I have just been reviewing posts and while grateful for the overall statistics I naturally want the gospel of Jesus Christ in daily lived format to reach as many as possible .
I have observed natural posting numbers for years . Artificial capping of numbers is a uniform range increase that contains few erratic number swings. Some wild fluctuations occur but its like these are let through in a contrived fashion to dusguise the robot capping . One tool that is used on my site is the non https warning as an insecure site .
My guess is that capping is achieved through increasing the usage of the warning that thus site is still http.
But even if the blog was upgraded after 2800 posts I am well aware that some other method would be used .

Please bear in mind the daily and weekly page statistics vary hugely . It is only very recently that staggering increases have occurred . The average number of total views was only 300. But as things increased the number of views a daily post would give would still be around 30 and then increase over the weeks to 200 or 300 then be lost somewhat in history . One day recently measured total viewings as 168000 but I dont think these blips even feature at all in the what I believe are daily computer cappings .
Perhaps others have explanations ?
