It's a Temple not made with hands. We aren't to build it . Ofcourse as the Lord leads we do precisely what He tells us ....but the overarching truth is ....unless the Lord builds the House those who labour labour in vain .

Now there are phases ....some circuitous routes we have chosen ourselves which God works to good ....but how slow compared to simply reading the Word and letting the Holy Spirit teach us .

OK Jesus ....that'll be the God of heaven and earth Jesus .....did not do a thing ministry wise for 30 years .

So that was slow . But he raised 12 apostles from.scratch .....or Jewish scratch ....not pagan scratch ....in 42 months. 

12 thirdlevel 1 John 2 .....knowers of Him who is from the beginning in 42 months .

I keep repeating that ....not just for you ....but for me .

Christine always said that the military nurses and doctors back off war zones ...nevertheless doing some periods in QA Portsmouth were characterised by their proactive questioning of the new nurses .....

" Have you done this yet ? Do you know about that yet?" Like M.A.S.H series on the field somebody could be dead tomorrow and their skills lost , so they are all about passing skills on .

Jesus had only been baptised in the Spirit a few weeks.  It was just like the Jesus Move . Anything we learned at 13 or 14 we passed on . We weren't going to die tomorrow....but Late Great Planet Earth implied Jesus would be back by 1975.

42 months .

Ephesians 4 states all ministry is for perfecting the saints and equipping them for ministry....period 

We have just lived through a transition period ...similar to David but ofcourse different. 

As fast we were finding things out ,Fort Lauderdale wanted to squeeze them into their traditional chests of drawers and pigeon holes .

Because a solo pastor runs the Church.

Well Jesus did ?

Yes well He had no option . There  wasn't anybody else who was bringing in the New Covenant and He had to learn a lot on the hoof . Perhaps because He knew how tough it was when He ascended He changed the rulebook . He gave gifts to men so it would be like in the OT with multiple elders and multiple priests.  Now everybody who is born again and baptised in the Spirit is a functioning priest .

Perfecting the saints is a believing thing ....as we see , believe and confess we can change surroundings . Its not a Jewish Old Covenant struggling thing . Hence why in Communion....

whatever isn't lining up...we hold up the bit of bread and cup of wine and declare the already gained victory .

See this Bread devil !!! That's me dead in Christ on my main spirit being.  It's over,!!!

See this wine devil.  This is every last drop of the wrath state of my contaminated spirit man....Jesus has filled me with His own life in my form as me .

Equipping is leading people into situations where they can see the overcoming power of Jesus Name working.  As led by the Holy Spirit different members will impart what they have in the Spirit in Word substance or Holy Spirit anointing. 

The first verses of 1 John 1 ministry protocol revolves around Testimony.  What have we eaten of Christ. 

The body of Christ builds itself up in love joined by that which each joint supplies .

Discipleship so far has been cutesie house meetings or Roffey or YWAM evangelism on streets....

It looks like what is in the Bible .....but it isn't is it?

Its a cheap two level gospel .....day one message. 

Repent , be baptised in water get filled with the Spirit. Where's the 30 years outside ministry that the God of heaven still had to do to get human life under His belt as man?

Where's our acknowledging of God and Galatians 2.20 reality in all our ways when we started from a complete standing start after a 6000 year cultural history of living as though Genesis 3 serpent lie was ever real ?

No wonder this has taken a bit longer than Jesus .

Neither Bonnke nor Cerullo or David Hathaway factored in the normal living bit . 

This is zöe. This is us believing upon a heavenly life out of nowhere that we cant see so we don't just fall back into living in that ' alone-I ' kind of way that unsaved do lashing out and pinching and poking and manipulating their way through perched on a mathematically impossible pyramid where 4 billion live on 5 dollars or under a day and many don't...

They starve or fall ill .

This is the generation of those who seek the face of the God of Jacob ps.24.

We aren't playing rabbi synagogue or cutesie home meeting games.......we're in something more lke MASH and having to learn as much as we can as quick as we can . This is ecclesia . It may not be like American two stage of growth church or European And UK one stage of growth church but this is the only   1000 page guidebook we have written by the Holy Spirit .
