Everything until now is just a mere self-install programme

The article below began as a status on Facebook that never made it. Very like the subject matter itself, it continued to unfold itself so it was already too big for a regular Facebook status, or even one of my enlarged ones. To help you understand where the kernel thought came from I'll take a few lines to explain.

One way to understand the tabernacle in the heavenlies, of which Moses tabernacle in the wilderness is a copy, is as a kind of machine, like a carwash.  Unlike the devil's operation where you might say we are being "engodded".....he would tell us we move from insufficiency to be made into  "gods".....
the Truth is it's more like a stripping process like the almond rod of Moses which is one of the items in the Ark of Testimony....WE ARE BEING STRIPPED BACK...or CIRCUMCISED.... back into the image that both Francois DuToit and Andre Rabe describe....OUR ORIGINAL image as designed by God the Father, which already is MORE THAN SUFFICIENT for carrying the Image of God. The devil tells us lies and says we are not sufficient at all. We have to "be something different".

Next I thought in terms of a computer programme and how it too instals in a 3fold process. So really I just  superimposed the two ideas. The idea of the Tabernacle as a processing machine to take a fallen man right through to being a full incarnation of God's Life, together with the idea of installing a programme.
The Outer Courts
We receive the computer programme of God's complete package in His Son as a zipped up computer file.

We have absolutely everything from the moment that the Spirit of Christ comes into our spirit.
The Holy Place
We need the Holy Spirit to unzip the file for us, and self-instal the programme which is Christ's own Life.
We HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO ABILITY to instal Jesus's Life, that's why it is a self-instal programme.The LIFE ITSELF instals itself by GRACE. The Holy Spirit alone is given to lead us into all truth and to show us all the things freely given in Christ. Note all the things are already given and part of the package, BUT WE DO NOT KNOW WHAT WE HAVE GOT!!!!!
The Holiest Place
Once the Life of Jesus is fully installed, it is now fully up and running, and we receive a commissioning from God of what TO DO WITH IT. cf. (John Bunyan Pilgrim's Progress...after the Cross which is some time after Christian joins THE WAY,Christian puts on the full armor and goes into battle)

But my next thought was about how God's Word works through history.

Psalm 12:6 The words of the LORD are pure words; As silver tried in a furnace on the earth, refined seven times. Think of God's Light. His Word. As a self-install programme which forms a programme which then in turn becomes a self-install programme for the next full programme. Beginning to make your brain ache?

Well think of subatomic particles rotating around atoms, which then combine as molecules, which then form substances we see, which is all part of the Earth, which goes round the sun,whose solar system forms part of a galaxy of suns, which all form an innumerable number of galaxies, which make up the universe....and watch this space!!!!!     I make no apology for all this. This is the universe you live in, and this is the nature of the enormity of Word that we're a part of.
EVERYTHING WE HAVE EXPERIENCED UP UNTIL NOW IN GOD ON EARTH IS JUST A SMALL SELF-INSTALL PROGRAMME FOR THE MAIN PROGRAMME WHICH IS JESUS CHRIST IN A MULTI-MEMBERED BODY.

My next thought was "What triggers the changes?"
Song of Solomon says "Stir not up love nor awaken love until it please"

So what triggers everything is the Divinely awakened human heart crying out for more. (See Cry of the Human Heart by Juan Carlos Ortiz) So what if each sequence of Word as it unravels in the Earth is meant to provoke the next inward cry to trigger the next part of the programme? Hmmm....supposing this is also how the human body forms itself in the womb? (I throw that in)

Supposing the Word is like a whole series of Self-Install programmes

You're gonna have to have a Max Escher or Franz Kafka brain to get this one...but here goes.

What if God's computer programme called Light comes not only with its own DNA to self-install once...but the programme that is self-installed becomes the self-install to the next programme. So the first man, say , Abraham sees enough Light to give birth to a self-install revelation called "I AM the God of Abraham ,Isaac and Jacob", which itself becomes the self-install revelation for a nation, called after Jacob's new name. And what if the experience of the new nation actually births the self-install of the first bit of God's full programme, which is Moses and the Law. And what if a nation living under the Law gives birth to the anguish of failure necessary for the new self-install operation which fooled the whole nation, because it bypassed the whole previous programme. It was born direct from heaven but through a girl Mary from the previously installed programme  . What was born was human....and not being LAW shaped, but being human shaped, Jesus fooled everyone.

(Let’s take a pause there and just consider.....
Up until now, not having anyone to tell them otherwise, the Israelites knew that God had given a  “numerical” promise through Abraham about stars, and sand on the seashores. So they thought in terms of fulfilment by birth. Interesting, they forgot about the “star” bit.  The “from above “ bit.
Then the other main strand came through a man called Moses who they knew should have died on a mountain while fasting from both FOOD and DRINK for 40 PLUS 40 days. The Revelation he had was LAW. A Law so advanced, with supernatural insight into all activities of men, including the science of bacteria which would not be known for another 3,300 years  (1446BC- 1850s).
So they knew about destiny. And they knew about people’s relation with an external thing ....a thing “out there” you took on board called THE LAW.
The Prophets and the Psamists saw more.
But at this stage, they were glimpses.

Not enough for most people to recognise the brand new “Self-install” Programme)

And what if when Jesus said "The Kingdom was at hand " to 12 other men He was launching a new self-install programme, which in its failure, would need a whole new programme, also only directly available from heaven, called the Mystery of Christ in you.

But what if the initially individual version of the  programme had to self-install, run its course and die much like the natural nation of Israel did. So a Church largely of individually conscious Christians had to run its course right through the middle Ages until Luther who again got revelation direct from heaven.

And what if this Lutheran Reformation was just the self-install programme for the beginning of a Melchizedek corporate programme run entirely from heaven. And what if in its first two main phases, the evangelical movement and the pentecostal/charismatic phases were just the self-install programme for another completely different operating system whatsoever.....ANOTHER RUDE AWAKENING as Big a Shock, if not Bigger still than the Jews had when they realised that the next phase was not in the shape of LAW...but a human being...Jesus Christ the only Son of the Living God?

How do you mean Chris?

(Well, let’s take another pause, because we have reached another equally big jump, and look at a strange Old Testament scripture.

Zechariah 4;7 Youngs Literal Translation “Who art thou, O great mountain Before Zerubbabel -- for a plain! And he hath brought forth the top-stone, Cries of Grace, grace -- are to it.'”

We’ll come back to the first bit concerning the mountain.
So we’ve had ONE Huge shock already with the arrival of Jesus Christ. Which took us completely away from salvation by our own efforts to adhere to LAW. He broke into the whole system, suffered and died under the old system to demonstrate that salvation begins apart from the Law altogether, by BELIEVING ON HIS WORK.

And this we call Grace.
The grace of complete and utter forgiveness of sins....for all time.
Well, that was the first major interruption.
But now we’re having the second BIG SHOCK.

You see there is a second GRACE.....and without the second grace the topstone, or completion of God’s work here on earth cannot be accomplished.
Before coming to that let’s go back to the mountain.
There is a particular mountain that has been being built according to the words of Psalm 2.
1  Why do the nations rage, And the peoples meditate a vain thing?

² The kings of the earth set themselves, And the rulers take counsel together, Against Jehovah, and against his anointed, saying,
³ Let us break their bonds asunder, And cast away their cords from us.
⁴ He that sitteth in the heavens will laugh: The Lord will have them in derision.
⁵ Then will he speak unto them in his wrath, And vex them in his sore displeasure:
⁶ Yet I have set my king Upon my holy hill of Zion.
⁷ I will tell of the decree: Jehovah said unto me, Thou art my son; This day have I begotten thee.
⁸ Ask of me, and I will give thee the nations for thine inheritance, And the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession.
⁹ Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; Thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel.
¹⁰ Now therefore be wise, O ye kings: Be instructed, ye judges of the earth.
¹¹ Serve Jehovah with fear, And rejoice with trembling.
¹² Kiss the son, lest he be angry, and ye perish in the way, For his wrath will soon be kindled. Blessed are all they that take refuge in him. end of passage.

The Kings of the earth are building an alternate mountain. And it is very clear from Psalm 2 that it is opposed to God’s self-installing Programme  whose whole Name is Light  here on Earth. The Light of the glory of God. In the Son Jesus. The kings of the earth even constructed a country to help bring in this alternate mountain. It is called the USA, and they even drew a rival picture to Zechariah 4 on the back of their dollar bill.  Most Americans weren’t ofcourse in any way involved and will be shocked to learn this. But the race is on for two topstones.

The pyramid topstone or capstone of a whole Order which attempts to utterly exclude God, and instal its own King.....the King of Tyre, as described in Ezekiel 28.

Why the King of Tyre?  Yes , he was an historic figure. But where is Tyre?

In the Bible, Tyre and Sidon are often mentioned in the same breath.  The same chapter prophesies of a kingdom whose name is Sidon. Where is Sidon? Tel Aviv.

And this city is the one that rules the present kingdom called Israel. But the Bible makes it clear that the present Kingdom does not resemble the Kngdom which is ruled from Jerusalem later in the chapter.

So why the King of Tyre? Because the main representative of Satan here on earth, which is referred to over and over again in the prophetic books scattered right through the Old and New Testaments, may well come from that region, or be crowned there.If not, it is a reference to how a human being can be so given over to Satan that he perfectly rules representing this fallen angel.  It has been the plan of the ages. The one that was interrupted at Babel. At Babylon. At a number of geographical regions since.

So all the while that a NEW HOLY TEMPLE is being built in the Earth made of countless people who all have God’s LIGHT programme unfolding within themselves, a horriffic Satanic counterfeit is doing its best to piledrive its foundations into every aspect of  the world’s nations.)

I was in a Facebook discussion with a man I know a little from my own church who has moved to a Portsmouth church.  The things I am writing seem so unnecessary to him. It comes as a complete shock to him that

Even what we know of Jesus Himself so far as churches

IS ONLY THE SELF-INSTAL PROGRAMME for the full Programme that is busy being installed through vehicles such as Facebook right now.

What is that Chris?

I have just heard of a Word given by Mark Stibbe about the Father heart of God giving birth in the Church to REFORMATION.

Bear in mind I was around in the 70s when Gerald Coates, George Tarleton, John McLaughlin, John Noble, Nick Butterworth and Mick Inkpen were producing Fulness Magazine, which posited not only that people get baptised in the Spirit, but that this would lead to a whole new way of living which would become a Reformation, bigger than that which followed Luther.

But that is what I am saying.

We’ve ARRIVED at the SECOND GRACE Message. The One that completes the Capstone here on Earth.

And just as it was for the Jews a complete shock to have a Person, a human being, God’s Son Himself, invade their salvation programme...

SO IT IS IN THIS DAY in our very own churches.

Because the second GRACE message only comes after horrible failure while trying desperately to live the Kingdom Life. This failure we are calling Romans 7. The very same experience that Paul wrote and himself experienced.

The Grace of the discovery in our brokenness of a complete replacement. A complete divine Exchange at the Cross. Not just forgiveness of sins through the shedding of Blood..... BUT A COMPLETE REPLACEMENT at our innercentre, already accomplished at the Cross, but taken by faith into experience in our own lifetime.

Paul wrote in Galations 2:19,20 Youngs Literal Translation

for I through law, did die, that to God I may live;

²⁰ with Christ I have been crucified, and live no more do I, and Christ doth live in me; and that which I now live in the flesh -- in the faith I live of the Son of God, who did love me and did give himself for me;

This “self-installing”  LIGHT programme that has been ever working and unfolding from generation to generation

ONLY really works as people cry in frustration as the previous systems do not “fully work”. Yes aspects are good. In general, each revelation God brings gets fuller and fuller.....but HIS REST can only fully come as we get the WHOLE PACKAGE of this self-installing programme.

It is nothing less than the BIRTH of JESUS CHRIST HIMSELF in our spirits, soul and body.

And THIS IS WHY IT SAYS

1 John3:2 YLT  beloved, now, children of God are we, and it was not yet manifested what we shall be, and we have known that if he may be manifested, like him we shall be, because we shall see him as he is;

Adam gave birth to sin and death from the inward to the outward some 900 years later.

St Paul knew fully that he was doing the same in reverse with the new seed, and fully expected that it would manifest in his body. In his case, he was murdered before it fully did.

God’s Covenant is with the seed.

God still speaks to His people today through prophetic words. This reminds me of what He said to Abraham. When God called Abraham, He said, "I am going to make you a father of many nations" (Gen. 17:4), and God promised him a son (Gen. 17:19). Then we read the story of Abraham and see that Abraham failed miserably many times but, when God makes you a promise, you can take it to the bank! And, like Abraham, when God gives us a promise, we tend to do everything we can possibly do in the natural to make it happen, and all we produce are Ishmaels. That is all we can produce in the natural. But God has a Son of promise. And God made His covenant with the Seed of Abraham, which Paul tells us is Christ (Gal. 3:16). Therefore, that covenant between God and Abraham was really not with Abraham, although Abraham participated in it. The promise was to the Seed, which is Christ. I want you to get that! The promise that God gives to me is not a promise to Gary Sigler in the natural. The promise is to the seed of Christ within all of us. Has God made a covenant with you? No! He has made it with the Seed. Therefore, even though we talk a lot about obedience, the natural person is not to be the one obedient. In other words, the natural man has nothing in himself that can be completely obedient to God. I may try. I’ll try with all my heart to fulfill what God has promised me, but I can’t, and I need to find that out. That is the experience of Romans chapter 7. We all need to go through that experience. You need to find out that you can’t maintain that perfect obedience which will cause the Seed of promise to come forth and appear in you. The promise is not to you, but to the Seed within you.

The Appearing of Christ

I want to speak here about the appearing of Christ. We all know the goal is the appearing of Christ. Paul said something very interesting. He said, "Henceforth know we no man after the flesh" (2 Cor. 5:16). He says that today we don’t even want to know Jesus Christ after the flesh, but that we should learn to know every person by the spirit. So let me give you a few verses on the appearing of Christ. 2 Thessalonians 1:10 He shall come to be glorified in His saints, and to be admired in all them that believe." Can you imagine that? The God of Heaven is to be admired in you! Can you look at your sisters and brothers, and see Christ? Well, it may be pretty easy in an environment where we all are in worship and fellowship together, but if you get around them on their job, or in their homes among their family, you have to be able to look beyond what you see in the natural. You have to look into them and see Jesus. You have to admire in them that which He is. Psalm 102:16 declares, "When the Lord shall build up Zion, He shall appear in His glory." We know that Zion is the City of God, and is He not beginning to appear in Zion? No one who has been in fellowship with His people for any period of time could deny that God is beginning to appear. I’m sure all of you are like me in this—we have desired for so long to see the beauty of Zion, the City of God. Colossians 3:4 states, "When Christ who is our life shall appear, then shall you also appear with Him in glory." These are some verses that I have clung to, sometimes without any hope, sometimes in despair, sometimes in utter depression. I’ve held on, knowing that there will come a day when I shall appear with Him in glory—not because I’ve done anything in myself, but because God has covenanted with the Seed. I have within me, and you have within you, the most precious essence of His being. That is where that covenant stands. 1 John 3:2 reads, "Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be, but we know that when He shall appear, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is." When you really see Him as He is, you will be like Him. Why? Because you will see Him in yourself and in others! And I want to take this one step further. You won’t see Him only in Christians. You won’t see Him only in the glorious Church which is going to be manifested. You won’t see Him only in His special saints, but you will see Him in all of humanity. I saw a video of Mother Theresa once, and it wrought some real change in my life. It showed how she would go into the hospitals. One scene I remember very plainly was when she walked into a certain hospital where there were people sick and dying. There was a man there and those in attendance said they didn’t know how long he could last. He just shook and shook, and you could tell he was in great agony. And this poor, tiny little lady walked over to him. She laid her hand on his head, and she just patted his head, and immediately the shaking stopped and the peace of God came to him. Some Christians said that Mother Theresa was New Age! If that is New Age, then I will be a part of the New Age to bring God to people. We just cannot ignore the principles of God. We cannot see someone who is so full of the love of God that they would go among lepers, they would go among the filth of the world and hug them and love them, and call that New Age. We have churches all across America today who are saying that is a New Age Gospel, and I feel sorry for them. She was asked, "Sister Theresa, how can you do this? How can you go to the scum of the earth? How can you reach down into the pits of India, and pick up the filth and hug them, and cry, and love them, and pray for them?" Her answer was this: "Because I see God in every person." "We know that when He shall appear, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is." When you see Him as He is, you will be like Him! But I was taught, when I first went into Pentecost many years ago, that there is going to be a day when we’ll all be raptured into the heavens, and we’ll look at Him, and when we look at Him, we’ll be changed into His likeness. That is a fallacy! I wish it were true. But there are other verses we need to remember. As John said, "Beloved, abide in His anointing, so that when He does appear you won’t fall on your face in shame before Him at His coming" (1 John 2:28). "To the end that He may establish your hearts unblameable in holiness before God, even our Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all His saints." God’s goal is to call out a people unto Himself, that He may, by the power of His Spirit, the drawing of His Spirit, the workings of His Spirit, work into that corporate group of people His Life, His nature, and His character—that they may stand upon the earth not as Baptists, Lutherans, Pentecostals, but that they may stand upon the earth as one new man, to bring forth judgment unto righteousness.

God’s True Business

I literally weep in intercession when I see some of the things that are on so-called "Christian" television. For instance, not long ago there was an example of the concept that every believer will be suspended in the air for seven years, and then God will pour out great anger and wrath and horrible tortures and judgments upon humanity. Now I know that concept, but I just can’t imagine it. I have experienced the depths of the love of God, and I have been into some of the heights of the love of God, but I cannot find a God who is so angry that He would want to pour out a vengeful wrath upon His people. Yes, the wrath of God is coming. Yes, judgment is being poured out. But you know, Jesus Himself tried to destroy that concept of an angry, vengeful God. He said, "It has been written in your very own law . . ." (He did not deny the law of the Old Testament). He said, "It has been written in your very own law, ‘an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth.’ I know what is there. But I say to you, love your enemies! Do good to those who despitefully use you! I know what is written in your law. You would like me to take this prostitute and stone her" (Mt. 5:38-44, John 8:3-11). Christians all over the world today would like to stone prostitutes and homosexuals. Some would like to get rid of sin in the manner of some of the other religions of the world. We’d like to see a cleansing take place. That’s our concept of God, so that’s easy for us to accept. But Jesus revealed a different concept to us! "It is written in your very own law—but you had better listen to Me. You know, you run to the Scriptures, because in them you think you have eternal life, but you won’t come to Me, because when you do, I’m going to tell you some things, and I’m going to reveal to you an understanding of God and the Father-heart of God that you’ve never had. And because it doesn’t fit with what you have been taught in the past, because it doesn’t fit with the law that you have received, you will reject the love of God. (John 5:39-40). You can take the Word of God and justify the most heinous, horrible crimes with it, and people have done so, thinking they have done God a service. But God is in the business of restoring humanity back to Himself. He has no thought of destroying, but of uplifting. Yes, there is judgment. Yes the fiery indignation and wrath of God is on the earth and is coming to the earth. But it is a righteous judgment! There is passage in the Old Testament where God says that when He brings judgment, He will take into account where a man was born (Ps. 87:4-6). What does that mean? It means He will take account of where you were born. Were you born in India where you had no knowledge of God? Or were you born in America where you’ve had nothing but religion, and you’ve rejected not God but that which religion has said He is? (I rejected Christianity 20 years ago, but I didn’t reject God, and I never would.) Yes, there is judgment. And yes, you need to fear God, because when He appears, who can stand in His presence? When He appears, if you are full of greed, if you are full of back-biting, if you are full of envy, if you are full of jealousy, if you are full of competition, I feel sorry for you! Yes, you will be judged, and I guarantee that you will pay to the very last farthing. But I can also guarantee to you that the covenant is with the Seed of God within you, not with your human, natural personality! That thing is going to fall into the ground and die. It’s going to be consumed and burned up. And out of the rubble, out of the ash heap, out of the pain and the suffering that you may experience, will come the gold and the silver and the precious stones.

Hebrews 4:12: Spirit,Soul, and Body by Brian Coatney

Doesn't ordinary life also offer plenty of opportunities for daily dying as we discern between soul and spirit? We all we feel threatened or hurt, or on a body level we think that we cannot live without food, sex, or some kind of comfort. Hebrews 4:12 speaks of this dividing: "For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart." This means that the Spirit knows how to cut beneath our fears and affirm in us our real intentions, showing us how to walk by faith when our outer world is falling apart.Let's look more closely at this dividing work of the Holy Spirit that Hebrews 4:12 talks about. Some interpret the verse to mean that the writer mentions three pairs of synonyms-making soul and spirit the same, joints and marrow the same, and thoughts and intents the same. This interpretation sounds confusing and vague, leaving us to wonder what the word of God divides. The more natural reading of the passage connects soul, joints, and thoughts as a contrast to spirit, marrow, and intents.The context of the passage as a whole confirms this. Hebrews 4 tells us that the Israelites failed to enter God's rest in the wilderness because they majored on food, water, and escape from conflict, allowing lack on a soul and body level to turn them to unbelief. They insisted on physical provision and security at the expense of stepping into the unseen world of faith. The application to us is obvious: though the body is important and God's temple, we don't go around as body-fussers, but as see-throughers in the spirit. We live from the spirit of rest instead of the turmoil we feel on a soul/body level.There is no need to take condemnation for our negative thoughts and feelings, and we even use them as the opportunity to live in God's rest during our times of physical and emotional hardship. Sometimes those hardships come about from how others treat us. Intentionally or unintentionally, people always do things that irritate us, go against our will, and deny us what we want, even tempting us to think that we don't love them. If we reason according to soul, we will think that we really do resent others. If we reason according to God's fixed nature of love in us, we will say, "I feel like I hate that person, but Christ loves that person perfectly by me."Only the Spirit Himself can do this dividing. In conflict and turmoil, our best option is to slow down. We don't have to let our souls and bodies drive us on with their imperatives. Waiting on that still, small voice, we can say, "Lord, I'll end up deceived if You don't guide me, but thank You that You are guiding me." He sorts everything out as we wait and trust in Him. When contentment fails on a soul/body level, we count it all joy to affirm again that He is life-"When Christ, who is our life, is revealed, then you also will be revealed with Him in glory" (Col. 3:4 NASV).This kind of faith leaves God free in us to meet our emotional and physical needs through people and things, but it also leaves God free to meet our needs without people and things. It is He either way. Abraham and Sarah represent the walk of faith; they let go of their soul/body contradictions and believed the impossible. So do we!

This hope that purifies- Chris Welch

There are verses in the Bible that should have notes attached to save people's sanity! One verse is Christ In You the Hope of Glory Colossians 1.27. The health warning should read "It is advisable that this verse not be read with the left-brain frontal lobe/the conscious mind. This type of verse should be SOAKED only by meditation and in God's felt Presence.

I am not doing this in a critical way. This guy William Barcley has done a noble left-brain attempt in his 1999 book....but I think you get my point.

What on earth does Christ in You the Hope of Glory mean to your surface mind, to your step by step thinking. The bit of you that can plan the sequence in which you make an omelette or change a tyre. But what on earth is Christ in You the Hope of glory on about?

That's why we need the baptism in the Holy Spirit. He comes to make the things of God understood. He comes to give us Light. He comes to make us feel this Christ burn His way into our soul, heart and spirit. He comes to show us on a daily basis that which we do that Christ just ain't doing! And conversely He comes to show us what Christ is doing through us...or the next thing that He wants to do through us...and sometimes giving us what Morris Cerullo calls "an advanced supernatural burst of revelation" of what He wants us to co operate in. This is not just for work life. This is not just for family life. For anything that we are doing. But also meetings together. This is how the Bible says they are run. Each one "hath" a gift or tongue, or word of preaching, or healing gift, or word of wisdom, or song or prophecy. The Bible is deliberately loose. But not THAT loose so that there is nothing left. And that saints is the problem in the bulk of the church. In reality meetings are not run in the Holy Spirit. Even among those who know the daily truth of Christ living his life out as them.

In the Bible the key men of God had to have last minute adjustments! They'd got Christ as you as a daily walk, learned over decades. They'd even known the supernatural in their own personal lives and in those around them. But they needed a last minute "slap down" just so they knew who they were serving, so they walked in the fear of the Lord, and so they were rightly representing the one True heavenly reality of the Tabernacle not made with hands...but nevertheless a heavenly eternal reality.

Jacob had faithed in speckled and striped sheep. He was some charismatic!

Moses had met God in a supernatural burning bush! And was now finally ready to storm down and meet the elders of his people and confront Pharoah.

Joshua had served Moses all these years before the great leader then died. Now he knew his job was to set his face to the Land promised by God.

So what happened. Jacob had an angel come up against him.

Moses had his wife warn him that he'd better get circumcised darned quick before that angel confronting him finished him off before he'd started.

Joshua meets an angel who he addresses with an either or question. Are you for us or against us? The angel bypasses the whole framework of the question which in an earthly way makes no sense. Except that Joshua was framing his question on top of a whole unholy attitude. So rather than give the top of the question even house room, the angel speaks piercingly and prophetically to the haughtiness underneath: No Joshua! I'm head of the show here! I have been sent as Commander of the heavenly Armies and you..just learn your place!

So that's where we are now. We've got some people who know about Christ as them in their form, but absolutely no idea about heavenly protocoll. About the supernatural way God wants to build His Body. About the dedicated time the Body is to have lavishing its love on the Bridegroom in a worship planned before time was begun, and to be celebrated now, long before we ever reach heaven, as a demonstration to principalities and powers of the glory and riches in the Church.

Then we've got the charismatic Jacob community, used to faithing in benefits and blessings, but still like Jacob, having no heavenly understanding as to who they are, who they really are, and how they must experience a NAME change like Jacob. And when he had his crisis encounter at Peniel, his name was changed to Israel. THEN history started accelerating!

That's where we are right now after 100 years of Pentecostalism and 50 years of Norman Grubb's teachings.

Christ IN YOU the hope of glory. Not just any Christ. THE Christ. The same Christ that has come to reside in every born again believer. So if your theology is not the same as their theology and it is the same Christ...either or both of your theologies are up the pole! Are not in Christ.You can have Christ in You but still have absolutely rubbish theology and still be convinced you are right.

Well that's why we have the supernatural. To put us straight on those still "iffy" areas . And they must be "iffy" or others who know Christ in them as them, who also move to a high level in the supernatural would also agree with you. If you know Christ in you as you but you have no sort of signs following you, then it can't be the same Christ that is in the Bible. Because the One in the Bible said "These signs shall follow after you".

And if you are Benny Hinn and Morris Cerullo storming around the world doing signs and wonders, but you in no way link in with what the Body of Christ is doing sovereignly in every nation on the earth...that is building itself up corporately, feeding itself, learning the full meaning of Christ in You the hope of glory in every day settings....away from church...away from praise...away from Bible readings and quiet times and conferences....and even God TV (sorry Rory and Wendy and I love you)...then I seriously have to question what it is you are building. You may just be building a separate organism that knows how to faith in speckled and striped sheep....but never becomes the Israel of God...the Body of Christ that has had a name change and is being caught up with the central Plan of God in the Earth

that out of the Twain, Jews and Gentiles, ONE NEW SUPERNATURAL MAN shall spring forth, who is a manifestation of that mystery hidden since before time began.

My section of this whole post comes out of reading "Miracleworkers, Reformers and New Mystics" by John Crowder this morning. This leapt out at me: "Getting Past the Mind. p85. The very word repentance implies a change of mind. Repentance, or metanoia does not just mean a turning from outward sin. Rather it means a shift of consciousness from self to God. It is is a type of inner transcendence. A change of focus. It is simply a change of mind, or better yet a change of heart. (We've tried to live our own life entirely relying on our own insight, our own left-brain,our own mental constructs..not Proverbs 3:5 in other words)

We must focus everything within us on Heaven. God does not call us to abandon the mind- far from it! He wants us to redirect it. God does not want a church full of idiots. He wants us to use our minds, to be leaders in science, medicine, technology and other areas....

(BUT) a man's spirit is the seat of his being: the mind is subsidiary.....We want to be led by the Spirit and the Word, and not by human wisdom.

Although we are making a strong case for supernatural encounters and godly wisdom in these chapters, we do not preach a "signs and wonders" gospel anymore than we preach an "intellectual gospel". We preach Christ crucified. that is our gospel. It is a gospel with signs following, and it also leads to wisdom. But the cross will always be an offense and a stumbling block to many."

Which brings us back to the positive of the Cross. Now it's Christ in us as us, Christ in me as me.

It's an anchor line straight into heaven which is pulling me in. I can't miss! Because my believing is pulling on this anchored line. And the other end which is anchored in Christ is not moving...so the only thing to move will be me as I'm dragged in! That is the truth behind the "shorthand" Spirit expression "the Hope of Glory". I can't miss. It's a dead cert. The aim is absolutely accurate. All I've got to do is keep believing and the payline is reeling me in.

What is the payline. The anchor. It's this bold statement in the context of the previous verse in 1 John 3:2 "what we will be has not been made known." John Crowder writes" I believe we are slowly coming into an awareness of that power and identity in this hour. John goes onto say in this (next)verse: "But we know that when we see Him we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is."

It's no fun seeing Him if all we sense is inferiority. But Jesus has arranged this mighty thing to happen as a result of the power exercised by the Hope within us. Total transformation.

1 John 3:3 "Everyone who has this hope in him purifies himself just as He is pure.

Now without a Spirit revelation of Hope and its magnet - type propensities...drawing us supernaturally - morphing us from one degree of glory to another- although down here it looks pretty messy at times - but within we are preparing an eternal weight of glory....kind of our own internal Eternal weight of Glory Factory plant....

without any of this revelation we are going to think the words "purify himself" mean works activities like a definite amount of hours doing community service or reading the Bible to try and be spiritual....which is all missing the point that we are not independant selves, and it is Christ living His life out through us.

Just as the Father lived out His life through Christ on earth, and knew how to get Jesus from baby status to full grown Father status, reproducing life in the disciples...

so Jesus knows how to get us, from wherever we are in God...perhaps we have not even asked Him in yet.... to a place of maturity fulfilling what we were put on the Earth for.

I learned through John Clark (with Sam Fife and the Move) that we are "Called by the Will of God". Well that's obvious!

No, listen, it's better than that! When you want that sin. When there's no possible way that you think you will ever giving up loving that sin. When you've exhausted all possibilities! Guess what.

God takes out your "Will" pack and inserts His packet of "Will" instead. We are called by His will. We are drawn by His will. His shiny glorious amazingly clean righteous will glows and shimmers and calls to us, but more than that it seems to get inside us to change what we think we wanted to what we can entirely live without.

This is then some of the nature of this Hope that purifies us and has nothing to do with us working harder and wearing ourselves out getting nowhere.
