rich Novek this year, but for various reasons concerning the Asbergers condition he has, this has restricted his freedom to a certain extent. However for me this is similar to St Paul being "restricted" in certain ways....usually prison....which meant that we got to read more of the New testament than perhaps we would have done. Some of Daniel's most extraordinary discoveries have been related on his keyboard in the last few months. And this is the very testament to the principles which he is sharing here.....The resurrection Life of Christ Himself being made available while God is working mightily through frustration and restriction. Now, certainly, I have said this same thing over and over all through what I write. But in this series, I am looking at the Covenant through the only seeing of God that exists in the universe – the walk of Jesus from the upper room to the right hand of the Father, and we inside of Him, and through the symbols of the Holiest of All in the Tabernacle of Moses, symbols that the New Testament always applies directly to believers in Christ.
This way of seeing casts everything into a light we have never before known.
When I approached the end of my series on the Kingdom of God, I found myself writing 3-4 articles at the same time. The same is happening now. I see maybe 6-7 more articles to finish this series, and God is speaking four of them to me all at the same time.
In my next article, “A Heart Throne,” even though I will be speaking of the Mercy Seat, yet, to do so, I must look back at the Cross, at the Veil, at Gethsemane, at the Altar of Incense. For it is there in that passage that the most incredible thing happens that the universe will ever know – God's heart and man's heart becoming one.
In this letter, however, I want to look at the resurrection of the physical body of Jesus – and the Ark of the Covenant, flesh of His flesh, one flesh with God.
Let's look at the dead body of Jesus, lying there on that slab of stone, two seconds before the most incredible event took place in all the history of the world.
Let's look, not even at the molecular level, but at the atomic level.
But first, there is no life in this body; it is dead. No spirit energizes it; no blood flows through it. This dead body, formerly of Jesus, is in that brief period in-between the energizing of spirit and the eating of worms. If the worms had begun to eat, then this incredible thing that happens would not have been the same.
 (Christ) God raised up, having loosed the pains of death, because it was not possible that He should be held by it. For David says concerning Him: ‘I foresaw the Lord always before my face, for He is at my right hand, that I may not be shaken. Therefore my heart rejoiced, and my tongue was glad; Moreover my flesh also will rest in hope. For You will not leave my soul in Hades, nor will You allow Your Holy One to see corruption. You have made known to me the ways of life; You will make me full of joy in Your presence.’ Acts 2:24-28
The word “corruption” means the eating task of worms.
Let's consider the atoms in this dead, but not eaten body lying there on that stone slab, covered by a thin cloth.
Every atom resting on that slab came into Jesus' body from out of the air and the ground over the previous seven years, replacing the atoms that had made up Jesus' body prior to age 26 ½. These atoms had come into Jesus from all over the planet by the air, they had come out of the Mediterranean Sea by the water and wine that He drank. They had come out of the ground as He traversed the lands of Judea, Samaria, and Galilee, eating the fruit of the earth.
 But in this series, I am looking at the Covenant through the only seeing of God that exists in the universe – the walk of Jesus from the upper room to the right hand of the Father............
Inside that body lying dead upon the stone were atoms representing all the far reaches of the earth, of the air, of the land, and of the sea. Every one of those atoms was part of the old creation. Everyone of those atoms was disconnected, severed, from the Spirit of Jesus that had once made them “alive” according to the present age.
It is important that no worms had yet munched down on Jesus' flesh – BECAUSE God wanted every single atom of this sacrifice for sin in its place. Except the Blood. Only the blood stayed in the earth.
In the grand scheme of things, what exactly is this dead body?
A physical analysis would likely show that it is no different in it's chemical makeup than any other dead body immediately after the cessation of breath. Yet we know that, to God, this dead body is entirely different.
Now, technically, Jesus did not “die,” that is, He Himself did not cease. All through the 36 hours that His former body lay there, Jesus was walking through Hades, not as a shade of grey, but as the Living Son of God, speaking what God speaks just as He had done all through His ministry on earth.
What died was Jesus' physical, human, mortal body, the likeness of sinful flesh.
That body was God's sacrifice for all sin. It was the scapegoat carrying in itself the sin of all.
And He Himself is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the whole world.     1 John 2:2
The word “propitiation” is “mercy seat,” so technically, this verse belongs in another letter soon to come. But before there can be a propitiation, there must be a sacrifice, and this verse shows that this one sacrifice is for ALL sin in the entire cosmos, in the entire arrangement of everything.
The law of sin and death. – In the day that you eat thereof, surely in dying you shall die. – The soul that sins shall die. – For the wages of sin is death.
A sacrifice is a simple concept. A man would bring his bull into the outer court as an offering for his sin. The priests would help him hold the bull while the man placed his hands on the bull's head. In so doing, he was transferring all of his sin into the body of that bull. Then the man whose sin had passed into the bull, took a knife from the priest and slit the bull's throat. The priest held a basin to catch the blood as it poured out.
At that point, the man offering the sacrifice was finished with his part, but the priests had more to do. First, they skinned the bull and removed the fat and guts. The fat, skin, guts (offal), and blood were burned on the altar of sacrifice. The meat went into a pot. The priests ate the meat – it was their food. However, they were required to eat whatever piece they speared first. They were not allowed to pick and choose.
 Except you eat My flesh. – This is my body which is broken for you.
I want to get the picture God paints, central to the Covenant, clearly before our eyes. We must see it.
 For the law . . . can never with these same sacrifices . . . make those who approach perfect . . . For the worshipers, once purified, would have had no more consciousness of sins . . . For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and goats could take away sins.
Therefore, when He came into the world, He said: “Sacrifice and offering You did not desire, but a body You have prepared for Me. In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin You had no pleasure. Then I said, ‘Behold, I have come — In the volume of the book it is written of Me — To do Your will, O God.’”
. . . By that will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
. . . But this Man, after He had offered one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down at the right hand of God,  from that time waiting till His enemies are made His footstool. For by one offering He has perfected forever those who are being sanctified.
 . . . “This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, says the Lord: I will put My laws into their hearts, and in their minds I will write them,” then He adds, “Their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more” . . . Hebrews 10:1-18
One sacrifice for sins forever!
Then, verse 19 says this: Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus . . .
Let us be bold – perfected forever – NO consciousness of sins – right into the Holiest!
Weeping over the crucified one dishonors Jesus with all the mockery of the evil one. Sitting boldly upon the throne of God inside of Jesus in the Holiest of ALL with NO consciousness of sins in our mind or heart honors the One who gave Himself for us.
This “no consciousness of sins” is by faith and NOT by sight. We CANNOT look at outward appearance or performance to determine the truth. That's why we enter the very throne room of Almighty God, sitting ourselves fully upon that throne, with boldness.
Yes, it is true that there must be a death before there can be life. Death does not bring life; death causes that which must cease to cease. Death caused sin to cease; LIFE caused death to cease. Death killed sin; life killed death. By death, sin was no more; by Life, death was no more.
But there is only one death. There can be only one death. If there is any death besides that one death, then everything is perverted and unclean.
If a leopard can change its spots, then I can remove my sin by my own “dying.” Either Jesus' death IS my death in all ways and at all times, or my sin is never ceased. Yet the cessation of sin in the fullness of times lasted for only 36 hours of time. At the very moment that the 36 hours were finished, death also died.
Death is no more.
 In that moment,
every single atom
 in Jesus' body
was translated
from the old creation
 to the new.
So, let's return to this dead body lying on the stone slab two seconds before the universe changes.
Inside that body IS all the sin of the universe. By that dead body, all sin has died, all cessation is complete, all ending is finished. Inside that body is the entire original creation.
Now, before continuing on, I want to make something very clear. My title is “Resurrection Life.” I have no idea, no revelation, no understanding. I do not know what Resurrection Life IS. All I can do is bounce around in the dark, in my blindness and ignorance, with the conviction that, while I have no idea what I might say, Christ who is my life, does know Resurrection Life and as I speak what He speaks, I will know what He is.
All I know is that out of the bosom and heart of God, through the words Jesus spoke in John 17, came something beyond our ability to comprehend upon that dead body lying there, intact and uneaten, every atom remaining in its place. Except the Blood. In that moment a brand new creation came into being.
But it came in a most astonishing way.
Life swallowed up death.
In that moment, every single atom in Jesus' body was translated from the old creation to the new. Search the old creation, scan the entire earth, the dirt, the sea, the air, and you will not find one atom from Jesus' former dead body there. Every one of those atoms came originally out of the dirt, the sea, and the air, but not one of them is to be found there now. Every other dead body is theoretically findable. You and I undoubtedly have in our present bodies atoms that were once part of the makeup of some previous human body that died and was eaten and became dirt and air and sea once again – and then, became our dying body.
I now see something so astonishingly absolute that I hardly know what to say.
In one flash of light the entire old creation became the entire new creation.
God caused His lover to cease and kept her utterly in the same moment.
I have been crucified, nevertheless I live.
Every original atom in Jesus' dead body is to be found, now, in His resurrected body at the right hand of the Father. Every original atom, constrained and limited, is now unconstrained and unlimited brand new inside His resurrected body.
Except the Blood. Something else happened to the Blood, something entirely different, something astonishing beyond all measure.
Please forgive me, the absolute that I saw is beyond my human words to express, or my human mind to keep.
Let's continue with what we do know.
During the entire 36 hours Jesus was gone from His body, He spent the entire time in Hades. We know that He did not appear before the Father during those hours because He said just after to Mary Magdalene that she could not touch Him because He had not yet appeared before the Father. It seems that the action as High Priest of sprinkling His own Blood upon the Mercy Seat of heaven, the throne of God where we now sit, took place in between Jesus' visiting with Mary in the garden and His appearing for the first time to the disciples, when He allowed them to touch His new creation body.
Even though it's a different topic, let me suggest that Jesus' entire ministry in Hades was to speak Life into all those who would hear Him, particularly those in Abraham's bosom as well as others, including many who had preceded Noah. In other words, until that moment, these humans had continued as shades of grey, without either of their two bodies. When Jesus spoke into them, and they heard and believed Him, they were “born again,” that is, they were given brand new spirit-bodies so that they could live and communicate inside the heavens of God. They are still waiting on us, according the the writer of Hebrews and Paul, to receive their brand new physical bodies.
At 6 in the morning, in the early hours of April 17, AD 29, Jesus returned to that physical body lying there on that stone slab. At the moment of His return, the universe changed. (I use Reese Chronology dates.)
God gave us a picture of that moment 1000 years earlier, on October 15, 972 BC. Let's bring in the account of what happened on that exact mid-day of man's six thousand years of folly – 2 Chronicles 6.
So all the work that Solomon had done for the house of the Lord was finished; and Solomon brought in the things which his father David had dedicated . . . And he put them in the treasuries of the house of God.
Now Solomon assembled the elders of Israel . . . that they might bring the ark of the covenant of the Lord up from the City of David, which is Zion. Therefore all the men of Israel assembled with the king at the feast, which was in the seventh month . . .  and the Levites took up the ark. Then they brought up the ark, the tabernacle of meeting, and all the holy furnishings that were in the tabernacle . . .  Also King Solomon, and all the congregation of Israel who were assembled with him before the ark, were sacrificing sheep and oxen that could not be counted or numbered for multitude. Then the priests brought in the ark of the covenant of the Lord to its place, into the inner sanctuary of the temple, to the Most Holy Place, under the wings of the cherubim. For the cherubim spread their wings over the place of the ark, and the cherubim overshadowed the ark and its poles . . . Nothing was in the ark except the two tablets which Moses put there at Horeb, when the Lord made a covenant with the children of Israel, when they had come out of Egypt.
And it came to pass when the priests came out of the Most Holy Place . . . and the Levites who were the singers . . . stood at the east end of the altar, clothed in white linen, having cymbals, stringed instruments and harps, and with them one hundred and twenty priests sounding with trumpets—  indeed it came to pass, when the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the Lord, and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of music, and praised the Lord, saying: “For He is good, for His mercy endures forever,” that the house, the house of the Lord, was filled with a cloud, so that the priests could not continue ministering because of the cloud; for the glory of the Lord filled the house of God.
This event is pointing directly toward the full purpose of God in the earth just before us when God fills His fully prepared temple, the elect body of Christ, with His glory, and our bodies are changed in a moment, swallowed up by life.
But that great culmination of all things comes through the same event that happened at 6 AM on April 17, AD 29, when Jesus returned to His physical body. Everything we are now begins here.
The glory of the Lord filled the house of God. – A body You have prepared for Me. –  That mortality may be swallowed up by life.
Life eliminates death by swallowing up into itself that which was originally condemned to die, both body and person. It is no good to talk about “death” without talking about life MORE, life defeating death.
The entire old creation ended and the entire new creation began at the very instant Jesus returned to His body, when LIFE swallowed up death.
For by one offering He has perfected forever those who are being sanctified.
“Those who are being sanctified” shows us that, although all things took place inside that seed in that moment of time, yet the seed of Jesus Himself must be planted in our earth. We must be conceived of life, we must gestate in life (being sanctified – marinated in life, if you want), and we must be brought forth as life. Life to life to life.
We understand all that God is and does by this three-step process in us. Those who do not want to know God in  “three levels” of knowing Him do not want to know God.
Notice that life swallowing up death, the new creation translating the former atoms of the old creation into that which is brand new, is one hundred percent personal – JESUS, returning to His body.
When Jesus opened His eyes, everything was brand new. And we ARE inside of Him.
Please, I continue having no idea what this means or what to say.
Let's return to what we know. The Ark of the Covenant is the resurrected flesh of Jesus. I am flesh of His flesh; I am one flesh with Him. (Ephesians 5) I am Jesus' present flesh.
Jesus' mortal body does not exist; it cannot be found. Any “old me” does not exist; it cannot be found. If God does not remember it, how can I?
Jesus' present body is incorruptible and immortal; it knows neither sin nor death. And neither do I. If God knows only life and love, if God fills me full with all of Himself, then how can I know anything else? I cannot.
Those who would use the sight of their eyes to define themselves or to define me are living in a world that does not exist. We wait for them to pass from death into life; we hold the door open.
Paul said that our whole life is a GROAN. He said that the essence, the focus, the drive of the Christian life, of this present time in the womb of the church is fixated on our physical body being swallowed up by the life coming out of God in exactly the same experience that happened to Jesus, in exactly the same experience that happened at Solomon's temple on October 15, 972 BC.
Man as God revealed.
Declared to be the Son of God with power by the Resurrection from the dead – by the elimination of death.
We shall be like Him.
This is the Covenant, that we shall be just like Jesus. This is the fulfillment of the Covenant, when the Ark that carries that Covenant comes all the way HOME, that our bodies are swallowed up into the new creation by Resurrection Life.
That God fills His fully prepared temple.
That the glory of the Lord covers the earth as the waters cover the sea.
I do not know God in this way yet. Yes, this part of God is inside of me, but I cannot speak to you of it familiarly because I do not yet know it.
Here is the thought that came to me as I sat pondering my own ignorance of life poured out.
Grace is Pre-Resurrection.
The Grace that is to come, that is come now, the Grace of the Holiest of All comes now to us as the promise of the soon-to-come Resurrection, the swallowing up of our physical bodies by LIFE.
Let's bring in two sides of Jesus as our Pattern. The first is the beginning of His ministry, just before He is led across the face of the tree of knowledge in the wilderness. The second is after His resurrection, when He, His physical body, is forever incorruptible.
When all the people were baptized, it came to pass that Jesus also was baptized; and while He prayed, the heaven was opened. And the Holy Spirit descended in bodily form like a dove upon Him, and a voice came from heaven which said, “You are My beloved Son; in You I am well pleased.” Luke 3:21-22
 . . . concerning His Son Jesus Christ our Lord, who was born of the seed of David according to the flesh, and declared to be the Son of God with power according to the Spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead. Romans 1:3-4
We could say that the first declaration – You are My beloved Son – is “Declared to be the Son of God with proving.” The second is “Declared to be the Son of God with power.”
God requires evidence of Himself in the earth, in the flesh, BEFORE He comes Himself in Person.
That evidence, that witness, that proving, is the Grace of the Holiest of All.
We must speak out of the Grace of the Holiest of All, just as Jesus did, before we will ever speak out of full, declared, manifest resurrection LIFE. We must walk as the Beloved Son, fully pleasing to the Father, BEFORE our bodies are swallowed up by resurrection Life.
This walk is 100% by grace through faith. There is no sight involved, no human determination.
It is a proving of heart.
You see, we must KNOW that God speaks over us the same words He speaks over Jesus, “You are My beloved Son; in You I am well pleased.” He speaks those words over us because Christ is our life, we have no other life.
The Grace of the Holiest of All IS Resurrection Life prior to it's swallowing up our physical bodies.
We know it before we Know it.
And so it is as I was taught many years ago and have long understood. There are two sides of the manifestation of the sons of God, pre-resurrection and post-resurrection. To those on the outside looking at, the two are very different. To those on the inside looking out, the two are identical. The Grace of that Resurrection is sufficient for us to see all things as complete.
Therefore it is of faith that it might be according to grace, so that the promise might be sure . . .  to those who are of the faith of Abraham . . . who, contrary to hope, in hope believed . . . And not being weak in faith, he did not consider his own body,  already dead . . . Romans 4:16-19
Faith sees as God sees and no other way.
Grace walks as God walks and no other way.
Faith sees as God sees, Grace walks as God walks, IN a body already dead – BEFORE that body is swallowed up by life.
This faith, this grace, the faith and grace of the Holiest of All is God Himself in Person in us – our life.
Thus we know Him, and in knowing Him, we know the resurrection and walk by it, though our bodies remain dead through the time of God proving Himself true in the most dramatic way that He is, contrary to all human imagination. The greatest honor God will exhibit through eternity is those who BELIEVE what He says BEFORE they see it with their eyes.
Now Solomon assembled the elders of Israel . . . that they might bring the ark of the covenant of the Lord up from the City of David . . . and the Levites took up the ark . . . Also King Solomon, and all the congregation of Israel who were assembled with him before the ark, were sacrificing sheep and oxen that could not be counted or numbered for multitude. Then the priests brought in the ark of the covenant of the Lord to its place, into the inner sanctuary of the temple, to the Most Holy Place . . . – for the glory of the Lord filled the house of God.
This passage, from the moment the Levites took up the Ark from David's tent in his city, to its passage into the Most Holy Place, to the glory of the Lord filling the entire house, IS the ministry of Jesus from the baptism of John to His resurrection. AND it is the same thing again, a second time, a second witness, through us.
“A little while longer and the world will see Me no more, but you will see Me. Because I live, you will live also. At that day you will know that I am in My Father, and you in Me, and I in you. He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him.” Judas (not Iscariot) said to Him, “Lord, how is it that You will manifest Yourself to us, and not to the world?” Jesus answered and said to him, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him.” John 14:19-23
BUT YOU WILL SEE ME!
Notice Judas's question. He understood clearly that Jesus meant that we will SEE what the world does not see. That is, we see what natural eyes do not see; we know what the natural mind cannot know.
Now, this reality, that those who know Jesus will see His parousia (His coming) in them, a seeing known by no one else, is hidden here and there through the New Testament as a mystery. It is this reality that many have turned into the “rapture of the church.” It is the opposite of an external “rapture”; it is the revelation of Jesus Christ right here on this earth through His church.
Just as they didn't like Him the first time, so they will not like Him now.
BECAUSE of dying bodies.
They rejected God then because He appeared in mortal flesh; they reject God now because He appears in mortal flesh. Adam's hatred of human weakness fills the earth, it fills the church, it fills all mankind.
It is man that hates the flesh, not God. It is man who teaches himself to despise his weakness, not God.
 Now, this reality, that those who know Jesus will see His parousia (His coming) in them, a seeing known by no one else, is hidden here and there through the New Testament as a mystery. It is this reality that many have turned into the “rapture of the church.” It is the opposite of an external “rapture”; it is the revelation of Jesus Christ right here on this earth through His church.
But we, who know Him as the God who fills us full, we, who love Him because we share heart with Him, we see and we know an absolute reality that proves itself on this earth, in this age, in these dying bodies – LIFE!
Resurrection Life.
Death is swallowed up in Victory; living waters flow out of our bellies.
God requires Life to carry a dead body by faith. That is the Grace of the Most Holy.
For 3 ½ years, Jesus walked seeing only God, carrying a mortal body. For 3 ½ years we walk seeing only God, carrying a mortal body. We are just like Jesus. That seeing is entirely by faith in what God speaks. Seeing ONLY what He speaks and nothing else. God proves His word!
Oh – if I could but persuade you the importance of speaking only what God speaks concerning Christ your life. Speaking out loud what He speaks, confessing Christ, calling those things that “be not” as they ARE, opens our eyes, changes our mind, causes us to SEE Christ and nothing else, out from His eyes and nowhere else.
Please, I want you with me with Him in the revelation of His glory.
Speak Christ alone and do not stop speaking Him until your mind cannot know anything else but Christ.
